New Day Arborist is absolutely amazing. After seeing them at the Home & Garden Idea Fair for a few years and hearing good things, we scheduled them to remove a large maple tree (plus stump) in our front yard that had grown into our sewer line. They were speedy, respectful, and very well-priced! Our neighbors were so impressed with their work, they asked for a card right on the spot. Thank you again!!

New Day Arborist is awesome! We have used them twice for major tree pruning around our yard. They are extremely professional, quick to respond and easy to work with. Their Arborists are very helpful and communicative. The work crews are very thorough and extremely pleasant. Will continue to use their services for years to come.

I was thrilled with my experience! From the initial consultation with the Arborist Andrew Craig to the fantastic crew led by Justin. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. I had two large trees removed. They cleaned everything up so well you could barely even tell they had been there. They then planted a new tree in the rich debris from the stump grinding. I would unequivocally hire them again!

Great service from everyone in the process. Very reasonable rates, clean, and timely. We had a tree removed and 3 large ones trimmed, one of which needed a lot of work from years of neglect. They saved the tree and made sure it’s here to stay another 50 years.

EDIT: Just had New Day Arborist out again. They planted a beautiful 16' Sycamore for me. They dug a huge hole, planted the tree, filled with dirt, and watered it in no time. The guys were very friendly and helpful.

In Jan 2021, Jeff gave me an appraisal of the condition of several trees on my property. He explained things completely and took my wishes and responses to his suggestions to make a plan. Two dead/dying trees were removed and he gave me suggestions for replacements for them. Also a row of 5 cypress trees were to close together to grow well so he thinned them down to 3 trees. I was able to see the suggested replacements at his business where there are many beautiful trees growing. Garrett came out in early May to check on the work and adjusted my drip irrigation system to improve watering everything this summer. This month I asked Jeff to recommend another tree to block my view of a new 2 story playhouse my neighbors built that looks directly into my yard. Again I was able to see the recommended tree and yesterday his crew planted it. Both times, all of the employees (with the trees) have arrived on time, finished the work professionally and quickly and cleaned the work areas. I was given instructions on how to care for the new trees. The prices have been very reasonable. I prefer to use credit cards for work like this and am happy to have the option to do so, including a credit card fee that is clearly stated. Many more businesses are doing this instead of cash or check only and I appreciate having the protection offered by using a credit card.

First is new Staryx japonica planted yesterday to block playhouse when it has grown a bit, second and third are Red Cedars and Black tupelo planted in Jan 2021 (showing a little heat scorching now) and fourth is the remaining 3 cypress after thinning out 2 others in Jan 2021, filling in beautifully.

I am very happy with the tree services provided by Jeff and everyone I have encountered with New Day Arborist. Highly recommend them! I am not native to the PNW and needed all the help I could get to not make expensive landscaping mistakes.

I called for a concern about my approximately 7 feet high young Leonard Messel Magnolia tree leaning. A nice guy stopped by and did a quick thinning on it. I thought it might need a stake or something bigger, but just a few thinning was all it needed. He did me no charge! I’d call again if I need anything more!

We needed various large alder and tall fir trees taken down near our house and on our property New Day Arborists responded back to us quickly and arranged the job to meet our needs. The falling crew was friendly, professional and very efficient. Safety was always number one on their mind. We found working with New Day Arborists to be a pleasure and will use them again without question. Thank you Garrett, Joseph, Jake and Carter for taking good care of us!

We requested to have a stump removed and trees trimmed. Tyron arrived before the rest of the crew and completed the stump project. He even cleaned up and placed my plant pots back. He did such a beautiful job!

When Sid and his team arrived, Tyron joined them. They trimmed up the trees and even allowed my mother to micro manage them and they trimmed all and any branches that was pointed out and asked for.

They did such an amazing job! I couldn’t have asked for a better team!

This is my second time using New Day Arborist. They cut down five 40 ft Leyland cypress trees. Let the sunshine in! My backyard looks bigger and neater now. The team was very professional. Showed up on time for two days. They were a great team and finished the work with no issues. Jeff, the owner showed up in the middle of the job to check on the progress. The work on my fruit trees and blueberry bushes started right on time. It was raining very hard, but my tree guy wasn't deterred. The work was done to my satisfaction and cleaned up and I'm hoping this year I will get some plums. I'm sorry I don't remember his name but Kudos to you for doing an amazing job under adverse conditions.

We called New Day and had them take down 2 trees and 3 arborvitis. More than happy happy with the work. Even better that it doesn't look like a bomb went off in my front yard as they left it so clean and presentable . Thank you all for the great service.

Andrew from New Day Arbor came out and provided a free tree inspection for safety for cypress trees and to address birch beetle issue. He was professional and competent. The bid seemed reasonable for the amount of work to be done. On the day of the cut, crew were not only on time, they showed up 15 minutes early. They were friendly, efficient, did the work they said they would do and made sure the place was clean. A. couple of fence boards got broken when a limb fell and they promptly replaced the fence boards with new ones. I should say all of this was done on a wildly rainy Monday in December in the PNW, so I appreciate them coming through. I would recommend them and hire them again.

Had some aesthetic pruning done to two 7’ white spruce trees in front garden and they went from a solid Christmas tree shape to a very pleasing spiral form. Only took about 3 hours with total cleanup. Very pleased with results

From our first meeting with Jeff, we knew we were in good hands. We needed quite a lot done in our back yard, including the removal of a huge walnut tree, a few cherry trees, an ancient plum tree and several arborvitae’s. He advised us through it all, patiently guided us, and followed through with our wishes to the last detail.
The team worked really well together and all seemed very intent on going above and beyond to do a perfect job. They worked very efficiently.
Jeff came by on both days to check on things. Joseph did an amazing job leading the team and made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly after the job was completed.
We love, love, love the result. Our back yard has totally been transformed.

On time performance. On time for appointments regarding estimate. Concise, written estimate. Excellent communication. Had four mature Birch trees taken down from our front lawn area. In 4 hours, all four trees were gone, chipped and hauled away, Several hours later, a stump grinder was brought in, and all four stumps removed 6 inches below the surface. This was all done by 3 efficient, and friendly crew members. Entire yard area was blown off and cleaned up. Could not have asked for a better experience. Several neighbors asked for info regarding NewDay. They were also impressed. Highly recommended.

Great experience, from meeting with them to explain the work I was needing. Throughout that process the rep offered suggestions and guidance that often times reduced the scope and made me consider other options for certain trees. His quote was fair. The day of the service they were on time and completed the job exactly as requested. My yard and house look great after their tree trimming work. I will definitely use them in the future.

New Day Arborist was a great company to work with. Colin was very professional and friendly when he came out to look at the trees and give us a quote. He was very responsive to all of our questions and texts. New Day was also very good with communication and sending out reminders about our upcoming appointment. On the day of cutting all of our very large trees....we cut a cedar, a Japanese maple, 2 cherry trees, and 6 big leaf maples, the crew showed up on time and got right to work. Joseph the crew leader was great with keeping us informed about everything going on and answering all of our questions throughout the day. We couldn't believe how long and hard the crew worked. They were always busy and Sydney was constantly running from place to place wherever he was needed while the other guy drove the ditch witch. The whole crew was amazing and worked so well together. These guys are diligent and worked tirelessly throughout the day. We are so happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend these arborists. They know what they are doing and they accomplished this huge task with ease. Thank you New Day! We appreciate all your hard work!

Travis and his crew did an amazing job today! Tackling my 35ft tall walnut tree without damaging the house, pool, or kids playset was not an easy task. They cleaned everything up extremely well and were very detail oriented. Thank you again!
