Derek was here at the scheduled time. My dishwasher latch was not working. I was expecting to have to order parts as I thought something was broken. Upon inspection the latch had just come apart so no need for parts and I was up and running again in just a few minutes. I would highly recommend the use UDG Repair for any appliance repair.

Our washer slowly broke down over the course of a year. A technician came out and took a look at everything. I only paid 130 (with tax) for diagnostic and labor when other places would've charged me 145 for only diagnostics.
After a good look at everything they were very honest with me and told me it was time to get a new washer instead of doing bandaid repair after bandaid repair and draining my wallet. I really appreciate that. Absolutely would recommend them. Very friendly service, if they get something wrong (even if it's just with scheduling) they will fix it, and they are very honest.

Derrick was able to provide same day service on our LG refrigerator. He arrived on time and was very professional and polite. He was thorough in testing the cooling problem which indicated a compressor issue. Thank you Derrick for being very courteous. Appreciate that very much.

Derek was awesome. Got near immediate service for my rental. He came out the same day I called, diagnosed the problem and had the part installed in 2 days ( would have been sooner but Christmas took 1day off the schedule). Would highly recommend to anyone.
