Constraction reviews in Ridgefield, Washington

We added an addition to the main family home for the use of my husband and I as well as the large shop building for our son-in-law. Project manager, Andy Tapani, did a terrific job of keeping all the subcontractors on a tight schedule. From groundbreaking to move in, it took only 3 1/2 months. Andy responded to any questions and issues we had immediately and we are delighted with our little “granny space”!

Compass Contractors did an extensive exterior renovation and redesign on our 20-unit condominiums. Derek, Matt and the entire crew were professional, ethical, and most importantly, sensitive to our budget and fluctuating design partly due to the inconsistencies in each of the 5 separate buildings.

Derek started the process by attending homeowners meetings prior to construction answering any concerns and questions. He also traveled to California to inspect the product and manufacturing facility that we planned to use for the parapet prior to ordering material.

Matt was the supervisor on the project. We repeatedly found him to be congenial, approachable and willing to listen to any concerns or questions we may have as well as come up with solutions that moved the project forward smoothly. Both Matt and Derek consistently met our novice thoughts and inquiries with kindness and respect. We laughed a lot together!

Like all major renovations there were surprises along the road, but thanks to Compass's creativity and competence we still came in under budget without cutting corners.

Thank you, Compass Contractors, for making our Condo Community a beautiful place to live!

Compass Contractors did an exceptional job on our church project. They safely and efficiently demolished our old 9‑foot portico, then built a beautiful new high portico that completely transformed the entrance. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way were evident at every step. They also replaced a section of our roof, and the quality of their work gives us confidence it will last for years to come.

Their team was professional, communicative, and respectful of our property and congregation. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about serving their clients well. We’re grateful for their expertise and couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended!

The highest quality. Two representatives took their time and the quality shows. Did: floors, Quartz countertop, appliance installation, lighting backsplashes, shelves and wall treatments.

Will use this team again.

eli cares about his customers, and advocates on their behalf.

Work was done well. It only took 2 days to rebuild our Master bedroom so we could go back to our own room with only one day away. Very professional & cleaned up afterward.

Eli is always such a pleasure to work with. They are quick to respond and always get their invoices paid in a timely manner. If you’re looking to work with a remodeling company, I recommend you choose this team!

This company was awesome!!! They installed a new over the counter sink in my kitchen, which required cutting into the granite countertop to remove the outdated undermounted, stainless sink. They did exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price and left my kitchen SPOTLESS! I didn't have to wipe or dust anything. I would definitely use them again and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing remodeling.

We had a leak in our wall and they squeezed us in right away to identify and fix the leak before more damage could be done. Then they were able to come back the next week to patch the wall. The patch work is amazing. Very satisfied with everything about them. Looking forward to working with them in the future on projects that are a little more fun!

I have worked with a lot of contractors since becoming a home owner and USA Construction & Remodeling is hands down the best company I have ever worked with. I had to rebuild a bathroom after water damage and Eli was there every step of the way, dealing with my insurance company, water damage and rebuild. He came in on bid, on time and was the consummate professional.

Elijah and the guys were prompt and professional. We had water damage and they came in and got the the flooring, drywall and paint repaired quickly. They would tell us when they would show up to start and they were there exactly on the minute and kept working until they finished the task they were working on. Do yourself a favor and call them when you need remodeling or repair. Elijah is a super nice guy and is local to Ridgefield.

Eli and his crew were wonderful. We had damage and black mold from a leaking toilet. They re-tiled the roll-in shower and flooring in my parents in-law suite. They were conscientious about my father's disabilities and worked around them. My parents were without a toilet for only 12 hours.

The bathroom looks fantastic and better than the original. We really appreciate the quality of their work, the timeliness of getting it done.
