The gentleman and the Customer Service women at AC Electric seemed very professional however, their technician left work undone and then when I called to notify AC Electric, they told me they’d send their technician back out, which they never did so I had to have someone else fix what they left undone and now I’m having other problems with my electrical system. They installed a heat pump system for me. Perhaps my house didn’t have the proper wiring for the system now I have a whole new can of worms I’m going to need to deal with. They were of no help with correcting whatever issues were caused by them. I wish I never would’ve had them out in the first place.

I had them install a heat pump to replace my old natural gas furnace.
They were true professionals and did very clean work. My neighbor even complimented how clean of an install they did on the exterior.
My house is nice and warm now and I'm looking forward to having air conditioning this summer!

The entire AC Electric team did a great job during the 3 days they were at my house. They removed my old natural gas furnace, installed a new electric heat pump system and replaced my very old fuse box with a 200 amp panel.
Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They worked efficiently and were careful to clean the site each day.
I couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with and would highly recommend AC Electric for any HVAC or electrical project.

Thank you for the quick and efficient installation of the bathroom fan at my house today.

3 guys came out to work on my project. The guys worked very quickly. The mess was minimal. They cleaned up after themselves. Timothy was such a hard worker, and it was scorching hot out that day. They were careful with not letting my pets out. Overall, they completed the job in 2 days instead of 3. Thank you for your integrity and professionalism.

Mike came out to do an inspection for us on our old farm house that had some knob and tube that needed to be certified. He was on time, provided detailed and quick service. Fixed what needed to be done while there . The rates charge were very fair. I would recommend again.
