General Contractor reviews in Renton, Washington

We decided to do a remodel of our master bathroom. We spoke to about 6 different contractors and decided to go with BB Builders due to Ron, our project manager. I appreciate the honesty and willingness to give differing opinions rather than agreeing to everything I proposed.

We had a rough list of materials we needed to buy before the project can start. If you don't have a designer, there are detail finishing pieces you need to consider like trims, grout, etc. Overall it's a pretty smooth process. The whole demo to completion was about 3 weeks. We had to wait another week for our shower door, which we've decided to subcontract out separately.

In terms of prices, they were in the middle of the ranges we received. There were some small things that came up, but Ron and team was always able to fix it same or next day. Would hire them again for future jobs.

Ron & the team at BB Builders did a great job on our deck rebuilding project. From the initial estimate it was clear they emphasize making sure you know EXACTLY what the job will look like (timeframes, financing, materials etc). Ron patiently took his time to ensure that we knew what we were getting into and that we were totally satisfied with our choices- even when we received our floor materials that we had second-thoughts about. Throughout the process they were very professional and showed a level of craftsmanship that instilled confidence. While there were a few minor imperfections along the way they were promptly addressed and remedied. They stuck to their time frame and got the whole project done before summer like we had hoped for!

Long story short we love our new deck! I would definitely recommend this business and will certainly call them for future projects!

We hired BB Builders to manage our kitchen remodel. We started with a concept, and they worked with us every step of the way to make it happen. We couldn't be happier with the final results.

The work was top notch, the process was as simple as possible, they got it done surprisingly fast, and the price was more fair. We will be recommending BB Builders to our friends, and they'll be the first call when we start our next renovation project.

I enlisted the services of BB-Builders Pro to replace our backyard deck and landscape. Ron and his Team worked with me to create the ideal design, managing the work, meeting the anticipated timelines, and created a beautiful environment for our backyard. I am extremely impressed by the professionalism and follow-up of BB-Builders Pro and the results of their efforts. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

Ron and the crew at BB-Builders renovated our 2 bathrooms after we suffered flooding in our basement. They greatly eased our anxiety with clear communication and construction plans, and worked around our budget constraints without compromising the quality or timeline. Highly recommend.

BB Builders pro are great, !! My first big project for my home and I was searching for reliable honest company! So glad I found them! Noah the project manager is amazing! ( i think I have asked him every question you can think of) but hes so patient and understanding of your needs, and knowlegeable of what you want and how to achieve it for you, ,he explained the whole process with me at my home, went over every detail, helped me set up my account online, was not hesitant the answer any questions I had right away, he ordered everything for me and had it shipped to my home and everything went very smoothly, he was contacting me all the time checking up on making sure everything was going smoothly with his workers and they did an amazing awesome job on my shower coversion, and installing my new vanity, i am so pleased with their work. And how professional they are now, they take care of you that I am having them.Do a second project for me ! Thank you Noah for everything 🙂

We recently completed a master bathroom remodel with the BB Builders Pro team, and we cannot recommend them enough! This is one of the best experiences my wife and I have had with a General Contractor. Our Project Manager, Ron, was very communicative, on-site frequently, and checked in with us even on weekends to make sure we were on the same page and had all the materials to complete the work. His team lead, Bogdan, worked in a very similar way, and checked in with us when he and the team had any questions during the construction process. They completed the work well within the timeline, and did so even with a mid-work change in the wall tile that led to a stop in work for a few days. They did an AMAZING job on our master bathroom and made it exactly how we envisioned. We are having them come back to remodel our guest bathrooms very soon too. If you have a house project that you want professionally done, please reach out to Ron and BB-Builders Pro to have it done right.

BB Builders was one of the best moves we made for this project! Noah helped us reimagine the whole layout and design, from picking materials and appliances to choosing colors and textures. The entire experience was smooth, the crew was super responsive, and everything got done efficiently. Big thanks to the team for turning our house into the home we always dreamed of!

Did amazing job on the kitchen remodel , highly recommended!!! Oleg did our job

Oleg, Sergiy and the whole team has been great to work with! They helped me remodel my entire home down to the studs, all new finishes, kitchen and bathrooms. Their knowledge and expertise helped navigate several bumps we ran into after demolition. I highly recommend them for any construction needs!

Very busy people and very nice over email — clearly a well-rated and professional team. That said, I can only give 2 stars because they committed to something but never followed up. Disappointing, especially given their otherwise strong reputation.
update- 100% genuine review. Check with Emma Adamova.

Top quality work; and the staff (Bohdan, Daniel, Sam, Igor, Sergiy, etc.) are nice and very professional. This is the 2nd time I've hired Wise Choice. They did flooring for us, and other miscellaneous work. Both times they did excellent jobs. They don't try to upsell you either. I've recommended them to my neighbors.

We’ve been doing few projects with Wise Construction company. Sergiy and his team care about the quality all the way down to the details. They take into account all the clients’ wishes.
Would like to mention that Wise team is attentive to the details and doesn’t start the project before discussing them over. Their work is neat and beautiful. Easy communication.
They are professional in their work.
Looking forward to have more great projects in the future.

Professional, communicative and easy to work with. Enjoyed working with Daniel and Sam on a time sensitive project. Very pleased with the experience from start to finish.

Great experience. Showed up on time and completed the work with no problems. Thank you!

Awesome team to work with. definitely the best in town I highly recommend

Svat was the first person we worked with, and he was outstanding. From the initial consultation, he listened carefully to our ideas, offered valuable insights, and made sure all of our questions were addressed. His experience and approachable manner set the tone for the entire project.

Reliable company. Easy to work with and communicate. Project went well and without a hitch.

Sam provided great services when we were remodeling the bathroom in a very tight timeline!

In the end I give WCGC a 5, but during the process it was a 3, averging out to a 4. Overall they were on budget and the job itself was done well, however leading up to that it had some challenges.

The PM assigned was not the most responsive, often scheduling things the day of and notifying us with short notice that important things such as electrical, HVAC and other were scheduled. We had our garage expanded and were living in the house at the time of construction and they would cut the power without any notice, sever our internet line with working from home and often make decisions without consulting first. The PM also quoted me for additional things, that upon review, were already in the original quote and it wasn't until after I reviewed the quote again and pointed them out to which he relented and did the work without requesting any additional money. It was originally a 1 month job that turned into 3 months, with me frequently calling them that it was raining outside and rain was coming inside my house. To their credit, each time I called someone came immediately. The bright star in the entire thing was Oleg, who can literally do anything. He was knowlegable, thoughtful and had a skillset to take on any task.

The pain of interacting with the PM while trying to give my wife a schedule of what's to come was very troubling, but looking back now, they ended up doing a stellar job. The end was a bit difficult because the PM didn't keep a running tab of expenses, but certainly felt he needed to charge me more if anything even remotely fell out of scope. If they weren't on budget it would have been a painful reconciliation of what costs they actually incurred vs what they billed me. If they had a PM that knew how to proactively communicate, it would have been 5 stars all around.

They did a great job repairing the cabinet and flooring beneath my kitchen sink. I thought it might take several days but they were able to complete the work in one afternoon!
