We have tried everything possible to get our new Samsung LG washing machine balanced. The vibration and movement was so bad we couldn’t use the washing machine. These guys had the problem fixed in less than an hour. I would hands down recommend Smart Appliance Repair to EVERYONE!! Saving their number, because I won’t be using anyone else but them!

Called with questions about repairing my (old as dirt) Kenmore washing machine. The gentleman who answered was very informative, helped me find the part I need, and even delivered it to me. He was at my door within 30 minutes of me calling. Respectful and prompt. I will definitely be calling Smart Appliance Repair with any future appliance problems we have! Very thankful for their help!

Greg was very knowledgeable and helpful! He took time to talk to me and explain what was wrong with our washer and when we decided to get it fixed he was flexible and respectful of our schedule. Will definitely use them in the future.

Greg came out following a power surge that took out our fridge and our range. He was able to get to us in short order and dealt with our problems. he prepared the info that our homeowners insurance needed. The rates were reasonable. Use them with confidence!

Not sure where all of these 5 star reviews are coming from because our experience with this business was a complete waist of time and money. Tech not only showed up late but he already had a good idea of what the problem was but showed up empty handed with no part and told us it would be more cost effective to fix it ourselves seeing how it was a "easy job" which it turned out to be the opposite. During the visit, the tech was very condescending towards us and you could tell he was in a hurry to leave. Will never use this company again or recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware.

Absolutely was impressed and pleased with your employee who came to service our dishwasher this morning. What a great employee, helpful information about the sick dishwasher, but also about our other appliances that will need to be replaced in the near future. I don’t recall this young man’s name, but he was just a pleasure to deal with. Keep him employed!

Kudos also to the owner/manager of the Richland, WA service for responding so quickly to our
situation. Several of the other places we called said they couldn’t get to us before next year.
That just wasn’t good enough.

Smart Appliance has been to my house a few times to repair my appliances. From the beginning to end I felt that I was being taken care of. They came to my house and replaced the entire board for my water dispenser on my refrigerator/Freezer. They have also repaired my washer when the bearings and belt failed. They were professional and clean and responsive. I highly recommend them.

I called 4 other companies before I got ahold of Smart Repair and all of them had wait times of over 5 weeks. Smart Repair actually answered the phone which was a nice change from leaving messages and they had my dryer fixed the same day I called! I will be using them from now on and recommending them to friends and family as well!

I called to request a repairman to help me complete an instalation of the water intake valve. The wiring setup got me confused and I didn't know how to finish it. After talking to one of the repairmen and sending him pictures of the water intake assembly, he suggested an easy fix allowing me to complete the task. I wanted to pay them for there help, but instead they requested this review. They saved me around $200 if they had made a house call. I would most definitely use them again if I have any more issues! They are awesome!

Greg, the mechanic was very informative and professional. He quickly diagnosed our problem and got the part ordered so we could get our washing machine working again. We had a very positive experience.

Greg diagnosed the problem in a snap. He ordered he part on Friday and came out on Monday. He quickly fixed the washer. He’s fast, efficient and friendly. The prices are reasonable. I recommend them highly. Great company.

Samsung dryer heating element went out, called Smart Appliance Repair and they had the replacement part and brought it to my door within an hour!! The first part was defective and ended up needing replaced, and the associate came back and brought me a brand new part same day for no charge! Excellent customer service and knowledge. Would recommend and use again any day!

I live between two towns and out of range of all repair services. Gregory agreed to come fix my refrigerator when no one else would. He was efficient, on time, helpful and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and completed the job in ONE trip. I highly recommend him!

Today I came home to a pool of water in my laundry room due to someone getting a bit overzealous with their laundry. I called and got a quick response from Greg who provided words of advice over the phone prior to actually having him come out. I was able to fix the washer within about 10 minutes, saving myself a repair bill. I will definitely contact Smart Appliance again if I am ever in need.
