Electrical reviews in Renton, Washington

I have been using Reinhart for a year on our projects and really love their work! They are always available, are great with clients and are diligent with their work. Great guys!

Travis and Pierson were great at identifying the issue, and planning a better future-proof solution. They had a great attitude as well. One thing I'd recommend are some booties for a rainy day and being a bit more aware on where they lay down tools/bits!

Definitely saving this contact in my phone. Prompt, professional, and friendly. We had several things taken care of due to aging home.

Dave and Pierson came out for electrical inspection at my Airbnb. They gave good insights on the condition of the wiring and practical advice if I need anything done. Would use again.

Custom Electrical Service recommended Reinhart because of my electrical system in a Manufactured Home.
Travis and Pierson came out the next day today. Immediately saw that they needed more than they had to do the job. Came back an hour later and did a wonderful job.
They were polite knowledgeable and incredibly nice.

They had an open slot in their schedule and were able to come to my house 30 minutes after calling them. Great response time!!! They were able to quickly isolate a problem with a "smart" switch that would always turn the lights on after a power outage, even tho the lights had been off before the outage. They installed a new "smart" switch, checked it all out, and got me squared away in about 30 minutes.
I appreciate the quick response and solution to my problem. I'll be calling them again if I have other electrical issues. -
I heard a loud pop and saw spark coming from the wall outlet plate. My friend asked me to contact Reinhart Electric. Man am I happy I did. They’re professional and courteous. What I liked most is they explained the problem and solution. I am Extremely satisfied with their work and will definitely reach out to them again. Great job guys!!

Reinhart Electric did a fantastic job on our very hectic house remodel. They were very thorough, detailed and helpful with all our challenges. Highly recommend them for any large or small jobs. Very nice family business.

Travis was great. Got a burned outlet. Call a different company before Reinhart. That electrician spent over an hour at my house looking for issues and quoted me $4k for repair only and $10k+ for service update. Travis arrived on time and fixed the outlet and dismissed the nonsenses within 1 hour. Reasonably priced too.

Very satisfied with Reinhart Electric’s service!
The gentlemen who helped us was punctual, knowledgeable, and clearly helped me think through my options. He helped with internal wiring, external wiring, and a full build out so I could hook up a generator.
I have Reinhart Electric scheduled to come back next week since the long list of projects at my house isn’t done yet but it’s getting shorter thanks to their help!
If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and end the research…you’ve found the right company to trust in Reinhart Electric. -

We have used Reinhart Electric and Service Inc twice now and both times they've been prompt, communicative, and professional. Highly recommend and we'll be using them for future projects. We love seeing family owned/operated businesses!

Reinhardt Electrical provides the best services, small and large. Nothing major about the service they have provided, but would trust them with major services. They are excellent electricians, knowledgeable & friendly. The number one bonus is, the business is family owned and local.

For MANY years we’ve used Reinhart Electric for a variety of our electrical needs. This long standing family run business has always done great work for us at fair prices. More importantly we can always count on their integrity, dependability, and honest work ethic time after time.. Many thanks for always leaving us more than satisfied!

I just got off the phone with Dave at Reinhart Electric. I contacted other places and this was the only place where I got an honest answer about what are problem most likely is and how to fix it. And the cost to fix it was less than other places just to "diagnose" it. What Dave told me fits with the situation and also common sense. It is refreshing to find a vendor that is transparently honest. That is worth more than gold.

What a disaster! I called Reinhart based upon a recommendation from the realtor when I moved in. The job was to install two new plugs in a closet (about a 1 hour job) and to replace a bathroom fan. The fan should have taken about 1/2 hour to remove, 1/2 hour to cut the new template, and 1/2 hour to install the new fan. As it turns out, the fan I had required an adapter to fit the existing duct, so add another 1/2 hour to go 1 mile to the local hardware store. Total of about 3 hours. But, Nooooo, they are too smart to use a template and so they just cut the ceiling, then cut some more, then cut some more. All to try to make the fan unit fit into the ever increasing hole in the ceiling. Of course, if they would have actually read the instructions, it tells you that the fan unit has to be taken apart in order to install it. Gee, once we took it apart, whaddya know, the installation only took about 30 minutes. Go figure. They also had two workers there, and are very happy to charge for it, even though only one is actually doing anything at a given time. Now I can tell you, they are going to say they read the instructions...baloney. I read the instructions and told them what to do. They're also going to blame the unit for not fitting. Well, yeah, it doesn't fit if you don' follow the instructions. Then it magically fits once SOMEONE reads the instructions! And they will blame me for buying a fan that has a different duct size. I allowed time for buying an adapter. Oh, interestingly, Dave told me that sealing the duct with regular duct tape is not durable (only lasts a couple of years), yet the next day found that he didn't have any of the silver duct tape, so just used regular duct tape. The drywall guy they referred me to did a great job. Of course, he first had to cut the hole in the ceiling even larger, since Reinhart had not only failed to use the template, but also failed to cut the hole square. Of course, the drywall guy probably gets a lot of practice repairing holes after Reinhart is done...Reinhart is quick to recommend him (and probably has him on his speed dial). This is the only time I've ever had to get a drywall guy in after an electrician was done. What a fiasco!
