I had not been able to keep up my yard for 6 months. Eduardo came and spent an entire day cleaning and preparing the yard, making it presentable again. I will be planning to use these services for regular upkeep.

We had a very bad grub issue for the lawn, and their easy communication with efficiency work and offering the reasonable fees, I am fully recommend to all of you.
Not like the other company which has more rating but not honestly with price, and I am glad to call the Augusta Lawn Care, they did a great jobs. Thanks a lot.

Jose and Carlos came by to do backyard pruning for us - they were quick, efficient and very thorough with their work. We were really impressed and happy with the end result. The service was also priced very reasonably and Carl is very quick to respond to any concerns and feedback.

Excellent service!! With over 20 trees on 1/3 acres that hasn’t been cleaned for two years, it was a ton of work! They were fast, efficient, careful with plants, and very nice! I wish they had electric blowers (horrible for them to breathe that and to damage their hearing) but gas is to be expected. However, they didn’t use them the whole time—they raked quite a bit. Also had to use translator, but it was ok. Overall super happy with my SUPER CLEAN yard!! It looks amazing! And they came quickly. Super happy!! Thank you, Augusta!

Eduardo cleaned both our front and backyard thoroughly and meticulously on a cold winter day around 4 hours. He clearly knows how to properly trim different types of plants and shrubs. He also listened carefully to our suggestions and feedback and adjusted his work accordingly. I would like to hire him again!

Phoenix Landscaping handled our landscaping and maintenance needs for 4-5 years and always did a great job. Quick, efficient and willing to work with us on any extra needs we might have had on and off. We would still be using them if we had not moved out of state!

Adrian and his crew handled the landscape maintenance at our Medina home for close to twenty years. Prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and thorough only begins to describe their great service. We had a flaky maintenance service prior and I finally fired them. So glad I found Adrian!

We have benefited from Phoenix Landscape for almost 30 years! They have helped us at 3 different homes and our business. Such wonderful people! They are reliable and knowledgeable about grass, plants and trees. They have planted, fertilized, trimmed and maintained a vast number of species for us, and with a great attitude. I would say their specialty is hedge trimming. We had English garden type hedges and they were kept trimmed expertly. We always got compliments. I can give them a very strong recommendation.

Phoenix has taken care of our yard since 2019, and we've been extremely pleased. Not only do they do a great job of weekly yard care, they also have taken care of our irrigation system, including required annual backflow regulator tests, annual winterizing, and also did a replacement for our irrigation controller when we wanted to take advantage of a newer model. We've had them spread new mulch a couple times, and, when we were selling the home, had them do a major pruning along with spreading new mulch. They even removed a couple small trees that had been damaged by high heat a couple seasons ago. The owner, his father, who did the irrigation system work, and the employees who did the yard work were all professional, attentive to our needs, and very friendly. We are going to miss them very much since we've moved outside their service area.

Very professional and easy to work with. They said when they could start and that it would take five days to complete. They started as planned and finished at the end of day four which included an addition of pulling a huge shrub we have been wondering how to remove. Our new patio pavers look great and can’t wait for nice weather to enjoy it 👍

We have used Laken Outdoor Design and Landscaping as our landscaping maintenance provider for over a year. Brian is easy to work with and offers a very professional perspective. Our overall property was in need of a refresh. Our plants were mature, but no longer added to the quality of the visual experience we once enjoyed.

I reached out to Brian for an itemized estimate and overall plan. I felt that I was offered a reasonable price for what he was suggesting. We needed a version of hardscaping as well as a large amount of old plant removal and replacement. We had a long pebble pathway and a stone pathway created to wind around the property. Not only were we very pleased with the results, but also the process! There were changes and additions that I requested along the way that were received well. As a women in charge of our household, it was appreciated that Brian was collaborative with the creative part of the project. The team that showed up daily was respectful of the process and our property. I promote Brian and his company, would hire them again, and believe anyone would be very pleased with the results.

Brian worked with us to design our front, side and backyard. Brian started with a mole infested lawn and a bare earth hillside. He transformed the property into a resort like setting with 1,400 sq ft. of artificial turf, 100 ft.of river rock, a 50ft walkway and a bridge leading to a sitting area. New lighting and irrigation systems were installed along with about 100 shrubs and trees. Impressive. The project was done on budget in three weeks with no surprises or hidden costs. Brian oversaw every step along the way and let us make changes as needed as we worked our way through this major undertaking.. Brian's crew was neat and all work was done professionally. It's not often that one says in today's economy that they got value for their money. We certainly did!

The Laken team are our go-to partners on any hard or soft-scape adjustments to our property. We have had them put in new trees, shrubs, integrate native plants, build retaining walls, pathways, and patios at different points in time. While we often get multiple bids, Brian’s inspiration, flexibility, professionalism, and pricing lead us to continually go back to the Laken crew time and time again. From adjusting options based on budget needs to completing additional unexpected work within the pre-determined schedule, we greatly appreciate their partnership with evolving our property. What stands out the most is the care his team has with each project and those at the site. We never had to worry about getting in their way as they were incredibly kind and understanding of homeowner needs throughout the work. Everyday our home/work site was clean and even when our own kids decided to take over a pile of sand after their day was done, they integrated the trucks leftover into the final touches of the project. So, not only is the result exactly what we were looking for but the process to get there was just as enjoyable. Omar and Pepe have done the most work on our home (big kudos to them), but Bustos and the rest of the team are just as kind, professional, and fast when they've stepped in to help support on larger work efforts. We recently hired Brian and his team at Laken Outdoor Design & Landscaping for a complete backyard transformation, and the results exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented.

They began by demolishing our old, worn-out patio and replacing it with beautifully installed pavers that completely modernized the space. The craftsmanship was top-notch, with clean lines and solid work that looks built to last.

We also had artificial turf installed, and it looks incredibly natural — a great low-maintenance solution that instantly made the yard more functional and kid/pet-friendly. They added fresh bark throughout the planter areas, which gave the whole landscape a polished, finished look.

Laken has handled the landscaping at my house for the last two years with numerous projects in varying degrees of difficulty and scale, and I have nothing but the highest praise for the quality of work, clear communication, and attention to detail that Laken has provided.

I initially hired Brian to provide landscaping for my new home build, which was required to pass city inspection before occupancy could be granted. Brian worked with me on the vision, design, and budget. He provided a clear outline of costs, noting what was needed versus what could wait for a later date, and most importantly stayed within budget expectations while delivering on the design. Brian also went above and beyond when the inspector mandated we needed two additional new trees (of a specific type and height), and he had them delivered and planted the following morning in order to pass inspection.

Laken has also worked on landscaping improvements over the years, including a rock feature with address numbers, building a rock swale to help reduce soil runoff, and planting a green wall for neighbor privacy which included native plant selections, placement of accent lights, and installing drip irrigation.

I am currently on Laken's monthly maintenance plan and for any upcoming projects, I only trust Laken to handle it.
