A&B have been cleaning our house for over a year now and we are very pleased with the service! Brenda does a fantastic job each time, taking the time to make sure everything is sparkling (and sweetly arranging the 78 stuffed animals my daughters keep on their beds, haha) It's my favorite day of the week - coming home to a clean house.

Highly recommend A&B Pro Cleaning. They not only did an outstanding cleaning job but found away to accommodate our last minute request. And then, they honored their price estimate even though the place was much dirtier than expected. I will continue to use A&B and refer them when I can.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with A&B Pro Cleaning.

On the day of my move-out cleaning, they added a surprise $200 surcharge after arriving, claiming the job would take more time. This was never clearly disclosed upfront, and I was put in a position where I had no choice but to accept it, which felt completely unfair and opportunistic — especially on such a time-sensitive day.

What’s worse is that when I expressed my frustration, they offered to refund only $100 on the condition that I change my 1-star review to a 5-star one. Quoting directly: “If I refund you some money back… are you willing to change the 1 star review into a 5 star review?” That kind of pressure to manipulate reviews is unprofessional and unethical.

I cannot recommend this company, and I hope they reconsider how they handle customer communication, pricing transparency, and accountability.

I ran out of time before my family came into town and A&B Pro was available to make it in to help. They were amazing and very respectful of my home. They were able to get my stove deep cleaned better than I ever child. We look forward to using them to help out, probably on a quarterly basis. Thank you!

We’ve hired A&B Pro Cleaning for 2 1/2 years using with their monthly service.

We can always expect them to do a thorough cleaning job. There are sometimes small issues like slightly late arrivals, the service taking a bit longer than expected, sometimes a few things being missed, or streaks from cleaned floors.

The thing is, I would expect these and more from any cleaning service.

What we really appreciate about A&B Pro Cleaning is that their professionalism and communication is *excellent*. If we have a concern, they always work to address it and we generally don’t see it come up again. That’s a well done service and is the main reason we will continue to hire A&B Pro Cleaning.

Hired A&B to do my move out apartment. They were super responsive by phone, called to confirm. They left the place cleaner than it was when I moved in two years ago!

I hired this cleaning company for a deep clean, and I was seriously impressed. every corner, surface, and even behind furniture was spotless. You can tell they really care about doing a great job. they showed up right on time, and brought all their own supplies. I've used a few cleaning services before, but this one definitely stood out. My place looked and smelled amazing afterward. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality, reliable cleaning.

I can’t rave about this company enough! If I could give them 50 stars I would! I had scheduled a move out clean with a different company and they cancelled on me last minute. Freaking out… I luckily found A&B and Guillermo went above and beyond to make sure my move out cleaning needs were met… and scheduled me in the very next day. Ugh… lifesaver! Not only was the cost reasonable, it was easily $100+ less than any other cleaning company I contacted prior. The communication was above and beyond and extremely clear. Brenda came the next day and L I T E R A L L Y performed a miracle. Every appliance was sparkling and not one speck of dust was left on any surface. I have never seen a better clean when i’ve moved out of an apartment.

I had a camera crew in my home and after the shoot, there were a lot of track marks on the floor. The cleaning crew arrived and made my home look brand new. They did a thorough deep clean of the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and den. They were professional, courteous and best of all, they were kind and took really good care of my belongings. My home smelt amazing when they left. Don’t think twice about hiring them. The service is worth every penny!!!

I hired A&B for a move-in deep clean the day after we closed on our home. They arrived hours late, delaying us from moving in. Our realtor had left us a housewarming gift on the kitchen table, it was the only item in the house and (even had our names on it) and the cleaners decided to steal it. When confronted, the company immediately went to the cleaners defense until I advised them I had ring cameras and had already filed a police report. They still would not and have not taken any accountability but I was ultimately able to get my items returned.

NOW FOR THE CLEANING - I’m not sure if they actually did anything we paid them to do. I’m including photos and videos below. The move in clean was supposed to include cleaning all floors and tile, cabinets, windows sills and baseboard/trim. It is all still noticeably filthy, you could not tell anything had even been done after they left. I lightly wiped tile and vinyl flooring with a moist paper towel and it was obviously not even touched. Cabinets look worse than they did before they came.

Essentially I paid $602.55 to get robbed before we even spent the night in our first home. I have submitted a complaint to the BBB. Do not hire these frauds, find another business with integrity.
