If I could give less than 1 star I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Update: offered a refund and then gave me a fake email address before they edited their response

I hired A&B for a move-in deep clean the day after we closed on our home. They arrived hours late, delaying us from moving in. Our realtor had left us a housewarming gift on the kitchen table, it was the only item in the house and (even had our names on it) and the cleaners decided to steal it. When confronted, the company immediately went to the cleaners defense until I advised them I had ring cameras and had already filed a police report. They still would not and have not taken any accountability but I was ultimately able to get my items returned.

NOW FOR THE CLEANING - I’m not sure if they actually did anything we paid them to do. I’m including photos and videos below. The move in clean was supposed to include cleaning all floors and tile, cabinets, windows sills and baseboard/trim. It is all still noticeably filthy, you could not tell anything had even been done after they left. I lightly wiped tile and vinyl flooring with a moist paper towel and it was obviously not even touched. Cabinets look worse than they did before they came.

Essentially I paid $602.55 to get robbed before we even spent the night in our first home. I have submitted a complaint to the BBB. Do not hire these frauds, find another business with integrity.

I’m so glad I chose this company. Walking into my house after they finished felt amazing. Everything looked fresh, clean, and put together. They didn’t rush, and you could tell they cared about doing a good job. My kitchen and bathrooms looked the best they’ve ever looked. The team was friendly and respectful the whole time. I’ll definitely be calling them again.

I booked this company for a full house cleaning. The team arrived on time and came prepared. They cleaned floors, baseboards, bathrooms, and kitchen thoroughly. They did not miss corners or hard spots. They were respectful of my home and finished within the time promised. The results exceeded my expectations. I recommend them if you want reliable and professional service.

I hired A and B Pro Cleaning for a one-time move-out cleaning service in Renton, WA and was extremely impressed. The crew was efficient, professional, friendly and arrived exactly on time. They were thorough in every room, paying attention to details and were willing to come back if they missed a spot. I especially appreciated how quickly they completed the job without sacrificing quality. I definitely recommend them, and will book again for future services!

I have Juan and Eduardo to clean up my backyard and install mulch. The service was professional and efficient. They also listened to my additional requests and did additional cleaning around one area I was concerned about.

Augusta Lawn Care is an outstanding company. I needed a large, overgrown bush - among other things - removed from my property. They responded to my inquiry right away and scheduled the removal to take place before incurring fees from my HOA. This company is professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about all things landscaping. I could not recommend them enough!

They were very friendly and whipped my lawn into shape. It was a total wreck and they were able to make it look magazine worthy 😂. The employee Darwin was very nice and worked quickly and was very helpful. Great company, would recommend to anyone!

So far I have only had them out for an estimate, but they were very professional and answered all my questions.

I reached out to Augusta Lawn Care to get a quote and potentially service for a winter clean up of our large property. The work has not been performed yet, but Thomas showed up 2 days after the inquiry to inspect the property more closely. He was very pleasant and professional. He was patient with hearing my explanations and expectations. He also explained clearly what to expect from him in terms of timeline for the quote and the queue for when service would be provided. So far, I’m very happy with their business and hope they will become my go-to.

Augusta has been terrific for my lawn maintenance needs. They have assisted with the original bush clean up and now mow the yard each week. They are professional and timely with their services.

I’m an old lady and I really need to find someone trustworthy to do my lawn. Reshell helped me a lot with my questions about pest control, lawn mowing, mulching and sod installation. She is very knowledgeable about their services and very patient especially to an old lady like me. I would definitely recommend this company to my other senior friends since they are looking for one too.

Me and my husband were having a hard time finding the right people to do our lawn since we just moved here. Reshell was very helpful and she answered all of our questions like what type of plants and trees will survive in our location. She was also informative about the sprinkler system if we decided to install one. She was very helpful as well on explaining the services they offered. I would definitely recommend this lawn service because they have the right people working for them, that knows what they’re talking about.

I am very impressed with Augusta Lawn Care of Issaquah’s work ethics, professionalism and the quality of their completed work. From answering to the clients’ phones to the finishing the job they work as a team and do represent the company’s values. Reshell, at the front desk, effectively relates the clients’ inquiries to her team and makes sure that they are resolved quickly. Mowing the lawn can be once a week or bi-weekly. They also offer a 12-month plan to take care of the rest of the yard’s yearly needs. Although I am new to the company, I am glad that I listened to the recommendations in Nextdoor Neighbor as well as of several other people in finding Augusta Lawn Care of Issaquah to trust with our yards being well taken care of year around.

The Augusta team did an outstanding job on our Lk Sammamish Beach property. The crew was very efficient and thorough and the property looks like a "well maintained park".

The service person was very friendly and did a great job mowing our lawn and blowing clippings off the driveway. Left everything looking great. Followed all my instructions to a tee!

However the communication between me and the office, and the office and service person was almost non-existent, resulting in confusion such as me having no idea what day or time to expect them, and them starting the work before I was even aware they were here, and had to run outside in my robe and slippers to tell the service person exactly what I was looking to have done :)

Worst ever lawn care service. These guys will not show up biweekly might even send 1 guy for the service and not even work for an hour on the property. We had their service throughout for 2023. They were really good in the beginning. But the last six months were a huge disappointment. They hardly show up but keep sending invoices to pay. They increased our winter service charge to +25% and we still paid because we wanted a smooth service. But it’s April running and we still have leaves on our property from last year. Emailed them multiple time , asked for owners / estimators to look at our property to put us back on our original price. They keep giving false schedules and say owners will come today or tomorrow it’s been more than 2 weeks and no one showed up. Then after my multiple email the estimator arrived and he asked to sigh up for a yearly service , when I emailed them to give us an estimate for yearly service they send the wrong quote. When I asked them if two guys will come they are like we can’t guarantee and increased the quote to double the price. They promise something and deliver something. It seems like there is some level of dishonesty going on. Don’t sign up with them this lawn care company is a fraud.
