David went above and beyond to help us with a very difficult driveway addition. After excavating into a small rise in the property for the new parking space, he found very wet and muddy clay soil and even water flowing from it during a rain event. To firm up the ground he had get some 3"to 8" clean rock to make a base that would not sink into the mud. He laid out ground fabric to keep the mud and rock isolated, then two dump truck loads of the big rock to form the base. Layered on top of that he laid down 3 inch rock, then the 3/8 minus. A dump truck full of rock drove over the part first load of large rock to dump the second load, and it didn't sink even a little bit. Solid foundation!
I highly recommend David and his company to make your small project successful! He is as honest as the day is long and will work until the project is complete and done right.

I am so very happy and supremely satisfied with the work David at D&B did, couldn't ask for more! He was punctual, true to his word and a hard worker. We talked about the scope of work and he went right to it and delivered on time. He just did a fantastic job and was even kind enough to go beyond the scope of work. I asked if it was possible to excavate around the corner of the house and he grabbed a shovel and started digging (because the excavator wouldn't fit)! I was so appreciative that he just took his time to focus on my job and never seemed to be in a rush and made sure I was satisfied before he left. Also, as an added bonus the price for the work delivered was very fair! He comes highly recommended in my book!

This review is over due but better late than never. Right? David removed 2 large maple trees and 1 blue pine tree as well as excavated my whole back yard which was covered in wood chips and bad dirt. He also built a rock wall and all during really bad weather. He was honest with his work and My back yard looks 10 times better than it did. Thank you David for a job well done.
One more thing, he called a month later for a check up. Honest and caring... what else can you ask for. :)

David just finished a massive project at our house of over 300 feet of retaining walls, resetting the 24" X 24" concrete stepping stones in the front and side yard and adding a long walkway using the same stepping stones, two compacted angular rock parking pads and all the grading required to make it happen. He is totally detail oriented and did quality work that way exceeded our expectations. He asked all the right questions to ensure that the work was done correctly the first time. His quote was not the lowest, but it wasn't the highest either and was very reasonable for the amount of work and overall quality. We highly recommend this company.

David just completed the burial of 2 propane tanks for me. Great reliable service. We were very pleased with the excavation on our property. He did a major cleanup, leveled and prepped the yard for the landscaping, prepped the work for our patio, and prepped the work for 3700 sq ft of asphalt. David is detailed oriented and truly cares about the finished product. You can tell he takes pride in his work.
He worked with a laser level to ensure proper slope and drainage. It was nice to see that he was going above and beyond for us, as I’m sure he does for all his customers.

I had a very large and dangerous tree in a residential place that was a danger to my surrounding neighbors including my home. I reached out to David who in return with great responsibility and care removed the tree in the most timely manner. His pricing was many thousands less than the next closest bid.
