Ricky did a great job managing the project of installing insulation in the crawlspace and rodent proofing it. He shared detailed pictures of the progress and final job when it was completed. The crew came on time, explained the process and completed the job as per the expectation set for timeframe and completion.

Ron and Crew were awesome. They showed up this morning and tore out all of our old insulation that was destroyed by years of rodents under the house. They also found some mold areas and were able to quickly shift gears and take care of that at the same time. Ron kept me apprised of the work each step of the way. Amazing job on attic and crawl space areas! Very professional, kind, and thorough during the entire process. Competitive rates and got everything done in one day. Respectful of pets and kids. Some unexpected water in the crawl space due to recent heavy rains, but they handled it with a pump out. They had it all covered and cleaned up nicely on exit.

Ricky and his crew did an exceptional job on our basement and crawl space cleanout and insulation. They worked diligently for 12 hours straight to accomplish a large job in one day, and did everything right, answering any questions I had throughout the work. The office staff is great too -- very responsive and answering all my questions about the PSE insulation rebate program. I give Attic Crew my highest recommendation.

We had rats get in our house through a bathroom fan vent. Attic Crew tore out the drywall, removed the nest, disinfected, replaced poor duct work, and replaced the cap. From Angie, who hurried her team to our house, to Daniel, who did the initial inspection and bid, to Tony, who did the actual work, Attic Crew was professional, helpful, great with communication, and very nice to work with. I had three other companies lined up to give bids, but once I met Daniel I signed right on with Attic Crew and cancelled the other bids. I am no longer willing to work with people who are not nice, who don't communicate, and who do not bother to educate about their work. If we could do this ourselves we wouldn't need to hire anyone! Nice people and quality work makes all the difference. Many, many thanks to Daniel and Tony and Attic Crew for making a tough situation (rats--ewww!) into a positive experience. I recommend them without reservation.

Ron and his crew saved me from my rodent infested crawlspace. My disability with its frequent chronic pain doesn’t allow me to do that type of work anymore and my crawl space access had deteriorated to the point where the rodents could get in and they did.

Attic crew did a wonderful job insulating our attic. Ricky and his team removed the original 1960's material, removed mold, sealed everything, added a bathroom vent and new insulation. We qualified for PUD rebates and they are a certified PUD contractor that managed the rebate process. The estimator, Tomer, and Ricky were very informative, professional and great communicators. We highly recommend their services.

We had rodent activity in our attic and crawl space. The Attic crew cleaned, disinfected and replaced all the insulation. It seems to have helped our heater's efficiency. They closed all the gaps, sealed the ceiling lights, and fixed the bathroom fan exhaust ducting. They all did a great job, especially the crew lead Ricky Sanchez. We are very happy.

Erick and his team were professional and quick when we had some work done in our crawlspace and attic. They provided many before and after photos and gave great advice on scheduling the follow up to make sure our rodent and mold problem would not become a problem again. We were able to get a really great instant rebate with all the insulation they put in the crawlspace.

José did a great job of doing a follow-up inspection and refitting a ceiling light that was accidentally shifted out of place after the attic work was done. Very thorough and friendly service!

Overall, he and his team were both efficient, courteous and professional. Additionally the work they put into the house was of a caliber of quality I'd expect from a one week job, not two days for our attic and crawl space. Ron was able to very polietly answer all of our questions as well as offer additional help in our own clean up! That level of service is truly something I never expected. I know exactly who to call next time i need to get work like this done in the future and will recommend them to anyone looking for the same!

Ricky, Jose and the crew did an excellent job on the cleanup, repair and new insulation of my two attic spaces. I had a rat and mouse problem up there that needed immediate attention. Attic crew made the process easy and were able to get out to do the work quickly. They also made sure to keep the area clean while doing the work. We had our crawl space cleaned out, rodent-proofed, a new moisture barrier installed, the air ducts cleaned, and the pipes insulated. Basically, Ricky and his crew came early in the morning and took care of everything for us. The work was done very professionally, with proper isolation of the work site. I’m very satisfied with the results.

The whole interaction with Attic Crew from the very beginning with the initial quote through to the job completion made us feel completely well taken care of. They're efficient and completely thorough.

Shout out to the on-site project manager, Ricky Ricardo (yes, his real name, like the character from I Love Lucy, but he's a great sport about it) - who came early and stayed late to make sure we knew what was going on and were fully satisfied with the complete job, with a walkthrough and pictures of everything from end to end.

Ricky is a guy who cares about a job done right and cares that the customers are completely comfortable, happy, and satisfied. Ricky came in before the crew started, walked us through how the job would go, made sure that all of our personal belongings were moved far away or protected by plastic throughout the garage and all the way through to the crawlspace access near the kitchen. The taped-up plastic "hallway" they created to prevent fiberglass and biohazard waste from leaking out into the house was going to block off part of the house, so Ricky made sure that we would have access to everything we needed, and offered to cut holes or coordinate crossings through as necessary.

For the 3.5 years we've lived in this house I've been scared to even put my head down in the crawlspace, and by the end of the job I was ready to stand in there and take my own pictures of the space. Thankfully I didn't even have to take my own pictures, because Ricky organized sending me hundreds of before and after pictures from everyone on the crew. I have so many pictures now I could draw a pretty good map of my crawlspace without ever crawling through it.

The price (spoiler: great!)

Where other companies tried to quote for a smaller scope of work to keep costs within our budget, Attic Crew combined a completely thorough top-to-bottom job with guaranteed PSE rebates (as appropriate to our case) to meet our budget and then some.

This was actually the best quote we got in two ways. First, this job was scoped to everything we wanted and more, no cutting corners. Second, it was the cheapest quote overall by about $500 thanks to PSE rebates that Attic Crew guarantees. Attic Crew takes care of the PSE rebates on their end, no paperwork for us. They included line items on the quote to show us how much we were saving from the rebates, but the sales rep, Tom, guaranteed me that even if they somehow don't qualify for the rebate from PSE, they will never charge that back to us.

On top of that, they were quick to schedule the work only a week after we paid the deposit.

The scope of work (extremely thorough):

Removal of all old insulation and vapor barrier. Biohazard cleanout and sanitation. Crack sealing (foam, mesh, and/or cement as appropriate). Air sealing around any penetrations (vents, ducts, wires) into the house. Upgrade from 4" R-17 to 10" R-30 fiberglass insulation. Upgrade to 10-mil thickness vapor barrier. Replace dryer duct from flexible to rigid aluminum. The job was very thorough to improve our home efficiency and lock in the PSE rebates.

As a bonus, they included cleanout of an abandoned rat's nest in a cabinet in the corner of the garage that the previous owner left us as a "gift" and we'd never had the equipment or PPE to properly deal with, and any rodent droppings found in the garage as well.

Literally the only (very minor) issue we had was that we'd scheduled the quote on a day that turned out to be a Monday holiday. The communications were a little unclear referring to "tomorrow" rather than a specific date and ultimately they confirmed the appointment for the next business day. No harm done.

Ron and crew from Attic Crew were at my house last week. They performed a crawl space renovation on my home. The crawl space absolutely needed it! Ron very carefully described for me every step of the process and answered all the questions I had. Our crawl space access is in the middle of our house, so Ron and crew took special care before they started working to set up a plastic tunnel to keep any debris out of the living space. I appreciate that they also insulated my copper pipes and took extra care when sealing up places where rodents could get in. When they were done everything was so cleaned up that you never would have known anyone was there. A great experience and I am thankful to have that project completed. Also, my home qualified for energy rebates for this project. Attic Crew took care of all necessary paperwork for this part of the process and explained how it all worked. I got a great rebate and didn't have to do anything extra to get it. So great crew and great business.

Great experience and results using Attic Crew to address our crawl space that was compromised by mice. From the first impression during the inspection, to their detailed treatment and remediation plan, to their skilled team that cleaned up, treated the contamination and transformed the crawlspace into a safe usable space that will keep the mice out in the future. After we moved into the house, we realized there was a serious problem with mice activity. We contacted Attic Crew, and they did an excellent job. They always came on time as scheduled and never left any mess after their work.
We live in a fourplex, so the process wasn’t quick. It took almost six months to identify and close all possible entry points. They cleaned all the attics first and replaced the insulation. After that Jose came every 2–4 weeks for inspections and follow-ups and was very patient throughout the whole process.

The cost was very reasonable compared to other companies we spoke with.

They don’t treat the outside area, but they set traps inside and focused on rodent proofing. In our case, that approach worked.
