We needed to do a deep clean on our house prior to doing a repaint and carpet replacement. The home had been neglected from basic maintenance for a long period of time. There was a lot of work needed to get the home ready. The team came in and methodically kept working room by room until everything was spotless. Stains, dirt, and mildew were meticulously removed. The end result exceeded every expectation.

Made appointment for a deep clean focused on everything but bedrooms and was told between 12pm - 3pm. Was notified at 2:50 that the cleaning tech was going to be late. I asked if I could just reschedule for the next day if she wasn’t able to be there before 4pm. He says it’s ok and she was only 15minutes out. They show up at 4:45 and left after 7pm.
Before the tech had even got there my card on file was ran for the full amount of the service. I spoke with Luis and he said it’s a hold. I informed that we never discussed that nor was it mention and you stated notice no no would be charged until after service was completed. How did you even know I was going to still use that card?!
Today when looking for necklace that my son and I had, I cannot find the jewelry bag they were in.
They techs did a good job for the most part however I felt they rushed at the end because Luis and I had been in conversation about the issue.
I did get a $20 credit moving my total from $303 to $283

We used them for a much needed post construction cleaning. They did an amazing job. The garage, all rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, oven and microwave are very clean and it looks great. We will definitely use them again for all our cleaning needs. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

They said they would be arriving 8 to 11. They were in my driveway just before 8 !! Fantastic. They worked very efficently and thoroughly ! They vacuumed, mapped and sanitized. It was the best! And they came on 1 days notice! They were very professional from the first contact to then end receipt. No surprises, just a job very well done. I highly recommend them and will definately be using them again!

Was disappointed in the quality of work for the amount of money I paid. When I checked out the cleaning after, there were several areas not cleaned at all, or poorly cleaned. For a move-out service promising attention to detail, I was very disappointed the lack of attention to detail. When I messaged the company, they did have someone re-clean the areas I asked them too, which was good customer service. Then, when I went back to spot vacuum a few spots, so much dirt came up that it seemed like they barely vacuumed at all. I spot mopped a few spots and based on the filth on the mop cloth, they barely mopped as well. Would not recommend and feel like my money was wasted.

UPDATED REVIEW - I hate to edit this review but I have to lower my previous rating. The actual cleaning and services are great but I had to again wait on a cleaner who should have arrived within their specified window nearly two hours ago. I had to call multiple times to get an update and asked for a cancellation after over an hour. The person I spoke to kept saying there will be updates soon but it kept being dragged on. They said something had occurred but did not give me a heads up. I'm afraid after this experience that we'll be looking for new cleaners moving forward.

I'm someone who doesn't like strangers in my home for hours at a time but I completely trust A&B Pro Cleaning! We've had the team clean our house several times and they do an exceptional job and are efficient. Our kitchen is often a hot mess and we have baby messiness (both human and animal) everywhere, and each time they have thoroughly cleaned up all the areas and have checked in with us if they have questions.

Each time we've requested a cleaning via text, we've gotten a quick turnaround response. The very first time a cleaner was late upon her arrival but she exceeded expectations, and ever since all the cleaners have arrived on time and also have done a fantastic job. Prices are also fair. We will continue to use their services and highly recommend the team!

Very happy with the service we received from A & B Pro Cleaning. We used them when we were moving out of our rental. They did excellent work and really did a good job hitting all the spots. They did an awesome job cleaning the blinds, window sills and baseboards. Highly recommend!

We booked for a deep clean on 05/11 for our 3 bedroom, 3 bath home and we more than happy with the service! The cleaners came at exactly the beginning of the arrival window given to us and did an amazing job. We were at home while the service took place and they were able to work around us with no issues. Our house has never looked cleaner! Highly recommend and we will be booking again!

For $240 for a small kitchen, I would have expected much better service. The dishes all had grime and food stuck to them and when I tried to politely tell them, they wouldn't budge on having someone come back to redo them. They did give a $20 discount for the dishes, but that's still $220 when my main issue I originally messaged them about was the number of dishes I needed to have washed after our kitchen flooded from upstairs and leaked dirty water onto our cabinets and countertops. I assumed quality would be high for the price I was paying, but I pretty much paid $220 just to need to wash the dishes on my own. Highly disappointing.

We use their services for a deep cleaning after construction project in our living room. They left our place smelling so good. I’m definitely sparkling clean. Their customer service was five stars for me. From day That I contact them for the services they were amazing. Communication was great.
