The lady's that work in the office are highly unprofessional. They judge by looks race and image. They also do not pick up the phone after several calls they finally picked up. They clearly do not know what professionalism is ! Absolutely Zero Stars !!

My interaction with Shea was extremely frustrating. I worked with her and provided clear instructions and information during the process, but she repeatedly struggled to follow basic directions or acknowledge what was being explained. This made what should have been a simple interaction unnecessarily difficult.

The situation also became more emotional and tense than it needed to be. Instead of slowing down and working through the information being provided, the conversation escalated and became unproductive. A more professional and patient approach would have avoided most of the issues that occurred.

This experience left a very negative impression. Clear communication, listening, and professionalism are important in any workplace, and unfortunately those things were lacking during this interaction.
