We used Vasa Construction Llc to remodel our Kitchen and two full baths. We love the look of our finished projects! Alfredo and Nacho were wonderful to work with. They checked in frequently throughout the duration of the project to make sure we were happy with how everything was going and to see if there was anything else we needed. When I pointed several detail I thought could use improvement, there were quick to have them amended to meet my satisfaction.

I was very pleased with the work that the team from Vasa Construction provided. It is beautiful and they did a good job cleaning up each day. They remodeled my bathroom from a tub/shower to a shower with a bench and rail.

Our experience with Vasa Construction has been great. Alfredo's communication is very good. He quickly got back to us when we contacted Vasa about a roofing quote, and worked around our schedule to visit our house for an assessment.

After agreeing to the quote on a Saturday, work began Monday morning and wrapped up early Tuesday. We couldn't be happier.

We really like having Alfredo and his crew working on our house and we already have a couple projects we will ask them to do this summer and fall. Alfredo came to our house to talk about our rather large home remodel and right away it was such a relief to realize we had found someone to do our job who we trusted. Others did not want to work with us because we already had a cabinet company and installer picked out and Alfredo said it was no problem and they would work around it. Once we got our bid and work started they were there everyday with several talented people and worked hard. We also loved the feeling his workers were happy and having fun! From Demo, drywall, tile, paint, plumbing, electrical, windows, doors, carpentry, finish work, etc. he had someone knowledgeable who knew what they were doing. Towards the end of the job, we had a handful of things we wanted addressed and they were taken care of. We thought the bids were fair and realistic. A few recommendations: To save money, if you don't know exactly what you want, pay a few thousand dollars and hire a design consultant for layout, lighting plan, electrical plan, etc. When you hire one of these design/build contractors they charge you $50k for 3k worth of work. Alfredo often knows what will look good and not and what works well and not but it's not his job to design your remodel. He will do what you ask him. Make sure you have all the materials you are responsible for on hand, ready to be installed. We slowed them down a few times by not having door hardware, paint, grout, etc. Lastly, clarify exactly what materials are covered in the bid and which are not. Alfredo is a great communicator and even better guy. The contractor profession needs more people like him. We know you will be happy with Vasa Construction!

A cabinet and countertop kitchen upgrade with plumbing and electrical. Plus taking floors down to original fir boards. Alredo gave me a comprehensive bid and stayed with it even as a few extra items came to light such as no flooring under original cabinets. He rebuilt the floor where it was needed. All his employees were very respectful of me and my home. Kept the job clean and put away all their materials and tools each night. Big shot out to Daniel who is just an amazing carpenter PLUS. And Alex with perfect painting and just a nice guy!

This was such a wonderful group of guys to work with. They were on time, respectful, and lovely humans with immense abilities. They cleaned up every evening and arrived the next morning on time. As long as supplies were
available the project moved forward close to predicted finish. We came up with creative solutions to my unfinished basement, laundry room, stairs, and now I have new little in home gym. Highly recommend this business!

First of all I want to let everyone know that working with Alfredo and his crew was always pleasant. He was easy to contact, quick to respond and always calming to talk to.

My husband and I bought an older mobile home. We had some work done on a shed roof run-off, the living room painted, and kitchen & a bathroom remodeled.

Everything Vasa Construction did they did quickly, even when the countertop vendors (who we bought through separately) slowed us down. We had a trailer door removed and full sized wood door put in. The door was painted and hung very professionally.

Vasa Construction's bids for work were reasonable, and worth every penny spent. Good work at a fair price can be hard to find. If we ever need any other projects done - we'll definitely be getting back in touch with Alfredo/Vasa Construction.

We hired Vasa Construction for subfloor repair, tiling, and related bathroom work. The project was completed on time, and initially the work appeared to be done well. However, we later discovered that a toilet had not been properly set and we had to have it redone. In addition, we experienced a serious billing issue. We overpaid by $4,000, which Alfredo acknowledged, but more than a month has passed without repayment. On two occasions he stated he would deliver a refund check, but did not show up and has not responded to follow-up communication. While portions of the work were completed as scheduled, the installation issue and unresolved billing matter have significantly impacted our overall experience.

We had a great experience with Gary and ACS. Our project involved plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall finishing, tile, and more, and Gary’s team had expertise in all. We especially appreciated their problem solving on a few decisions that helped minimize demolition. Gary was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’re so happy with how our new bathroom and guest room turned out, and would recommend ACS for any project, big or small.

Gary Gutierrez and ACS Seattle did a complete basement remodel for us and while his price was very competitive, unfortunately you get what you pay for.

My biggest complaint is that he just didn't seem to care about doing it right the first time because as long as it was fixed, as per the contract, his attitude was that he was doing his job. He once said to me "I don't care if we have to do it six f***ing times, the contract says we can fix it as many times as we need to"

To his credit Gary was indeed willing to fix things six times over. However, given the volume and nature of the issues, it was hard to want to continue with the process when the same issue was "fixed" over and over again and basic things like a non-level and non-square window, an obviously unlevel floor, or unattached hose bibs needed to be pointed out.

As a first time homebuyer, I knew when I purchased this house I wanted to convert this ~ 100 sqft closet into a 3/4 bathroom. Gary came over, and explained the process, gave me homework on the design, and we were able to work together swimmingly. I even had a family visit while his team worked on the plumbing. I asked him for help installing a garbage disposal, and he mentioned it would be easy to put in a fullsize dishwasher as well. I'm very happy with his work, and I am grateful every morning when I use my new shower with real water pressure now!

Gary is an awesome guy and did a great job working my basement remodel. He's also advised me on other projects for years after the job was complete for basically nothing in return. Even when we disagreed, we had good conversation and arrive at a compromise. I'll work with him again, no problem!

Frank has worked on two significant projects for us and has delivered a well finished job on time on on budget.
