Osvoldo has been working my 2 acres for about 6 months. He and his family have been awesome. My wife has been very pleased with their work and my bushes and trees haven’t looked so good. I ended up recommending to a friend to which he was hired. I would recommend him for any yard. If he can manage my 2 acres he can do any lawn.

We hired Osvaldo's for a spring clean-up/maintenance of our backyard, including some trimming of some privacy shades trees that were really tall. Throughout the process, from estimate coordination to arrival time and the work itself, Osvaldo and his team were responsive, timely and respectful. They did good work and were open to adjusting a few things for us. Pricing was competitive. We would use them again!

On my first contact with Precision Landscaping they made it a priority to schedule a time to visit and get our project done and goals achieved. They communicated well and explained their work when we talked at the end of their visit. They did a great job and I would recommend that others (and I plan to) use them again.

Tony at Precision Landscaping is an outstanding professional. He is extra ordinarily skilled, extremely thorough, diligent and efficient. He cares about your lawn the way you do. He quotes competitive rates and goes out of his way to create customer delight with an outstanding job. I will almost definitely going to get his help again on another project.

Tony always does fantastic work. I am a realtor and use him often to prepare a house to be listed. He knows exactly what is needed to get the yard ready. He is prompt, considerate and prices his jobs very reasonably. The yards look amazing after he is done. He cleans everything up and goes above and beyond. I have had him do yards in south king county and the Eastside and north. His territory it very large. I highly recommend him!

I needed brush clearing on a vacant lot which was overgrown with dense vegetation. I'm so glad I found Tony.  Though this is my first time working with Tony I can sense he has a great work ethic overall, very clear on what he is going to do and very thorough with his work.  The quote was provided almost instantly and was very reasonable.  He did an above and beyond job on clearing the lot, I was quite please with the result on the 1st day. To me he did his job and would be happy as is but he said he is not done and will come back next day to finish it up. If you are looking quality work and reasonable price look for further, this is the guy you want. I'm definitely a return customer.
