Dave was fantastic and thorough diagnosing my electrical short. I feel comfortable and confident in his skills and will be using hin again in the fall for a kitchen rewire job.

I have had this company do work in our building several times over the last 6 years. Every time the work is done exactly as promised. Every job has passed inspection on the first round. Nice people who do good work.

For weeks, had a perplexing electrical problem in one room. Reinhart Electric (Travis) identified the problem right away - - shoddy outlets and switches. Very pleased. Now I have TV, lights and an electrician I can recommend!

Dave started off great. I contacted him about installing a 220v outlet for an air compressor in the garage and installing some shop lighting. When Dave realized I hadn't purchased the air compressor yet he told me to get the air compressor and contact him once I had it. He quoted me $370 to wire the 220v outlet and the appropriate cord on the air compressor. 2 weeks later I had the air compressor and I contacted Dave, he told me he had gotten busy over that time and the new price was $415. I told Dave I'd find someone else and he told me "I told you 370 2 months ago. Good luck," but i first contacted him on March 31.

Dont take this man at his word. He won't do what he says he's going to do and will not stand behind his word.

Highly recommend. Dave and Pierson arrived on time. Dave was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was doing. I was very happy with Reinhart Electric and would use them again in the future.

I don't know if these guys do good work because after contacting them online and via email for some bids, I never received any reply. I was excited to get them out for bids given several people on Nextdoor had recommended them. I think I dodged one here. The lack of response is probably an indication of how poorly my project may have gone.

Reinhart Electric will get the work done right, with honesty and integrity, while being value oriented in every regard. I would not use any other electrician!

I called Reinhart Electric at 9:30 am and they were at my house at 1:45 the same day. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They answered my questions. Issues I had been living with for months were fixed in an hour. I will be using them again and recommending them to my friends.

Please do not contact Reinhart Electric & Service regarding any electrical issues you are having. It is worth it to pay more to a professional electrical service than contacting this dishonest company. Also, we are going to report this dishonest company to BBB and sue them in small claims court. This case is pending. I hope someone can remove this insane business from our neighborhood.
A technician came to our house for less than 30 minutes to fix a wiring issue. Because he couldn’t find the problem and he needed to leave, he told me he would return in a day or two. Eleven days later he contacted me because he was taking care of more important customer (more money).
I refused to let him to come back and told them I would pay for a half-hour of services that he spent at our house. His boss (the owner) Dave called me, threating me that if I didn’t pay him the full amount of the estimate, he would come to our house, kick the door down, and grab and shake me until I pay him everything I owe.
We received a bill from Laurie B, the account manager, for 2 hours of services and parts that the tech supposedly spent at our house. We were forced to pay the bill for the services that we did not receive because Reinhart Electric & Service was going to put a lien on our house. The wiring problem hasn’t been fixed and we are planning to contact a professional electric service to repair our wiring.

I called to ask for a quote to check out my house because half the house didn't have power and it was very odd. Dave called back same day and said he wouldn't be able to check it out before I fly out of town, but provided recommendations to call my power company with what he thought was the potential issue. It turns out he was right! I really appreciate his help even though I hadn't actually booked his services - he went out of his way to help me regardless. In the future, I would definitely go to him again. He genuinely cares! :D

I needed a fuse added to my panel for the house, all the wiring had been done just needed it installed into panel.

I called Reinhart electric because they were local. After my service I need to tell everybody that needs ANY kind of electrical work do not hesitate to call. Dave showed up on time and quickly solved my problem. While he was here I had him do several other tasks that he knocked out no problem. When he was finished I discussed several larger projects of interest. He gave me estimates and even took the time to discuss and give me advice of what was needed and suggested retailers. He was very considerate and professional and cost was fair. Highly recommended.....

Dave and his son showed after I had installed some new outlets and I could not figure out why my hall and bathroom lights would not turn on. Dave charged me $340/hr for a total of $1200. For 3hrs in my home, Dave and his son said they could not find the problem. They began taking apart outlets in the master bedroom and the smoke detector in the hallway. These items had nothing to do with the work I had performed. I had only done work in the two spare bedrooms. Once I started to become annoyed, he suddenly said he found the problem of a broken wire at the first outlet that I had shown him that I replaced. He fixed it. The lights worked in the hallway and we thought all was good. He charged me $340/hr plus $20 for gas.
That evening I go into the master bath and the lights don't work. I contact Dave and let him know. He says he can come back out. I try to confirm that I will not be charged again and he will not confirm that. So I tell him I do not want him out.
I have another electrician out , who finds the problem in less than 15 minutes. It was an outlet in the master bedroom that his son had replaced.

This was the second time we used Reinhart Electric. Both times the technicians were very courteous and quick to respond. They were able to solve our problems very quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time I have called upon Reinhart Electric to save the day. They are knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. They explained what they were doing and what caused the problem. Even though I hope to never have to use them again, because electrical problems are scary, you can be sure they will be the first ones I call, if needed!!

Travis and his crew helped us on multiple jobs around the house from wiring a new kitchen counter, extending a washroom outlet and a home EV charger and they are super helpful! I would not hesitate to reach out to them for anything and would recommend them to everyone!
