I had water damage in a duplex I own. I travel full-time, and hate dealing with insurance companies. I was so thankful to have Brent get out there and get things drying. He walked me through every step of the process from making the insurance call to getting the wet walls/floors taken care of. The work quality was great, and the service excellent.

Brent was fantastic to work with. He came in and provided me with a lot of information as a homeowner who had never had water damage before. He walked me through the whole process and what would happen next. He filed a claim with Progressive/Homesite and followed through to get checks issued with all the supporting evidence needed. I would recommend Brent and First Response in a heartbeat.

We had a pipe burst in our wall, and First Response Water Damage was recommended by our plumber. We called and they came out within a couple hours. They came back every day evaluating the moisture level in our house. They very professional and I would recommend them to anyone who has water damage in their home or business. 5 stars!!

My house got crawlspace water damage early this year. I contacted Brent. He not only helped me fixed the issue, he also educated me the processes to fix water issues. I had a hard time fighting with my insurance company to get coverages. Brent helped go through the pain. When I told him that my insurance company won't cover the repair since it was long term damage. He told me he will reduce the charge for his part of the repair contract. Overall my experience with Brent was the best experience I ever had when working with different contractors. Although I don't want to have water damage again in the future, I still want to see Brent again as a very good friend

Brent and Seth were hands down THE most professional, responsive, and helpful people I have ever worked with! They were incredible from start to finish and made such big problem seem like it wasn’t going to be so bad. They were knowledgeable and efficient and I can’t say enough good things about them! I hope I never have to use them again but if I ever have a need they will without a doubt be my first call!!!

I had water damage in my house a year ago. My wife and I had never experienced water damage before; we had no idea of what to do. After struggling for 4 hours, we decided to call a contractor. Fortunately, we found First Response. It was 11:00 p.m.; we left a message to them, and received the first response within an hour! Their staff, Seth showed up at our front door around 7:30 next day morning. After investigating the damage, he step-by-step guided us through what to do next, how to talk to the insurance company, etc. We were feeling so relieved after Seth's first visit. Since the damage was huge, both Seth and Brent visited our house several times. Their services are pretty good; and they gave us a lot of useful advices. After they dried our house, I had to hire another contractor to repair the walls; thus, I was unable to pay First Response immediately. Brent is quite reasonable, patiently waiting for the check from insurance company. I think I'm so lucky to have First Response handle the water damage!

This company in and of itself gets 5 stars easily. We had an urgent need for water restoration, and First Response was the one company who was able to get out immediately. Seth was friendly, professional, and reliable. I trusted him implicitly. Communication was wonderful. The only reason for the 4 stars versus 5 is due to the contractor they referred for the demo and repairs. This contractor was horrible in just about every definition of the word, including putting more work on First Response.

Aside from my advise to ask for a different referral if they recommend using VM Construction for demo/repair needs, I'd highly recommend First Response.

We had a water leak and mold growth that was not noticed for quite some time. We reached out to First Response Water Damage, and they were responsive since the beginning. From a very competitive quote that they stick to, to being available on the phone any time, to a very friendly and professional relationship. Brent and Seth will be our "go to" people if needed in the future and can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for water remediation professionals.

Brent and Seth were great. They were always on time (or early!), really responsive in communication, and professional and kind. They took care of the water problem (after a plumbing issue) so there’s no worry about mold growing at home. Brent, the owner, is super knowledgeable and generous with his expertise — including in our initial phone call before he was even officially hired. No one wants to be in a position to need to hire water damage restoration specialists, but First Response makes the experience as good as possible!

My partner and I went through a really scary situation with a landlord and moving out of an apartment deeply infected with black mold. Our health and our cat's health were badly affected so we needed to minimize our exposure risk as much as possible and quickly. I'm a person who craves information and needs to make well informed decisions, and Brent explained everything throughout the process. All my questions were answered with the passion of a team that takes what they do seriously. We decided what we could afford to save with Brent's guidance and his team committed to excellent service. Their communication was great, they didn't pressure money out of us, we chatted frankly about insurance for mold restoration, and we were treated with the upmost humanity. Deeply kind and empathetic people who understood we were facing down an unfair situation. Our sickness and this move was one of the worst situations my partner and I have been in, and Brent's team made it significantly easier. I'm posting this a few months after their work, and the collective health of the household has greatly improved. We're now going into a lawsuit with the landlord armed with itemized paperwork. I'm deeply thankful for the work First Response Water Damage did for us.

Love the Attic Crew! 2 shout-out’s: First, Ron and his team came out and worked their asses off for 2 days, removing a bunch of old insulation and reprise from both our attic and crawl space and doing a bang up job re insulating and moisture barrier-ing and putting out traps for our rodents. Before that, the crew had put together a thorough estimate and inspection with detailed photos. Very thorough and efficient and easy to work with.

Second, about a month later, Jose from the crew came out and did a re-inspection to make sure everything was tip top and to make sure there was no rodent activity. Jose took lots of pics and was very efficient/easy to work with.

We had a stellar experience with Attic Crew. The estimator was professional, straightforward, and respectful. The work was scheduled promptly and Eric S and his crew were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked incredibly hard all day, and got a complete attic and crawl space overhaul done in one day. Part of the house was left even cleaner than they found it. There’s a reason for all the positive reviews. In a time where so many businesses might let you down, Attic Crew exceeds expectations.

Attic crew has done a terrific job with our crawl space project. The crew is very professional. Attic Crew has been great to work with from day 1. Daniel was very helpful during the initial consultation. Angie from the office was very communicative. Our attic needed a lot of cleanup plus new insulation and they sent an adequate crew so as to get it all done in one day. Jose did our follow up pest inspection today and he was quick and friendly. We were really concerned about the mold issue and the results of the cleanup are holding up great.

There was some accidental damage caused during our install. Mistakes happen. What set Attic Crew apart was that they were totally transparent about the mistake and took full responsibility for the needed repair, which turned out great. Will definitely call them again if we need work in future.

I recently had new insulation installed by Attic Crew, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The project was led by Ricky Sanchez, who was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. He and his crew worked efficiently, kept the space clean, and made sure everything was done to a high standard. Ricky took the time to explain each step, answered all my questions patiently, and ensured the job was completed on time. I highly recommend Attic Crew—and especially Ricky’s team—for anyone looking for reliable, quality insulation work.

What a difference 2 days make! Our crawlspace started with a little bit of cheapo plastic and water puddles. Tony and his crew showed up and now we have wall-to-wall 10 mil vapor barrier, a French drain system, sump pump, and insulation below the sub-flooring. For the first time, we're not dreading the March and April rains. When you are ready to get your crawlspace done the right way, I absolutely recommend Attic crew.

Ron and crew did an incredible job on our crawlspace! In fact, earlier this year they did such an awesome job on our attic, that we came back to them to do our crawlspace after we noticed an unwanted critter had gotten into our home. Scheduling was a breeze – after unsurprisingly being originally booked out quite a ways into the summer, they called us and asked if we’d like to move the appointment up to just about 2 weeks after we initially called them about scheduling. It was such a relief knowing we’d be able to get our crawlspace redone and any points of entry for pests mitigated asap after we found an issue.

When the day of the appointment came, Ron and crew were punctual and professional. They arrived within the first 30 minutes of the arrival window they’d given us, and called 30 minutes before they arrived so we would know to expect them (it was a first thing in the morning appointment). Once they arrived, all I had to do was show them down to the crawlspace access, and they didn’t need anything else the rest of the day. In fact, despite the fact they were working directly below me all day, I barely even noticed they were there. When they were done, the work was spectacular. Our crawlspace looked so good it had me thinking “maybe I could convert this to some kind of usable space?”. Honestly, the work they did had the crawlspace under our house looking better than a number of garages I’ve seen in my life. And even if I hadn’t gone down there myself to check out the finished product, they followed up promptly after we paid our invoice with 120+ before and after photos to show us everything they did.

I’d 1000% recommend attic crew for your crawlspace and attic needs. 2 thumbs up, 5 stars, perfect 10/10. Thanks Ron and crew!

Really disappointed with Attic Crew's work. We had them do a full clean out of our attic and crawlspace, "sealing" all entry points for rodents, disinfecting the areas, and replacing the insulation.

After the work was completed, we continued to have rodent issues, and every tech that they sent out to inspect our attic and crawlspace could not find entry points. After the 5th visit and continued rodent activity, we finally brought in another company who immediately identified numerous entry points. We had to pay another $3,000 to have them redo the work that Attic Crew did in our crawlspace, and since then we have not had rodent issues down there. The same issue has now arisen in our attic. We have rodent activity there, and are going to have to pay another $5,000 to have the attic cleaned out, sealed, disinfected, and re-insulated again.

To top if off, within a year of having the insulation in our crawlspace installed, I went down there to discover that a lot of the insulation had not been installed properly, and had fallen onto the ground. You can see what I mean in the attached photos. They came back out and used fabric straps (I am not kidding) to patch the fallen sections.

Overall, it was a complete waste of $13,000. Their only redeeming quality is that whoever works their customer service line is very friendly. I can't remember her name, but she was always very pleasant to deal with. The same can not be said about the quality of their work.

My crawl pace has mice problem for many years. I had tried many ways from trapping to sealing holes, caught some but they keep coming, it didn’t work. Two friends recommended Attic Crew. Called and got a free estimate appointment very quickly. Project manager Tom arrived punctually and was very professional. He explained in details what they would do to my crawl space. Ricky Ricardo of Attic Crew led a crew of five to work in my crawl space. They arrived right on time and Ricky is very polite and professional, explained to me what they were doing. They sealed up my pantry and hallway, also covered up the wood floor. They removed everything in my crawlspace from old plastic floor covers to insulations, installed new ones and sealed all cracks and holes within a day. I would recommend Attic Crew to all my friend and family. Thanks for the great job

Attic Crew cleaned, rodent proofed, and insulated both our attic and crawlspace! When we purchased our house, the insulation was basically non existent, and those locations were full of garbage. Now everything is clean, organized, and properly insulated, and our home felt more comfortable right away. Everyone at Attic Crew was great to work with and very professional. Joey, our project manager, was very open in communication, always kept us updated and informed, and was very accommodating with options and help. I am really happy with the service and our new insulation.

We had a fantastic experience with Attic Crew. Tom clearly explained the insulation process for our attic and crawlspace including potential rebates. The install team, led by Ricky, was incredibly hard-working and courteous, completing the job meticulously in one day while protecting our home. I'm writing this review a few days after the project was completed and can confidently say that their work considerably improved the temperature in our home. Highly recommend!
