Shaun and the crew were prompt and professional while doing our cedar shake roof replacement perfectly!

This is my second time using First choice, they did a great job cleaning my roof. They were responsive to my request, arrived on time, and completed the work with good quality and reasonable price!

I’m so thankful for this company! They were professional, fast and did a fantastic job on my roof replacement! Highly recommend!

First Choice did a fantastic job of cleaning my metal roof and gutters. It's a big, complex roof and it looks like new now! It was covered with fir needles and branches from recent wind storms and also coated with pollen from the last couple years. They did a great job of cleaning up all the debris that came off the roof.

The folks did an exceptional job removing moss from the roof and concrete slabs in the yards, and cleaning gutters. The property was left in pristine condition, with all dirt and debris appropriately removed. The attention to detail and thoroughness were impressive, exceeding expectations.

Shaun did an excellent job with my cedar shake treatment being both friendly and prompt!

Their TPO flat roof installation for our business was done professionally at a very fair price.

First Choice was awesome to work with! The roof replacement they did for me exceeded my expectations. They showed up on time and were extremely professional. I highly recommend! 👌

Called for a quote customer service rep was incredibly rude, i help my daughters daycare find contractors for things i don’t do(like cleaning roofs) i don’t like being accused of doing anything malicious. When i ask how they charge and am accused of fishing for information just shows how unprofessional this company is. Only info i asked is if you charge by the square foot or do bids. Because I can provide square footage for a quote don’t see how thats fishing for information, just wanted to know how they price it out company and owner are a joke and terrible customer service

This was my second time using First Choice for a roof replacement project. I was happy with their workmanship, on-time completion, cleaning of the surroundings and being competitive. Highly recommend them.

I have used Shaun's service 3 times in the last 10 years for my rentals and every time he has done a great job. He is the best roofing contractor I've seen.

The team at First Choice Roof is amazing! They are professional, on time, and their workmanship is top-notch. The crew works efficiently and leaves everything clean. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable roofing company!

FirstChoice Roof Service did an amazing job replacing our roof in Seattle. The crew was professional, on time, and left everything clean when they were done. The quality of the shingles and the workmanship gave me peace of mind knowing my home is protected. The whole process was straightforward, and communication was clear from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in the Seattle area looking for a new roof or repairs.

I had my roof and gutters cleaned from First Choice Roofing, and the technician did a solid job. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything looking neat without any mess around the house. Overall, a reliable experience I’d feel comfortable using them again.

The team was very friendly during my shingle repair paying close attention to detail. Their prompt and professional service resulted in excellent work!

We had this company to perform maintenance of our roof for the past two years. They showed up on time and respond to call quickly, most importantly, the staff whom performed the maintenance worked in details, and showed me the before and after photos of my roof. Will definitely return next year for roof maintenance and more.

From the initial contact requesting a quote, to the final result, everything went smoothly. Vanderlei arrived early with a smile, and got right to work. He did a super job getting rid of the moss, and cleaned up afterwards. My roof looks so much better! I highly recommend First Choice.

Great quality and price. I have used them twice to clean my roof and gutters and the results are amazing! I plan to use them for all my roofing needs in the future. Highly recommend.

We had our roof and siding cleaned, and they did an excellent job! They arrived bright and early, got right to work, and left everything looking spotless.

On top of the cleaning, they went above and beyond:
• Secured some loose gutters
• Repaired a cracked outlet for a very reasonable price
• When some dirt from our cleaning fell onto our neighbor’s siding, they even cleaned it off without hesitation

We’re really impressed with their professionalism, fair pricing, and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Effectively finished re-roofing for two of our properties! The recent project was completed over four days and presented more significant challenges than we had originally foreseen.

A big thank you to Shaun and First Choice Home Service for their exceptional efforts. Shaun's dedication and reliability are truly amazing. The work quality is outstanding, and although Shaun might not be the most affable person, his commitment to productivity is unwavering.

Shaun is always patience in addressing questions and doubts. If I could, I'd rate him and his team 10 out of 10.

If you would like to get the roof done right at the first time, call Shaun. He will take care of it for you :) Above and beyond😍

I am so glad I went with this company! They did an amazing job on my two-story cedar shake roof, which is pretty steep and not easy to work on. I honestly didn’t think it could ever look this good again, but now it looks almost brand new. On top of that, the worker went above and beyond - he cleaned up all the debris, washed the deck, and even the windows. Really great attention to detail. I couldn't be happier, and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof cleaned or repaired.
