I had my carpets cleaned today by Tyshon King from Zerorez and the service was absolutely incredible.
He was diligent, conscientious, and genuinely personable. It felt like he was treating our carpets as if they were his own home. Carpet cleaning was so good, I married the technician! Zerorez was able to get out a stain that mopping and scrubbing couldn't and left the house looking great!

The regular cleaning was a very fair price… It just got a lot more expensive when they needed to specially treat each pet spots on the carpet. For us, it was well worth it. Felt like he could done a better job. Couldn’t get small stains out but I got it out by scrubbing the areas myself and he told me he did everything he can. Didn’t clean up the wet floors after leaving either. And the stairs still look dirty. He only could do the steps because they don’t have the tools to do the rest. That’s what he said. Not happy.

My service technician Taishaun was on time. He did a excellent job cleaning my carpets and cleaning the grout and sealing the grout on my lanai. My neighbors were so impressed by his work ethic that they inquired about ZEROREZ working on their place. I think that their price is very reasonable!!!

Our tech-Chris was respectful and knowledgable and let me know exact what he was doing and why. He answered any questions and did a great job.
I gated off because we have 3 digs and needed the sofa to dry.

They did a great job, carpet looks awesome. They answered all my questions and were very friendly. Only comment is the company needs to update the arrival time during the scheduled service window.👍

Carpet was not that clean after. Could see lighter areas where I had spot cleaned with our hand held cleaner a few days before. The rest of the carpet was visibly dirtier still after cleaning. Whole cleaning was completed so quickly that I was skeptical of quality but figured it was ok, but now realize that no, it was just not that good of a job. An area rug from dining room that was supposedly cleaned still had yogurt spots on it after (easily cleaned off with a wet rag). Still waiting on response to that (requested refund for area rug cleaning).

honestly a great experience. i was happy to use this company bc all the products are pet safe, and theyre the important ones in this family.
alec was nice and explained everything clearly, he was quick and professional and i would 100% use the company again.

Tyler was incredibly detail oriented and even showed us the difference between using Zerorez water and the typical tap water that all other carpet cleaners use by adding iodine into the test cup. The Zerorez water was CLEAR!! Their cleaning system is thorough and we feel it's as clean as new carpet. He came in with an ultraviolet flashlight to look over the carpet and noticed some stains from pets we had. We showed him some pet stains on an older carpet (almost 3 decades old - see cream carpet pic) and he was able to get them 98% stain free. He proved to us that carpet still has life left. Unbelievable! He was very careful next to the baseboards and left our home smelling fresh and so pleasantly clean.
Tyler is professional and efficient, on time, and overall very nice to work with... he's definitely knowledgeable and helpful. Affordable....and we WILL use them again. 🤍

Carpet cleaning is great, customer service is excellent, honestly and integrity top notch.
Caution - hardwood floors that need a basic sweep and swifer mop are extremely overpriced. (No gradient pricing for cleaning requirements.)

Chris was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. His work was incredible and made an amazing improvement in the carpet and appearance of our interior. The upstairs was almost completely dry before he finished with our 2 lower rooms
