Constraction reviews in Seattle, Washington

To be honest I probably won't use Frank again.
Pros: Fast and competent. Franks gets the job done. If you have a large job and need someone who can complete it quickly. Frank is a good candidate for that.
Cons: Frank is difficult to work with from my experience. He will rush you sign the contract, choosing paint color, and payment. If you would like to take your sweet time to get the project perfect, then he is not the right person for you. He is eager and passionate to get the job done, and he can snap on you too. So prepare for that. -
This is a very reliable contractor. And I have had my fair share of bad experiences with other companies. Frank has helped me on several last minute crisis calls after storms. He fixed a leak that damaged my drywall. Recently, he repaired and pressure-washed my metal roof when strong winds dislodged the edges. If I call him for a job, he often comes the next day! He is courteous and considerate in his work, making sure to leave the space improved and cleaned up. Frank is someone I trust to do a good job at a fair price. I recommend him to anyone in need of a contractor.

Frank and his crew went above and beyond to help get my place painted on a very tight deadline. My entire home from the ceilings to the walls to baseboards needed to be painted. Not only was Frank extremely professional and in constant contact, he sent me updates and videos of the work his crew did. My home feels brand new and they did such a wonderful job and such attention to detail. I would highly recommended and would definitely work with again. Thank you for making my version a reality and doing such an amazing job.

It's a great company to work with!

I’m sure JTM Construction is a fine company, but they really need to retrain their employees and let them know they are a direct representation of their company.
The flagger for the project next to the REN towers on Virginia/Minor is one of the most unpleasant and rude workers I have ever encountered.
It’s not appropriate to make derogatory comments about people or their vehicles, and the woman working is awful at her job and plain rude. For a unionized position, they are wasting their money paying someone to harass random people driving by, because she wasn’t paying attention to the road, or directing traffic with large machinery and trucks backing up. -
I can usually find what I'm looking for

Unprofessional Superintendents.

Always a pleasure seeing this community minded organization and their talented team.
-
The best of the best. The quality of work is impeccable. I’m always amazed at the level of technical difficulty and the ease at which they bring design to reality.

Don’t even contact them- they will ghost you because the work is too hard and then never follow up.
