My house had a leaking shower, which was dripping through the second floor onto the first. I thought this was going to be a huge headache, but Dryworx was able to help take of this so quickly. Logan was always prompt, and really good at explaining what was going on, and what work needed to be done and why. It really felt like they were prioritizing not just properly fixing my issue, but also answering all my questions and making sure I was satisfied with the work. It's clear that Logan has a really deep understanding of how everything worked, and how best to take care of it.
He was also great with communicating with insurance on my behalf, which can be a huge pain to deal with.
Logan was also happy to give me advice on how to try to fix issues like this myself, if I preferred to go that route. Every step of the way, he made it clear that he was there to help me, whatever that meant to me.
I know Dryworx is a small team, but they definitely bring the highest quality work.

We had an emergency water leak where water flooded the second story and continued through to the first floor. We called Dryworx around 6:45am, and Seth was here by 7:30. The crew was very professional and quick to take action. Everyone has been very communicative with what to expect as we go through this process and at each step so far, it’s much appreciated. We had a pipe burst in my house and dryworx came out to give us an initial assessment. We had a very good initial reaction from from Seth, he was friendly and helped us navigate through our issues with the pipe burst. 10/10 recommend using them for any issues that have to do with restoration!

Wow. I'm normally not a review guy but I could not be more pleased with the service from Dryworx. Had a toilet leak that needed mitigation and Dryworx were out to the property within an hour. After they scoped out the project, they had their technicians, Hunter and Jesse out the next day. Can't say enough great things about Hunter and Jesse as they knocked it out of the park. Today the team of Taylor and Casey came to install heating and drying equipment in my kitchen which is being repaired due to a leak and then asbestos in the drywall. They explained all they did clearly, worked efficiently and were professionally charming as well.
Because this is an ongoing process, I don't know about the price, but so far, I couldn't be more favorably impressed with this company!

We had a dishwasher leak that showed water damage in the ceiling of our basement. Dryworx was recommended by our plumber and Seth came out immediately to assess the water damage in the kitchen and basement. Seth and his crew of very knowledgeable workers got out all the drywall/flooring that needs to be replaced and placed fans for 5 days to dry out our whole space. Seth and Micah communicated with us throughout the entire process and explained each step. My toilet started leaking from the base and as I tried to replace the toilet found that it had been leaking under the house causing extensive dry rot to the foundation. I did as much work as I could by myself and friends and then called Dryworx to help me finish it and put it all back together. I was completely frazzled and been dealing with this for 5 months and needed an end to this nightmare. Harold showed up and was so awesome I hired them then and there. Dryworx was absolutely AMAZING! Every person they sent was knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves and did exceptional work. Harold worked some miracles not only in our bathroom, but became our friend at a time I was really struggling after a rough couple of years. I wholeheartedly recommend Dryworx.
