Uyeta's did an amazing job with our recent garden and lawn installation. They put in extra care to ensure everything was perfect and were great partners throughout the process, communicating well and keeping us informed on how we were doing on budget so we could make decisions well ahead of time. We were very satisfied with the front yard landscaping work done by Uyeta Landscaping. We got several bids for the job and while Uyeta wasn’t the cheapest, we felt they provided the best value for the money spent. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. We had a basic idea of what we wanted and their construction manager, Christian, worked with us to come up with an overall design that we were happy with (low maintenance and no lawn).

We decided to basically start with a clean slate so all existing landscape was removed with the exception of a couple of small trees. They installed a flagstone path to the back gate, several flowerbeds and a sprinkler system. What we especially liked was that we got to pick out ALL of the shrubs, flowers and trees ourselves. Christian met us at a local nursery, gave us a general idea of the type of plants and trees that might look good and would do well in our yard. We all then spent almost 3 hours picking out the “stuff” we liked and asking questions.

There were some scheduling issues in the beginning and the project started a couple of weeks late but once started, it took 5 days (Monday thru Friday). The crew showed up between 6:30 and & 7:00 each morning and left between 2:00 & 3:00 in the afternoon. Overall we are extremely happy with how the yard turned out.

We live in an older neighborhood (built in 1962) on a corner lot with a large front-side yard extending around 2 sides of the property. That part of our yard was mostly lawn and never very healthy. The summers of 2015 and 2016 finally killed off a large portion of it that never came back.
We hired Uyeta Landscape to come in, remove virtually all the vegetation between the house and the curb along those two sides and recreate those yard areas. Uyeta brought in new topsoil, mulch and re-sculptured the entire area with a mix of 1/3 lawn and 2/3 planter areas. A year later, those areas look amazing. Neighbors still slow down every time we are out working in the yard to say how good it looks.
Uyeta worked closely with us on plant selections, how we wanted the areas to look and even the dry riverbed which we wanted. We couldn’t be happier with how it all came out.

These guys installed a 6 zone irrigation/sprinkler system at my home. I got a few bids and their price fell right in line with the others. I worked mostly with Christian and Ernesto and both are good dudes... seem to like what they do and they're good at it. Communication was excellent. We had one minor issue and Mr. Eddie Uyeta himself contact me on a Sunday nonetheless to make sure we were taken care of. Don't hesitate to hire these guys you'll be glad you did.

The team of professionals at Uyeta Landscape and design are really just a lovely group to work with. They are quite responsive, very capable, and inspire confidence. We had been contemplating our project for many years so when Christian agreed to come and consult with us, we were very encouraged by his professionalism, vast knowledge, and patience. Within a week of that initial meeting we had an estimate, a timeline, and ...homework. Our job was completed in exactly the timeline we had discussed, at the beginning of January, in very inclement conditions.

Artemio and Steve built our rockery, new stairway, and installed the new bridge for the ditch that we had ordered (which was delivered to Uyeta and assembled by Christian himself). The staff from Uyeta are craftsmen who take great pride in their work. We are delighted with the results and highly recommend them for whatever landscaping needs that you have.

Gurdip and his team is great and very efficient. They installed metal fence. I am very impressed by their work and knowledge. They finished their work on time. I will refer them proudly to all my friends and family.

Very efficient company who transformed our front and back yard. Did exactly what we asked for and our home looks better than what we envisioned. Their work with us included extending our drive way, putting in pavement in the back yard as well as completely removing and replacing grass in our front yard & more. No complaints with their work ethic, hire them without hesitation!

Deep has done work for us for over 25 years in NE Seattle ...he recently completed major tree trimming and sod for a backyard ...time from when I called him to completion was under 3 days and it all looks great . Also they have also been the best priced in the market

I have worked with Deep and A-1 Sheer for around twenty years now. They built several terraced rock walls and paths for me on a very steep hill which made that area of our land much more accessible over the years.
Since then, Deep and his crew (family of wonderful people) have done numerous jobs in our one acre , hilly property.
