Tim C. went above and beyond to support us today. A technician at a local plumbing company - in the process of fixing one leak - accidentally caused a second leak that we found yesterday evening. Tim came out first thing today to help and was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough with the assessment process. Even when we eventually learned that the plumbing company was going to assume responsibility for their wrongdoing (and use their own water damage restoration company), he was still willing to ensure we had the advocacy, comfort, and clarity we needed.

Looking forward to the day we do get to officially sign with Dryworx in the future for the excellent customer service they provide!

Seth, Isaiah, and Hunter were phenomenal! We had a pretty big pipe leak in our wall that went all the way downstairs and into a storage closet. Seth came in and made me feel very supported and got everything in motion to fix our home. Isaiah and Hunter worked diligently and swiftly to tackle the problem areas and made sure we were updated as the work progressed. All three were so responsive, respectful and kind, and turned a stressful situation into something we knew we could overcome smoothly. Most importantly, I didn’t feel alone in having to solve such a massive problem. I cannot thank them enough!

Dryworx did am amazing job when we had some water damage to a wall in the garage. And the subcontractors they used were amazing as well. Elias at Atlas painting kept me up to date every step of the project and was great to work with. Awesome job by everyone involved!

I couldn't have chosen a better company to deal with major water and mold damage in my bathroom. Courteous, patience and understanding, they always did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Always cheerful, polite and thorough, they answered all my questions and explained thoroughly what they found and how they were going to go about remediating it. Highly recommended, I would give them 5 1/2 stars if I could!

We had a service line break in our yard that ended up pouring into our crawl space. Dryworx was recommended by our plumbers. They were fast and efficient to pump the water out once the service line was fixed. Logan was fantastic with his communication, letting us know what was happening every step of the way and worked with the plumbers to help us. Five stars! Would definitely use again and recommend to others. Thank you again Dryworx team!

Dryworx did a great job with mitigating water damage in my basement bathroom. Their entire team was incredibly communicative with arrival times, what had been done and what to expect moving forward. This company was awesome!!! They installed a new over the counter sink in my kitchen, which required cutting into the granite countertop to remove the outdated undermounted, stainless sink. They did exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price and left my kitchen SPOTLESS! I didn't have to wipe or dust anything. I would definitely use them again and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing remodeling.
