Our neighbor hired Augusta Lawn Carr Services and they chopped off my mother‘s perennials. Unfortunately, my mother came upon them when they removed her perennial plants. When she told them they were plants not weeds and that they were trespassing on her property, one of the workers responded that they thought them weeds and that the temporary kennel gate was the boundary line. She got attitude instead of an apology. Nowadays most landscapers only know how to chop and not trim. Would not hire if the ”landscaper” can‘t tell your weeds from your ornamentals or they can only chop every bush into a circle or a square/rectangle. I’ve called them to complain about it and to have them recompense for mom’s flowers, still waiting for a response.

If you value reliability and professionalism, look elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I clearly requested cleaning of both the front and back yards, via email and via text, and despite multiple emails confirming this, they have failed to deliver—twice!!
Both times, they performed a rush poor job.
first time, three people showed up and left my place as a mess. I called and complaied, so Marcus, who happens to be the owner, made a note and added my instructions to my service. An agent showed up in the second session, and only cleaned the front yard , missed the fact that I wanted the tree trimmed up front and ignored the back yard entirely. he did okay with cleaning the debris only.
This shows a serious lack of attention to detail and poor communication.

I should not have to chase a company to get the service I paid for. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.
Even 1 star is one too many.

My lawn had been looking patchy and overgrown from me neglecting it for some time but in one visit it looked better than it has in years — everything neatly edged, evenly cut, and all the debris cleared away.

Pricing was fair and transparent. Customer service is very responsive with great communication. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their yard looking its best without the headache.

Actually it was husband Dave that was there. I just went there and talked home drainage with Jeff. He is awesome. Gave all kinds of advice and suggestions. I didn't hire him but if I need landscaping done I would go to him in a heartbeat.

We are outside their service area yet they took the time to give us resources to help us find someone who did service our county. Appreciate the customer care to help us find the right designer in our area.

Just went out to see halloween decoration. Mind blowing such a nice decoration with haunted touch. if you are nearby redmond or visiting costco Do try check this out especially for kids it really good. Less crowd and they can have fun watching.
