Reviews of local pros in Redmond, Washington

We are so satisfied with our roof replacement. From start to finish, first choice roofing exceeded our expectations.

First Choice performance was exactly what they say! Excellent work ethic - great customer service - outstanding work on our roof! Cleaned up everything- including windows and yard. They have won our loyalty! Pricing was awesome!

I hired them last week to clean our roof and it is now clear of all moss and debris. I had a small complaint and their customer service team resolved it.

The roofer came right on time and worked very efficiently. He was polite and didn't cause any disruption to us. After completing the job, He cleaned up thoroughly and took the time to discuss the condition of the roof with me. Overall, the work was excellent.

Team was quick to respond, assess and mitigate the skylight leak. Happy to have new skylights with a clear skyview

This team is amazing! You’ll regret not getting your roofs done by them. A+ all the way.

I used to use a company by the name APEX. They have become the worst company I have ever delt with after it was sold to a some young Kid. Once I found First Choice and reached out to Shaun, I knew i was in good hands. Very communitive, sent me a quote via email and regular mail as a follow up. Shaun and his guys did an awesome job cleaning my roof and cleaning up all debris they even did my shed. I WILL be using First Choice in the future.

Very friendly and professional. He took his time and did a fantastic job cleaning our roof and gutters. It also happened to be the lowest price I came across, which was fantastic!

First choice did an excellent job with the roof and drive way! Very prompt and paid close attention to detail when working. Very pleased with their work and would recommend them to all!

Service is far above what i could have done myself. Its why i go to a professional. Washed my roof for preventive maintenance and assesed additional problems solved with my consent.

Excellent communication throughout my roof project with Shaun keeping me informed at every important step.

First Choice gave me a great price to have my roof replaced in Tacoma. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Great service at a great price. My realtor recommended First Choice. Just had my entire roof replaced and the guys did a great job. They also replaced several pieces of rotten roof panels at no extra charge beyond parts. The new shingles and vents look great. They also did a great job cleaning up after the work was complete. 100% recommend!!

They are great. On time, take a few hrs to clean the roof and all the dirt around the house. Will use them again

We have a very large and complicated tile roof, and Van did a great job cleaning off all the moss and cleaning the gutters. His cleanup of the dirt and debris from the house, windows and surrounding areas was WAY above what I expected. The initial bid process was also very efficient and competitive. I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

The 5 years certification process was thorough and gave me confidence in my roof's condition.

Would recommend them to all my neighbors after their excellent cedar shake cleaning work yesterday.

Shaun took his time doing a fantastic job on our roof moss removal at the lowest price.

They provided a fast (no site visit needed) and competitive quote, got the work done quickly, and made a fix within days after getting notified. Would recommend!

I've used First Choice Roof Service twice now, and both times have been excellent! They responded to my quote request within minutes, and the quote was clear and easy to understand, making them great to work with. Both jobs were done professionally and with great attention to detail. I'll definitely continue using them and recommend them to others!

Shaun was excellent during our roof leak repair and made sure the problem was solved completely!
