Constraction reviews in Seattle, Washington

Total Construction LLC did a great job on our basement remodel. They were easy to work with and got it done on time and on budget. Would definitely recommend!

Total Construction LLC is the best ROI for remodelers in the pacific north west. Alex and his team of professionals handle just about any need that your home or even investment property may even need.

Some highlights of his team's work include:

1. Responsive pricing/quotes: Alex's team was very quick with pricing and actually scheduling the work. Very prompt in response and even to changes of the work

2. Advice that actually works with your budget: Alex's team was amazing in terms of making it clear what was possible within my budget for remodeling my investment property. Alex's team was amazing to work with in regards to providing several options of paths forward with regard to fixtures, interior details. However, Alex's team was very knowledgeable about areas where short cuts would not be the recommended path forward (e.g. electrical and plumbing) to help empower the property owner in making the best choice

3. Commitment to your satisfaction: Alex's team understands that whether you're an owner or investment manager, you have a timeline, a budget and a need for quality. Alex's team brought speed, expertise and adaptability for any project to ensure that mistakes in implementation are corrected ASAP.

Thank you Total Construction LLC for ensuring that my investment property needs are serviced and bond covered!

I had the pleasure to work on a few projects with Total Construction and I can highly recommend the entire team! I absolutely loved the final results of the remodels, great communication and service!

Alex and his team, shout-out to Jonas and Victor, were nothing but professional and diligent. We had several projects to complete at our new condo, including flooring install, a door install, various patches and other projects. They were fast, thorough and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Total Construction and look forward to working with them again in the future! Thanks again, guys!

After putting off a big project for several years, we were delighted to move forward with Coastal.

Our remodel went really well from day one. We appreciated how their pricing model worked, how we were always in the loop with the management software, frequent communication and all around good people. The Coastal team was excellent - from Danny who initially bid the work, our PM Zach and our design specialist, Jordyn, Devin the carpenter- everyone was communicative, punctual, flexible, attentive to detail, and a pleasure to work with. The project wrapped up pretty much right on schedule, even with back order delays and a couple of change orders.

Coastal had great subs too and the end product is **outstanding**

We look forward to working with Coastal in the future!

My experience working with Jordyn was ultimately unprofessional from start to finish.

Our first appointment with Jordyn was scheduled for Nov. 5 and she canceled it the morning of the appointment. I immediately emailed to reschedule and received no response. After following up again on Nov. 25, I was told the project could not start until 2026. After that, there was essentially no communication from her.

Jordyn had also requested a full house measurement for our bathroom renovation project. After later working with another designer, we were told that level of measurement was unnecessary and excessive for the scope of the project. Despite that, the invoice for the measurement was never sent to me at the time and instead resurfaced months later through collections, which could have easily been avoided with basic communication.

Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend working with her at all.

Thanks for your services

Spent a lot of time helping go over options and understand the whole process, patient and understanding and communicative. Pleasure to work with!

Very very proffesional. One of the owners, while still feeling the effects of surgery that day still conducted business, brushing away the obvious pain to do a phone interview. 105% guy. Thank you Ray Alcock

A MUST HIRE. Danny was above and beyond helpful, and from start to finish, everything was seamless, priced to preference, and literally could have not been more perfect. Thank You, Coastal Construction, for existing!

Really great to work with these guys. Everyone was very professional and responsive. The work was all completed well and in a timely manner! I love my new kitchen!

The guys at Coastal Construction are excellent. Ive now used them for a couple dozen apartment remodel projects as well the the remodel of my primary residence. They know what they are doing and deliver as promised. I highly recommend using them.

I would highly recommend Coastal Construction to anyone in need. They have a quick response time, and work very professionally and efficiently. I felt more than comfortable having them all in my home, they were extremely respectful to my home and family! I would without a doubt use them again!

We had a interior remodeling job at our condo. It involvied building a wall, new countertops and sinks, electrical work and painting. Danny and his team completed on time and on budget. Everything looks fantastic and we are extremely happy with the whole process.

I couldn’t recommend Coastal Construction enough. The entire team is very responsive, professional, and kept us updated on timelines throughout the entire process. They also gave us suggestions and ways of doing things that we hadn’t thought of before. That and their attention to detail helped our remodel turn out better than we imagined. Excited to work with them again!

Coastal Construction replaced a window for us in a room with a spa. They were timely, efficient and did lovely work. We have already asked for an estimate on additional work. Some of the work was done by individuals they hired, and those individuals were excellent. I would recommend.

We had an unfortunate accident with a washer install which dumped water into our wall.
.. this meant that we had to tear up parts of a wall, ceiling and floor to make sure that we didn't get a big mold problem.

Coastal Construction came in and fixed the wall, ceiling, and our tile floor... and you simply /cannot/ tell that it was a repair. It looks absolutely *perfect*.

Amazingly, this also came in under budget.

We'll most definitely be using Coastal Construction again in the future, and you should too!

Coastal did a home office addition on our house, and made it blend in to the existing structure (a 1932 beach cottage). The work was done early and under budget for us, which is pretty incredible. Very impressed with their communication most of all, and we were very pleased with the final work of course too.

The team at Coastal Construction was excellent to partner with. We got a quote and timeline quickly. Everyone brought in at different parts of the process were professional and did great work. We had a wall and French doors added on top of ceramic tiling, with some custom framing around the door to match the house molding. Came together perfectly.

We've had Coastal Construction work on multiple jobs for us over the past few years and have always been extremely happy with the experience! Danny and his team are very professional and the quality of their work is second to none. We will continue to use them moving forward.

We are so grateful and fortunate to have been referred to Coastal Construction! They are THE standout gem of construction that you might not know existed, but that you MOST CERTAINLY NEED to know about in Seattle! Grab your coffee because Danny, Zach, and the crew are everything we were looking for in a construction company, & we are here to rave:

1. The project: A small kitchen remodel in a 1940 bungalow. We wanted the wall removed between the kitchen & dining room & a complete update to the kitchen. Even with our small kitchen, we got a delightfully unexpected pantry!

2. First and foremost, we wanted a team that was communicative & responsive, especially given this is a months long relationship. They embody communication excellence. They took any concerns we had seriously, respected our vision, while also giving us the direction and options we needed within the budget we had.

3. Fairness: This company is fair & trustworthy. We got several bids, and from our initial meeting in comparison to other companies we met with, there was just that certain something that we knew was going to work for us. They kept things real, and we felt confident they knew not only what they were doing, but would also stand by their work.

4. And this brings me to their work. They do not take shortcuts, work efficiently, & ensure the work is uncompromisingly exceptional. We were out of town when they started this project and still received photos and updates. These guys work hard and with attention to detail. We're not sure how they've done it, but it seems they have a secret sauce to unflinching excellence, not only with their crew (huge shout out to Misael!), but also with ALL their subcontractors!

5. Budget: We had a budget. Not surprisingly, we went over budget, but not because of exorbitant costs from Coastal; rather because they were doing such excellent work, we kept adding on to our project! Talk about scope creep in the best way possible
.
6. Test of time: We have been back in our home for ~5 months now, and every day we remain in awe of Coastal's work. We would not hesitate to have future projects done by Coastal, and without hesitation, we would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, communicative team with exceptional ethics at a fair cost without compromising the end product. If we could give them an eleven on a scale of 1 to 10, we would!
