Garrett and his Crew are amazing. All had great attitudes and were very professional. They removed an old Plumb Blossom Tree in less that two hours start to finish. They did an outstanding job on the clean up as well, there was nothing left behind. We highly recommend this company.

New Day safely trimmed an Atlas Cedar that was hanging over my house. It is so much safer now. They also removed and ground the stumps of two flowering pears. Everything was cleaned up and workers were great. Good job.

Just witnessed a crew having lunch on Andreessen blvd with their truck in the sidewalk blocking the bus stop and the entire ada side walk. A lady in a wheelchair was not able to pass and had to enter the busy Andreessen street to continue traveling south. The entire crew was behind the fence laying the shade having lunch and playing soccer - they should have moved the vehicle before their lunch. This is a sidewalk meant for pedestrians and it’s not fun to see elderly disabled people entering a busy street with groceries because you didn’t want to move the truck 15 ft.

We have small yard with about 20 trees that needed trimming and size management. We also had to cut one big cherry tree down and plan to take more trees down in the future. New Day Arborist was really quick at coming to our property to assess the type of project and make a plan that would meet our needs. Very responsive with emails, we scheduled our job shortly there after. The crew was friendly, professional and super fast. In only 3 hours they completed the first project. We are very pleased with the results and with the fact that they thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. The team leader was great at communicating with us at every step, to make sure we would know how the project was coming along and if there were more decisions to be made. The work was done at a very reasonable price (much cheaper than other companies we interviewed). I strongly recommend New Day Arborists.

They took the time to explain each of the procedures, how it would affect the trees and the surrounding area, and were upfront about pricing and how other companies might upsell you. I always appreciate transparency, and I felt empowered to make the right decisions for my yard based on the information Garrett and his team provided. Arborist. They developed a plan, purchased the tree's we wanted, 49 to be exact, planted and staked them all and have been back to check on them several times. I had a crew from this business come out and prune a maple tree that was stretching over our neighbors house in Woodland, WA. The estimator as well as the crew leader were very good at explaining how and why the tree was to be pruned to be most effective and also to protect the health of the tree. (too much cutting can harm the tree) The crew was fast and quite. Very quiet in fact. (save for the chipper at the very last :-) ) All of the people on the crew were very mindful of both properties and the various items in both yards. I liked the result of their work and I would recommend this business.

We have used their services twice now, for large tree trimming and for yard cleanup of big tree debris. They have large equipment to handle large jobs. Initially, we had a very large cottonwood tree fall on our property and that prompted us to seek professional help to mitigate any further tree dangers. The arborist was very knowledgeable and was able to advise us on which trees were healthy and safe, and suggested trimming others that we were concerned about. I have been thoroughly impressed and happy with the service. They show up on time, work hard and clean up very well. All the staff are friendly and professional. I would definitely use them for future jobs.

Awesome crew today took down our tree so fast! Removing this fast-growing problem tree would have been a difficult, dangerous job for us to do. They got it done in no time. Hire this team if you need an arborist. You'll be glad you did.😃

We have had exceptional service from New Day Arborist every time we've hired them and our recent experience with Christian and Garrett was no exception. Garret was able to provide a quote and have the work scheduled to be completed in a short four days time. Christian was friendly, knowledgeable and hard working while removing a tree and several stumps. Christian had the work completed and the area cleaned up quickly.

New day showed up earlier than the appointment they were clean and professional they did amazing work and will definitely be hiring them again for other work in the future. Andrew met with me and was super easy to talk to and he was prompt with my qoute. New day is a standup company highly recommend them.

Professional, efficient, and fair pricing. I had 27 arborvitae, a small tree and arborist chips spread in a matter of 2 days in terrible weather. They also pruned and hauled off 5 years of neglected honeysuckle. Jeff came out and listened to what I wanted but also made great suggestions. The whole team that came out for the job was hard working and courteous. Soon I'll have a living fence and a backyard sanctuary.

The great service began with Andrew who came out to take a look at my tree/sidewalk situation. His advice, remove the tree and replace it. Siince this was a City of Ridgefield tree /sidewalk he explained that a permit would be required but that New Day could take care of that permitting. He sent a proposal the same day which allowed me to pick from his suggested city approved trees. I felt the costs for the services we discussed was fair. It only took a couple of weeks for scheduling and the City paperwork. The work itself involved removing a big tree, planting a new replacement tree and grinding down the sidewalk where the old tree root had lifted the concrete. All three jobs were done beautifully, quickly, cleanup at the site was very good. I couldn't be happier with the result. I highly recommend New Day Arborist and I will definitely use them again for any tree work I have.
