I hired this company to detail my car after discovering their tiktok. They did a great job washing my car and removing the stains from my seats. It's not cheap to get your vehicle detailed especially at your home but if you can make the expense choose this company.

1. They ran my credit card without my permission. I needed to tell them that I was overcharged and talk to them, but my work hours were the same as theirs so it was difficult to call. Then they just processed my credit card without my permission
2. They charge me for things that they did not do
3. Things are missing. I had a brand new $11 item on my counter that I cannot find As well as a couple other items.
There were spots in my living room that didn’t get cleaned.
And the floors in the kitchen did not get cleaned. Things on wheels did not get moved..

I had Edge come and clean my basement and some extra touches in the bathroom and kitchen. They did an excellent job. Just make sure you are clear what your budget is, and what are the must haves vs nice to haves and Alex and team will work with you.

OK from the start, you get a super professional interaction where they collect all kinds of info so they can properly quote: how many windows, rooms, etc. etc. There are all kinds of things you can ask them to do in addition to regular cleaning; we got the deep cleaning. They send you a quote, and then you get reminder texts leading up to the day *including* a notice on the day of about when they will arrive (e.g., "they will be arriving in 30 minutes"). FIVE people showed up with super-clean gear, lots of colorful microfiber cloths and clear tubs! They all introduced themselves, and then had a "huddle" of who was going to do what. We had made it complicated unfortunately because two folks in the house work nights and one was working from home, but they worked around us with absolutely no issues. After EIGHT HOURS, *everything* was spotless -- my husband's comment was "everything is just *shining*"! Cabinets, floors, baseboards, windows -- they even got this pesky calcium mark that was in the shower. They were not even done when we requested a monthly cleaning. I don't normally write google reviews -- but Edge is way, way worth it.

I’ve been following Sergio on Instagram for over a year, while I lived in England. I was hooked on his videos, especially the meticulous attention he gives to cleaning. When we moved back to the area, we found our home, which had been rented out for six years, in a pretty dirty state.

Sergio, Ana, Manuela, Maria, and Maria—arrived arround 8:30 AM and didn’t leave until nearly 7 PM, dedicating all their time to deep cleaning our home. The transformation was incredible. Every appliance, which had been covered in grime inside and out, now looks brand new. Kitchen bins included! The windows, screens and patio doors, which were in dire need of attention, are spotless, with all the grime scraped off and even the tracks steamed clean. The light fixtures are gleaming, free from the layers of dust and dirt that had accumulated.

They even tackled the tough stuff—scraping grime off kitchen cabinets, clearing out shower drains, removing hair, scraping off limescale, and eliminating mold and mildew. The floors, after being steam cleaned, not only look immaculate but also had all the lingering odors removed.

On top of the amazing work they did, I also really enjoyed chatting with Sergio and Ana throughout the day. They were both friendly and professional, which made the experience even better.

Sergio and his team did a great job giving our house a one-off move-in deep clean, especially in the kitchen area. Not the cheapest, but they did things that other cleaning companies were not capable (or willing) to do. It’s definitely worth it!

The house shines and a ton of dog hair throughout was trapped and removed. Everything is fresh and I am relieved of the stress of a job I could not have accomplished on my own. These guys are amazing! I hired them for a deep cleaning and I was blown away of their attention to detail and the results! I have been trying for months to get the stains on my fridge off, nothing worked. I used all kinds of chemicals and techniques and nothing could get those stains out. Sergio came and in one hour got all the stains out and my fridge looks like new now. I am very happy with their services and their professionalism. They are friendly, reliable and very honest.
