We hired Augusta to fix up our lawn before putting it on the market to sell. Our house flew off the market, thanks in part to Augusta giving it some real curb appeal with their exquisite yard work.

I can't recommend working with this team enough!

Highly professional. I hired them to come out and aerate my lawn, which they did well and fast. But they also cleared all the pine needles and storm debris from the past weekend off my driveway and sidewalk. That was unexpected, but much appreciated! Will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Augusta lawn care has been taking care of my lawn at my rental house for past 8 months. They send pictures and are super professional. They are honest and dedicated. I saw huge improvement in my lawn and will recommend to all home owners. They are always accommodating and customer obsessed.

Jenny mowed my lawn today, and she was terrific! Not just in the job that she did, but she was friendly and also helpful with a problem in part of the yard. She even went an extra step and offered to leave extra notes about it for other crew members.

There are also two others I want to mention who I’ve been impressed with. Carl is great communicating with emails, clarifies what’s needed, arranges what needs to be done and does it promptly. And Tyler showed amazing patience and skill remedying a problem that came up in my yard.

What I’ve noticed about all three is they seem to make extra effort to do a great job. I’ve never worked with a company that follows through so well on customer service!

Carl and the team were very helpful and professional. They were incredibly accommodating with all of my inquiries and concerns.

Tyler, Carlos, and another crew member removed a 7-foot tree, leveled the stump, hauled away the tree debris, cleaned up/left the area in pristine condition as well as installed a new tree within my condo community. Excellent job! When I called Reshell for my invoice, she promptly emailed it to me -- great customer service!

They've done a good job to clean up my overgrown weeds. Although there were dome delays, but Carl has stepped up to resolve all the issues. Recommended.

Augusta Lawn Care had been mowing my lawn for about 6 months. They are always reliable and they do great work. I recent hired them to pressure wash my patio and weed my entire yard and I’m telling you, it’s the best yard work I’ve had done. They did great work for a reasonable price. I can’t recommend them enough!!

The crew did a great job dealing with some tenacious blackberry bushes and other cleanup needs, thanks Carlos and Jose! Customer service was also very responsive and helpful to any questions I had regarding my project.

I had high hopes for Augusta Lawn Care based on their presentation and initial communication. Unfortunately, my experience quickly revealed a lack of professionalism and accountability that consumers should be aware of.

After accepting a formal quote for cleanup, aeration, and dethatching services, Augusta unilaterally attempted to raise the price by over $200, citing an internal oversight on their end. Despite my confirmation of the original estimate, they withdrew the offer entirely rather than honoring the price they initially presented.

It’s deeply concerning that a company would invalidate a confirmed estimate—an agreement that legally binds both parties—simply due to an internal pricing error. Rather than take responsibility, they attempted to shift blame and recommended I find someone else.

If you value professionalism, transparency, and integrity in your service providers, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

Extremely professional, but has a local charm that makes them trustworthy and easy to do business with. Very clean work and great communication. Have worked with them on many projects to fix and establish lawns.

I hired Augusta Lawn Care expecting a professional job, but was left incredibly disappointed. The work was sloppy and incomplete — patches of the yard were left uncut, and trash was left all over the property (I had to clean it myself while injured). I provided detailed feedback and even sent photos, but never received a follow-up or resolution.

For a company that claims to prioritize customer service, the lack of accountability was frustrating. It honestly looked like a rushed, amateur job. I could’ve done a better job myself if I were able-bodied. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Approve of the garden winter cleanup at my residence. I plan to hire this team full time, monthly service fees seem reasonable.

I'll start with my latest conversation with one of the owners, Tyler, who told me he was only calling me because his customer service rep told him to, and that he was completely detached from the situation. I gave him opportunities to rectify my issues, help me understand their services and reset expectations if needed, but he was uninterested in doing so.

Their new lawn guys ripped up our yard three times after heavy rain. Thomas, the other owner, offered to fix it which I appreciated. However, the lack of knowledge from their new people became a weekly stressor. They were supposed to mow 2 weeks after fixing it, and they came a week later and started mowing. I stopped them, asked if the 2 week wait was correct, and they said "you tell me." I'm not a lawn professional, so I had no idea.

They would let giant weeds grow with no attention, walk through the yard making mud after rain, track mud through out driveway, the list goes on. I had to go outside every single visit. They also almost always only spoke Spanish, which I'm a native speaker, so I had to go out vs my husband who couldn't communicate any needs when he'd try.

Overall I am incredibly dissapointed, as I really wanted this to work out after their projects teams did a great job at their initial clean-up and the co-owner, Thomas, is great. Their weekly crew just doesn't cut it.

Eduardo and Juan did an amazing job cleaning up my entire property. They were professional, efficient, and you could tell they take pride in their work. I appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took throughout the process. Highly recommend!

We’ve been using Augusta for the second year now and have had a great experience. Communication has been great. The one time there was an issue, it was handled efficiently and with care. Carl is great to work with!

Juan and Eduardo did a great job in my yard. They listened to specific concerns i had. Asked if they could trim a shrub. When I said no, they specifically pointed out what they thought was needed. When I agreed, they said they would show me when they finished with the shrub for my approval.
They took time and care with their work. They notified me when they were finished and told me to call if I felt something was incomplete or unaddressed and they would come back to fix it.
Their work and attention was a welcome breath of fresh air.

Tristan did a fabulous job! No clippings or clumps of grass left behind with beautiful straight mow lines. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks so much Tristan!

We highly recommend this Landscaping company. Maintenance work, clean ups and etc. They're one of the most effective and honest companies in the industry. Thomas, Tyler, and the entire team are outstanding people. Can't recommend these guys enough.
