We received a new heatpump through the City of Seattle program for those with old natural gas furnaces and AC Electric Service won the bid. We had a terrible experience from the start. Beginning with scheduling, they were difficult to contact and slow to respond, and they rescheduled at the very last minute. The owner, Will Jr. is not friendly and can be rude. The installation does not look professional and appears to be unfinished. They made us feel like a burden rather than a customer, and I'm struggling to get them to come finish the install and show us how to use the equipment. My advice is to use a different company if you can, and if they win your bid as part of a city, county or utility program, be sure you have in writing the expectation you have and watch the installation every step of the way to help ensure you get what you expect.

AC Electric came out to do a heat pump install and electric panel/service upgrade on my 100+ year old house. Due to the age of the house, it was a more difficult than average, but they did a great job. Andy, Dan and Timothy were friendly, professional and competent and I couldn't be happier! The AC Electric people who installed my new heat pump were really great!!! They carefully explained things to me and were always careful of my door locking requirements. They thoroughly cleaned up the mess in the basement when they removed the old furnace. I will call on them again for any electric needs that come up!

I had two very old bathroom fans that needed replacing. From the start, I was treated professionally and kindly. Eddie was the electrician doing the work. What a joy it was to have him here. He did his work while still taking the time to answer questions as well as friendly chat. He did an awesome job. After he left I had to take a shower to test it out. It was so quiet as compared to my previous one I had to double check that it was actually on! I couldn't be happier with my whole experience with this company and I endorse them wholeheartedly!
