Who would have thought there were so many rat infestations in Portland?

Maybe because the city only collects trash every other week, instead of weekly, allowing more garbage to fester.

Don't use service. They are liars and hidden fees. They charge you for service and spend 2 minutes faking a service. Worst service use Aspen service its an honest service and very good people.
