Constraction reviews in Seattle, Washington

The Charter Construction crew that worked on our re-siding and window replacement project in the condominium community of 130 units, cabana, garbage bays and mailbox bays was extremely professional, friendly and clean (daily sweeping of dust and nail sweep with magnet rollers) and when working in the interior. The staff sent weekly updates via email and posted on the front doors which was detailed of what to expect during the process. When working on the interior, they re-textured and repainted the affected areas in the matching paint colors already painted.

I had an air exchanger replaced in my entryway ceiling. While changing it the installer removed the beams which the drywall needed to be attached to.
Scott & his crew Mauro (drywall), & Donnie (painter) were introduced to me by Scott. The entire crew were courteous & always arriving on time & cleaning up after themselves.
I am very pleased with the way the project turned out.
I would strongly recommend them for anyone needing their help🤓

I have had the privilege of working with Charter Construction on many different multi-family building envelope investigations over the years. The staff and crews at Charter Construction are well trained and go above and beyond on each and every project. They put the client's needs first and their workmanship is top notch. I have and will continue to recommend their services to anyone that needs quality construction.

This general contractor is top-notch! They were professional, reliable, and very skilled. Communication was clear throughout the project, and they paid attention to every detail. The crew respected our home, kept the site clean, and completed the work on time. The quality of craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.

We bought a lovely 1980s home in December 2024 knowing we would need to make “some” repairs and, of course, updates. We chose Charter’s quote for the project.

Day 1 included a snowstorm that precipitated a flood in the front hall entryway. The speed at which Justin Totten had all the right people there and the problem mitigated spoke volumes about having selected the right company for the job. This standard of quality work was upheld throughout the project.

It was also my first introduction to site manager, Eddie Mullin. Eddie’s extensive experience brought great solutions to the many and tricky issues from carpentry to electrical to plumbing and drainage that arose during the remodel. A stickler for job requirements and scheduling, you could not have asked for a better project manager. We asked a lot and the Charter team delivered.

Charter also provided great material choices and great partners for specialized work. I would especially call out the tile work and windows.

We feel like we won the contracting lottery with Charter!

Projects completed:

• Floor Tile Demolition and Replacement

Charter Construction repaired my home after a house fire. The damages required that the house be taken down to the interior studs and rebuilt, including rebuilding the roof.

Dale the Project Manager and Brandin the Project Superintendent both kept me informed of the progress and were available for questions that came up, through both phone and text and were always prompt in getting back to me.

Everyone involved with the project was professional, friendly and thorough and I would definitely recommend Charter Construction for reconstruction and repairs.

I recently hired Lokman and his crew to renovate my porch deck, and they exceeded all my expectations. They removed the old, rotten decking and went the extra mile to strengthen the foundation by reinforcing the support posts and beams. The team installed beautiful composite boards and added a stunning lighting system that has transformed my outdoor space into a delightful evening retreat.

My neighbors have been constantly complimenting the new porch, noting how it enhances the entire look of our street. The crew not only completed the project promptly but also left the worksite impeccably clean, which I greatly appreciated. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and dedication to quality truly set them apart. I highly recommend Celestial Construction to anyone in need of top-notch construction services—you won't be disappointed!

Great experience with Celestial Construction LLC. They installed our new flooring, added radiant floor heating, finished our sunroom, and installed a sliding door. Communication was excellent, the crew was on time, and they kept everything clean. Materials arrived on time and the project stayed on schedule with no delays. The final result looks amazing — highly recommend.

We are very happy with our pergola. It looks great, the team was professional, and the whole process was smooth and easy. We would definitely recommend Celestial Construction LLC.

I had an incredible experience working with CELESTIAL CONSTRUCTION LLC. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and highly skilled. Their pricing was extremely competitive—honestly the best quote I received—but the quality of work was top-notch and didn't compromise at all. They stuck to the timeline and finished exactly when they said they would. It’s rare to find a contractor who is this dedicated and meticulous. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be using them for future projects. Highly recommend!

great service and professional result

Excellent service! The team was professional, reliable, and completed the work with great quality and attention to detail. Everything was done on time and exactly as promised. Highly recommend this company for construction and repair work

Honestly had a really great experience working with these guys. They got the job done way faster than I expected, and everything turned out really solid. You can tell they actually care about doing things right, not just finishing quickly.

The crew was super friendly too, which made the whole process a lot easier. They were always open to questions and even helped out with a few things that weren’t really part of the job. That meant a lot.

Overall, just really good people who do quality work. I’d definitely recommend working with these guys.

Good service!

We had two pergolas built side by side and also added an outdoor kitchen. Everything turned out great, and we are very happy with the work. If you are thinking about getting a pergola, definitely get a quote from Celestial Construction before making your decision. Lokman, thank you for the great service and quality work. We were so satisfied that now we are having them do a bigger project for our restaurant as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars
I had an excellent experience working with the team at Celestial Construction for our sunroom project. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. Even after the project was finished, Lokman remained responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed small adjustments. That level of customer service really shows their professionalism. Our new sunroom has quickly become one of our favorite spaces in the house. I would definitely recommend Celestial Construction to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor for a sunroom or home improvement project.

Thanks Celestial Construction

We are very pleased with how our sunroom has turned out, and we have Lokman from Celestial to thank for that. We love this addition to our home, and we are thrilled we have a trusted contact that we can reach out to if we have any questions or want to expand on the space in the future (like when we wanted to add screen doors last summer). For transparency, our space has needed a few tweaks after construction wrapped to address new concerns (like small gaps bugs might get in, for example), but Lokman has been timely in responding and fixing any issue we bring up.

It’s our favorite spot in our house, and we’re thrilled we could partner with Celestial to make sure it meets what we envisioned for the space.

I had a pleasure working with celestial construction. They did amazing work on my backyard m, it turned out super nice. I would 100% recommend this guys to anyone. Their prices are decent as well.

I recently had my bathroom remodeled by this team, and I’m honestly very impressed with the results.

They completely transformed the space into a modern, high-end bathroom. The tile work is extremely clean and precise, the walk-in shower looks amazing, and the overall design with the matte black fixtures gives it a very sleek and stylish feel. The niche detail and finishing touches really make a difference.

What stood out the most was the quality of the workmanship. Everything was done properly—from the slope and drainage to the grout lines and final details. You can tell they pay attention to every little detail and take pride in their work.

The process was smooth, professional, and on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom. If you want a clean, modern look done right, these are the people to go with.

We worked with Celestial Construction on our enclosed glass room / sunroom project, and we are very happy with the result. We received quotes from other companies as well, but their prices were honestly very high. Celestial Construction offered us a much more reasonable and fair price.
At first, we were a little hesitant because the price was more affordable, but once the project was completed, the material quality and workmanship were far above our expectations. The glass system, modern black frame, and overall appearance turned out very elegant. The team arrived on time, worked cleanly, and delivered the project beautifully.
I would definitely recommend Celestial Construction.
