Unbelievably great service and nice people! Happy Gutters installed gutters for us 2 years ago. They all look great, and work well except one. We discovered that one gutter was not draining properly because our house is old and not level. The company responded to my email right away and was willing to come the very next day to install another downspout to correct the situation. Trenton was very communicative letting me know he’d be 15 minutes late, completed the work efficiently, and assured me Happy Gutters would stand behind their work. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely use in future and Highly recommend!

Reached out for a bid, do to us building a new home was told they can not service us. It’s a basic custom ranch style single story. Though they were prompt with a call back they clearly did not read my original email as I sent a very detailed email. It was a call service that called us back and though the individual was as helpful as could be he clearly had no experience in gutters or homes for that matter what so ever.

We had a huge sod project that we used Marak landscaping for. Tonia was patient with all my questions and knowledgable, gave me good tips and recommendations. The sod came quick, this project I was nervous about turned out seamless. I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot possibly say enough good things about Marak and company. Friendly, extremely responsive, beyond reasonable pricing and scheduling is both a breeze and exceptionally fast! Working with them on two separate projects (a full sprinkler system for the back yard, privacy hedges on each side and a dogwood tree) has been one of the best decisions I've made in recent memory - you most definitely have a customer for life in me! The fact that they are family owned and local means that they truly do care about your experience and absolutely nothing is too much for them to either explain or change. 10/10, fantastic!

Not worth the price. Very bland landscaping compared to others. I think there’s too much hype over Shipp brothers and they’ve been coasting on their name for some time. They used to do good work but they mostly do business parks now, which was how our landscaping turned out; bland and colorless.

I think Steve needs to retire and let his sons take the torch.

Steve and his team did an incredible job on our yard. Steve’s experience really shows in the design and the details. He was easy to work with, kept us informed, and made sure we were happy every step of the way.

Spencer handled the sprinkler system perfectly. Everything runs smoothly, and he explained how to use it so we’d feel comfortable with it. You can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-quality landscaping.

Great team to work with. From the office to the design team. We have the front and back yard done and the result is beautiful. The project was done on time and the construction crew was great. Now our landscape is the talk of the whole neighborhood.

Greenhaven came out to do a whole day clean up at my house and they did a GREAT job! Cody and Hermi where super professional and great to work with. I so appreciated coming up and driving up to my house... Ahhhh! Thanks guys for doing such a great job.

Very disappointed with how our service has been with green haven. When we first started with them they were great, but over the last year our service has deteriorated with me even being lucky if they show up. I often have to call to let them know that no one showed up to mow the lawn. They make you pay year around for service even though they do nothing in the winter, even when they say they do. (My cameras can prove that)

I was very surprised to have them tell me they had aerated and then dethatch my lawn. How they could have done that without leaving any holes were there was bare dirt was a good trick. I have never heard of of anyone doing that, because you always dethatch and then aerate. I do not believe they aerated. I had to ask for an invoice because I was billed without one. Very sloppy office work.

In reading other reviews about GH and given the amount of money I ultimately will have spent (Over $50k), I am stumped as to the poor degree of service we received. To start, and in fairness, I will say they do very good work and their work crews and the company co-owner, Eric, were nice to deal with. 2 stars because it was obvious that once we were sold on the bid and signed the contract Rick, the owner, couldn't have cared less about our needs or about providing us with good service. When we were fortunate enough to get Rick back for planning and progress meetings, he was disinterested and more interested in looking for mushrooms on our property than with digging into project details to the point that 2 key items we had discussed during our meetings were not included in the bids we signed and showed up later as items that were "forgotten", to the tune of roughly $1000 on one item (a pond pump) and extra charges of $3300 on another item. Crews would work for a few days or a week then vanish to other jobs that somehow received higher priority. After waiting a week or two or three, depending on the particular case in question, we had to call to coordinate getting work crews back after they had pulled up stakes. Once returned, crews would talk of starting and taking to completion other projects they had just tackled. If you use them, make sure you get a solid 'end of project' date from them so they don't deprioritize you for more important projects and make sure the potentially disinterested or distracted owner is focused enough to provide you with appropriately detailed project estimates.

These guys did my back patio. Very professional, Clean and on time. The craftsmanship was top notch and I highly recommend them to anybody looking to do home improvements. I had then build concrete patios and gorgeous block walls and all the trimmings and landscaping. Thank you to the guys at Greenhaven. Thank you Erac!
