Had a great experience working with Tony for a backyard and front lawn refresh. We first met to discuss what we were looking for and got quotes shortly after that. Tony was very understanding as we adjusted the requirements based on budget.

The work itself (concrete removal, old grass removal, mulch and topsoil installation and hydroseeding) was done efficiently and we're very happy with the results. We were very impressed with all the specialised equipment used. Plus the cleanup at the end left everything looking neat. To top it off, the pricing was very reasonable.

My experience with Precision Landscape was excellent from the time I called for an estimate to completion of the project. Tony is very dedicated to customer service and provides informative knowledge to help you make the best decision for your project. We hired Precision Landscape to regrade our yard which was sloping towards the home. It's unfortunate there are irresponsible builders who would allow this to happen. Everyone knows grades sloping towards a home in the NW can cause water issues and should be avoided or at least provide a solution. Tony and his crew did a great job in helping with this issue and added new sod when regrading was completed. He also corrected some drainage work done incorrectly from another contractor. We definitely recommend this company. Thanks Tony!

Tony did an excellent job installing a new gravel driveway. He was very easy to work with and is very skilled with the excavator. He removed our existing asphalt driveway and widened the entrance. I am very satisfied with the end result and I definitely plan to work with him again in the future. I have already referred him to a few of my friends.

Tony took 3 days to turn our overgrown, uneven lawn into a yard that looked so good I didn't recognize it. He took the time to regrade the yard so less runoff would go towards the house and did a great job laying out sod. I look forward to working with him in the future. I would recommend their work any day of the week.

We had a tall Arborvitae tree uprooted during the bomb cyclone. We had them remove it. Tony was quick to get back to me and very nice and professional. He let us know when they were able to come and do the work. They cleaned it up really well when they were done. Thank you and super job!

Had a great experience with Tony and Precision Landscape LLC. I needed sod installation and a bamboo patch completely removed (previous homeowners/residents had planted and left it unchecked). Submitted the request for an estimate and Tony came out later that same day. He provided options, his recommendations, and answered all questions easily. Quotes were very reasonable compared to others and I ultimately hired Tony for his professionalism.

Tony was excellent to deal with. He planned my grass removal and new sod perfectly. The new sod looks beautiful and they did a very nice job with the clean up. Their name precision landscapes is very appropriate as they paid attention to the little details and took time on some things other people would overlook or skip over. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We had a great experience working with Tony; he definitely took precise measurements for our sod installation project, and would quickly respond back to any questions we had. I really appreciated his honesty in assessing our soil quality which led us to choose not to add topsoil to the job, reducing the cost of the project. He was able to fit in our job within a week of taking measurements. A little over two weeks after installation the sod has integrated beautifully. Thanks again for a job well done!

Precision Landscape LLC was outstanding. Very responsive, affordable and skilled at anything to do with landscaping and working on yards. I called Jose about a quote for grading my backyard as well as aerating and putting on top soil and sod. Jose came over to perform an estimate and got back to me with a very affordable/reasonably priced quote. The work he did was outstanding. Very detail oriented company that cares about the quality of work. The grading and laying/compacting of topsoil was everything my backyard needed to hydro seed. Precision landscaping also has a variety of sod for all areas in the PNW.

Raccoons had completely destroyed our backyard lawn (looking for grubs!). We researched and had 3 companies, including Precision Landscaping, come out and give us bids. Tony was detail-oriented, asked questions, verified information, measured the area, and gave us a bid that was far more thorough, clear, and reasonable than the other two companies. We are sooooo glad we decided to go with Tony. He did the work exactly as he had described; was very informative about the lawn care going forward; and was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend him!!!!
