In all fairness I was looking for an odd drive belt. But the man didn't hardly look at the example I had. He didn't know how to take measurements of it to look for one online. Did not offer ideas for other places to look. Didn't seem even slightly interested in helping me.
Knowledgeable and efficient. The staff appear very much more concerned with correctly solving your problems than with gladhanding their customers, which is refreshing if you're expecting it but slightly jarring if you're not. Perhaps this mismatch of expectations is the source of the previous negative reviews?
Very unhelpful and rude. Called and asked about a part and was hung up on. I called back and did not even apologize. Then pretended he did not hang up because he did not want to bother. Was told I am out of options because they did not have the part. Dirt Devil was not helpful either but was referred to them from Dirt Devil. Bad customer service, bad company to purchase from.
bad costumer service. Condescending tone over the phone and in store. Little patience. Reluctant to explain anything in details when asked. The technician NEVER call back as promised. I have to call them multiple times to check the repair status.
