I can't say enough good things about Blue Ribbon, Andy and everyone that works for Blue Ribbon. My partner is a landscaper and has recommended Blue Ribbon ( for the past 20 years?) to countless clients and without fail every time Blue Ribbon does an amazing job and the clients are extremely happy. I am a Real Estate Broker and have recommended them to many many clients as well and time and time again they have done an amazing job. We have had Blue Ribbon work on our personal property a few times and have always had the absolute best experience all around. I wouldn't call anyone else.

We had a great experience with Blue Ribbon on a few projects including tree removal and stump grinding. They fit us in right away, we’re prompt, efficient, and thorough. After their crew left, we discovered one of the stumps wasn’t as low as we wanted and they sent someone out right away to grind it lower. Great customer experience.

I couldn't be happier with Blue Ribbon Tree! They pruned 4 trees for me and did a great job for a reasonable price, and were very respectful of my garden. Andy was great about answering all of my questions too. I highly recommend using Blue Ribbon when you need some tree work done!

Blue Ribbon did an awesome job on removing some trees on our property; competitive price, arrived on time, completed ahead of schedule and cleaned up afterward. Andy, the owner, took the time to explain the pros and cons of the potential work scope during the estimation visit and then came with the crew to kick off the job. Highly recommended

I contacted Ian for a quote when we moved into our first home just a few months ago. He was quick to respond and meet me for a free quote and also took a look at other trees on our property. He communicated with me throughout scheduling, made sure to tell me when his crew was coming out, and his crew did a great job cutting up a fallen tree for us. Their pricing was on par for some other quotes I got, but I ended up going with them because they were so local to us. I am happy with their work and will use their services again!

I had a great experience with Blue Ribbon. Ian came out to look at two groups of trees on my property and answered a bunch of questions for me. He's of course super knowledgeable and as a first time homeowner it was great to learn from him. The whole team came back just a week later and took out four rotting plum trees and a tall leaning trunk. The quote seemed super fair, it took them less than an hour and everything was cleaned up after. Will definitely use them again!

Would highly this company! Their communication was excellent at every step of the way, and they were on time for scheduled meetings. They gave me a fair quote for a tree removal in our backyard, and did exactly as promised. Their work was efficient, safe, and they left our yard very clean and neat. They were very knowledgable and clearly knew what they were doing.

My husband and I had work completed by Ian and Andy's team when we bought our home. The former home owners left a fallen tree trunk that the blue Ribbon crew cut up for us to turn into firewood and they grinned down the stump that was left behind and did a great job. I also recently reached out to see if I could get some wood chips for my garden projects and they quickly replied with a yes and delivered the wood chips to my home right where I requested they be left. I will not hesitate to reach out to them in the future for our tree and landscape needs. Great local group!

Ian and everyone at Blue Ribbon did an incredible job! They were also really helpful with my (many) questions. They were super professional. Extremely well priced and my yard is certainly cleaner than when they arrived. Top marks-we will absolutely refer them to others and will continue to work with them. Fantastic!

We hired Blue Ribbon to trim a couple London Plane trees and remove a third one. Ian and his crew of six were very professional and did an excellent job in all respects, at a very competitive price. All three trees were very close to the house/deck and the crew was very careful not to damage anything. They also did an excellent job of cleanup when the work was done. I highly recommend Blue Ribbon to anyone that needs tree work done.

Recently had Blue Ribbon out to lower some Leyland cypress that had gotten too high for our small backyard. A thorough and professional service from arborist, Ian and his hardworking crew. Competitive pricing for the service which included great cleanup after the job. They were very thoughtful about trying to not damage the surrounding garden. Our HOA uses them as well, but didn't discover this until afterwards. Overall would highly recommend their services!

Called Blue Ribbon and was given Ian's number. He called back immediately after I reached out and was at our house within 20 minutes. Ian priced out removing 6 mature trees on our fence line next to the road. I contacted Ian with a question about an option a competitor had recommended and Ian explained the ramifications of the option that the competitor failed to mention. Ian provided a very competitive bid and they were able to fit us in within 2 weeks of contacting them. The crew came out with a bucket truck, a truck with a chipper and a truck to haul away the wood, which unfortunately we couldn't use. (Some companies aren't hauling wood away anymore.) They placed out cones and "A frame" warning signs on the road and worked very safely as our road does see some traffic. They did a superb job bringing down the trees without any damage to our fence or impeding traffic. They cleaned up the entire length of the worksite, using not only a leaf blower for the chainsaw "chips", but also raked up small branches. You wouldn't even have known they were there except for the missing trees! :D I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got the project done! What a great job and great customer service. Just a top notch experience all the way around. I can't recommend Blue Ribbon Tree & Landscape highly enough! We will use them again.

Phoenix Landscaping handled our landscaping and maintenance needs for 4-5 years and always did a great job. Quick, efficient and willing to work with us on any extra needs we might have had on and off. We would still be using them if we had not moved out of state!

Adrian and his crew handled the landscape maintenance at our Medina home for close to twenty years. Prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and thorough only begins to describe their great service. We had a flaky maintenance service prior and I finally fired them. So glad I found Adrian!

We have benefited from Phoenix Landscape for almost 30 years! They have helped us at 3 different homes and our business. Such wonderful people! They are reliable and knowledgeable about grass, plants and trees. They have planted, fertilized, trimmed and maintained a vast number of species for us, and with a great attitude. I would say their specialty is hedge trimming. We had English garden type hedges and they were kept trimmed expertly. We always got compliments. I can give them a very strong recommendation.

Phoenix has taken care of our yard since 2019, and we've been extremely pleased. Not only do they do a great job of weekly yard care, they also have taken care of our irrigation system, including required annual backflow regulator tests, annual winterizing, and also did a replacement for our irrigation controller when we wanted to take advantage of a newer model. We've had them spread new mulch a couple times, and, when we were selling the home, had them do a major pruning along with spreading new mulch. They even removed a couple small trees that had been damaged by high heat a couple seasons ago. The owner, his father, who did the irrigation system work, and the employees who did the yard work were all professional, attentive to our needs, and very friendly. We are going to miss them very much since we've moved outside their service area.

Very professional and easy to work with. They said when they could start and that it would take five days to complete. They started as planned and finished at the end of day four which included an addition of pulling a huge shrub we have been wondering how to remove. Our new patio pavers look great and can’t wait for nice weather to enjoy it 👍

We have used Laken Outdoor Design and Landscaping as our landscaping maintenance provider for over a year. Brian is easy to work with and offers a very professional perspective. Our overall property was in need of a refresh. Our plants were mature, but no longer added to the quality of the visual experience we once enjoyed.

I reached out to Brian for an itemized estimate and overall plan. I felt that I was offered a reasonable price for what he was suggesting. We needed a version of hardscaping as well as a large amount of old plant removal and replacement. We had a long pebble pathway and a stone pathway created to wind around the property. Not only were we very pleased with the results, but also the process! There were changes and additions that I requested along the way that were received well. As a women in charge of our household, it was appreciated that Brian was collaborative with the creative part of the project. The team that showed up daily was respectful of the process and our property. I promote Brian and his company, would hire them again, and believe anyone would be very pleased with the results.

Brian worked with us to design our front, side and backyard. Brian started with a mole infested lawn and a bare earth hillside. He transformed the property into a resort like setting with 1,400 sq ft. of artificial turf, 100 ft.of river rock, a 50ft walkway and a bridge leading to a sitting area. New lighting and irrigation systems were installed along with about 100 shrubs and trees. Impressive. The project was done on budget in three weeks with no surprises or hidden costs. Brian oversaw every step along the way and let us make changes as needed as we worked our way through this major undertaking.. Brian's crew was neat and all work was done professionally. It's not often that one says in today's economy that they got value for their money. We certainly did!
