I had new gutters put on my house. From start to finish this company was great at communicating, punctuality, job performance and I would highly recommend them. If you want it done well and good, then these are your guys! One "Happy" customer.

Happy Gutters was easy to work with. Kurt does a great job of getting everything set up by showing you all the options and providing you with a free quote. Complete home gutter replacement with waist high downspout clean outs. Original gutters did not drain properly and difficult to clean. Snow had also wrapped and pulled gutters from roof edge.

Happy Gutter team replaced with larger gutters with high metal backing that catch all metal roof rain runoff and clean outs are east to clear! No need to climb on a ladder! Install team was professional and great dialogue on installation and my concerns.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Happy Gutters, not once but 5 times. We had an unusual situation with our gutters they warped due to bad product supplied from his supplier. We had gutters installed on a new home and a 40x48 shop. First the gutter's warped on the shop, and Kurt and his team were right out to check out the situation. He determined that he would need to replace them. He replaced them the following week under warranty with a smile on his face. What a wonderful experience. Then about 2 months later the same thing happened on the shop again. The run is 48 feet long and again warped with the new product. Kurt came and looked at it and said we are going to have to special order a thicker grade of steel and see if that will solve the problem. Again with a smile on his face and the best customer service replaced the gutters on the shop a second time covered under warranty, and done promptly. I can't tell you how appreciative we were that each time it was done in such a outstanding way.
Well then 2 months later the same thing started happening on our new home. Kurt had talked to his supplier who confirmed it was still part of the bad product. He was out to see the problem within a few days, and replaced ALL gutter on the home the following week. This company has earned my business. Kurt and his team are top notch. I wouldn't call anyone else for gutters. 5 star's

Our gutters were obviously not working correctly and I had a few companies out to assess. The Ibex/Happy Gutters rep was the best. He was a gutter/roofing nerd and I had a lot of fun learning about gutter designs and evolution over the last few decades. He explained that our gutters were a bad design that causes water to seep into the wood and were also poorly installed almost 30 year ago, so while we could replace the parts where there were issues, that would only be a stop-gap and recommended a full replacement. While it's never fun for a project to get bigger, it made sense with all the pictures he showed me and my own experiences.

We did a full gutter replacement and opted for the larger gutters with some catches around our trees. The total project for our 2,000sqft 2-story was a little over $7K and there was a slight discount because I found them in Home magazine.

The installer wasn't as talkative, and I can't say I could properly assess his quality of work, but it seems good to me. Time will tell if we run into any issues and I'll update here if we do, but my expectation is the new gutters will take care of themselves for decades to come.

We are happy with Happy Gutters. Simeon and Cody were very careful with our new roof and did a quality job installing our new gutters. There was a mix up with the gutter material Kurt ordered but he was fast to fix that and added new downspouts at no charge.This is a good company with good guys, a good warranty, and a good price.

Happy Gutters stands by their word. Kurt's word is his bond. We are 100% pleased with our installation. We recommend Happy Gutters to our neighbors and friends. I tried to edit my previous review once Kurt resolved and issue we had.
The strength of a company is how they resolve customer issues. All businesses drop the ball sometimes. It's how they respond and recover that tell what they're made of.

Happy Gutters displayed terrible customer service. We need to get new gutters installed, and I have used Ibex roofing before to maintain my roof. I have also referred many people to them. They likely would have been who we hired, but they refused to come and give us a bid unless both my husband and I were at the appointment. My husband works east coast hours and I sell real estate, so I work evenings and weekends. Overlap is not common between us both being home. They refused to meet with just one of us and have now lost my business and referrals. This might be a good time for the company to read Unreasonable Hospitality. I don't remember the statistics on getting a new customer vs. keeping a current one, but they have lost our business moving forward.

Happy Gutters replaced 30ft. of gutter and installed gutter guards. They were FANTASTIC! Great communication! The work was quickly completed, the guys were super friendly and the gutter guards work like a champ! I'm so impressed that I am looking to replace/add their gutters to the rest of the house. They believe in their work so thoroughly, that if you are not completely 110% satisfied, you don't have to pay.

I was reffered to Happy Gutters and couldn't be happier with my choice to go with them. Communication with this company was amazing! When kirk showed up to give the bid he was very thorough explaining what I would need. I compared my bid they gave me with a few others I had gotten. Happy Gutters replaced all of our gutters a few weeks ago and we are incredibly happy with the work that they did! It started with the walkthrough inspection with Kurt, who made sure to let us know what was a priority to fix and what we could wait on if we needed to save some money - I felt so appreciative of a business not trying to upsell us on a product but figuring out what will work best for us. Immediately I knew we could trust them. Tyler and Val came out day of to replace all the gutters and they were so professional and kind, making sure to check in with us throughout the process. I've had multiple neighbors come by impressed with the work and asking if I would recommend them and the answer is always YES! Absolutely.

Happy Gutters installed new gutters and fascia on my home in Vancouver, WA, this May, 2022. They were excellent from beginning to the end. Their bidding process was more detailed than the other 3 companies that bid and included a thorough inspection and photos/details that were captured, saved, and reviewed with me at the time of the bid. They were on time, finished the job early, on budget, and cleaned up after themselves very well. They even came back the week after to increase the slope of one stretch of gutter and fixed the issue the same day I asked. My wife and I love our new 4k gutters and I really like the improved drainage as well.

We had Happy Gutters install a full continuous gutter system with premium screens. Everyone involved was really great, including solid estimating, project management, install crew, and office people. The job had some unusual challenges which were handled effectively and with professionalism. The product looks great and works great. I'm confident that the gutter system will serve us very well.

Got my gutters installed last summer and was waiting for rain so forgot to review until now.
I had black gutters and downspouts installed on 4 whole house. They still look new, no leaks at all and they have handled everything mother nature could throw at them this last fall and winter. I got the wider variety without the gutter guards and they've been great with all the pine needles. I've cleaned them out a few times.

I just had the Happy Gutters crew out to install some gutters. What a fantastic experience. The installers, Tyler and Val walked me through every step of the process, and we even put our heads together to figure out what would look best in a really funny spot. Great Customer Service Experience begins with the first phone call to a company. From the moment I first spoke to Cherokee, at Happy Gutters, I felt comfortable. She was friendly, professional and informative. She scheduled a consultation appointment with Mike for a free on-site estimate of the cost for my gutter installation. Mike was very easy to talk to and he answered all of my questions explaining the whole process to me. After Cherokee received the paper work on the estimate for my project from Mike, she called me to set up an appointment to have my gutters installed.
On the day of my installation, Val and Tyler arrived right on time. Here again, they were very professional and respectful of my property. They answered all of my concerns during a walk through before they even began my installation. Not only did they complete my project in a timely manner, they cleaned up my yard of any debris and offered another walk through of my gutter installation to make sure I was happy with the final project. The next day, I received a follow-up phone call from Cherokee who asked if I was satisfied with my project and if there were any problems or concerns I had with my gutter installation.
The whole process was seamless, I definitely would recommend Happy Gutters to anyone. This was a 5 Star Customer Service Experience!
