We first worked with Augusta for a yard cleanup. Marcus and the rest of the team did a wonderful job. Communication leading up to the work was prompt and professional. The work was nicely done with good attention to detail and they were happy to answer my questions about products used in the service.
We were happy with the work and service overall and have now hired them for regular maintenance as well.

Andrew, Franklin, Jose, and Marco all visited us for a late-winter clean up. We’ve been very remiss in maintaining our flower beds, and there were more weeds than there are people in Kirkland. The crew showed up on time, were perfectly communicative, and left our yard clean & tidy. Highly recommended!

I contact them with a yearly garden clean up and maintenance project and they did an excellent job from cost estimation, communication and finishing the job. They asked me throughout questions regarding the details to make sure all of my concern is resolved and did the work perfectly. They also gave me a discount at the end as not all the mulch they estimated are used. Highly recommended.

I am super happy with Augusta Lawn Care. I recently rented a home with a huge yard which was really overgrown. After getting a solid estimate, Andrew came earlier this month to mow down the jungle. He didn't wince at all when he saw the yard, and he listened when I told him I was looking for tidy, but not manicured. There was zero upsell which I really appreciated. He worked hard the entire time. He got his steps in as he had to keep emptying the mower bag since the grass and weeds were so high. I'm looking forward to having Augusta on a regular schedule to keep everything in check.

What are you talking about dog poop? We specifically picked it up the day before you were coming. you are complete no-shows on Wednesday and thursday. I had even called and you said I was on the schedule. All you had to do was tell me that machines were broken down or guys were out sick and I would have been fine. I hope that you start communicating better with your customers.

What a shockingly disappointing experience I had after reading their great reviews.
They came out did a bid did a clean up. Then we're scheduled to do weekly maintenance. The only came once did not do a great job but I don't expect that the first time.
The second week they never showed. The third week was better even though they NEVER reached out to fix the problem. Then they fired me for this review. 😂😂
They did recommend these other companies for me to call. 😂💪
