Constraction reviews in Seattle, Washington

Installed a wall mounted fireplace for me, and results came out stunning. Moved outlets and made new outlets to hide all cords, beautiful job. I have high standards and they were met! Made sure I was happy, discussed options with me and understood my vision and aesthetic. I was nervous but couldn’t be happier. Reliable, well priced, honest and dependable. I’m a single female by the way, which always makes one nervous to hire out work like this, but would definitely recommend to all friends.

Sergiu is the best contractor that we have ever worked with. He is exceptionally talented and creative and builds a beautiful product. There are always unforeseen challenges in construction, and Sergiu handles them with confidence and creative problem solving to resolve issues quickly and keep projects moving. We have worked with him on 20+ projects by now and would highly recommend him! He has an excellent team!

Sergiu was great to work with and we are delighted with the results. He worked within our budget, had good communication, and was flexible and supportive as we worked through an inept insurance company that dragged their feet. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Professional, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Sergiu and his team were great to work with and completed the work as promised. Repaired and remodeled our bathroom, works well and looks fantastic. We would definitely work with them again!

I have worked with Elite remodeling for many projects over the last several years and have ALWAYS received exemplary service and top notch results. Sergiu and his team are professional, prompt, and personable. Great at thinking outside the box when needed, and have always been honest about the timeline and scope of each project. Highly recommend!

I've worked with Sergiu and his crew at Elite Remodeling for many years over many projects and they always deliver top notch results! They get the job done in the time frame promised. They are respectful, fun and kind. They are fair and consistent when it comes to pricing and estimates. They answer the phone and have provided helpful advice when I've faced decision fatigue. I highly recommend their services whether for a small remodel or a large renovation.

I've been working with Sergiu and his team for around 10 years. I am a real estate broker, and have worked with Elite Remodeling on at least 50 of our listings for jobs big and small. In addition, I've referred Sergiu to many happy clients, and of course, work with him on all of my own projects, including remodels in my primary residence as well as my rental properties. The high quality work speaks for itself, but I'be been around the 'contractor/builder' block for over 20 years, and I truly value the amazing service, communication, positivity, and commitment to every job we work together on, which is why I keep coming back. If Elite Remodeling is available for your project, hire them.

Sergio and his entire crew are amazing. Very professional and hard working. They were able to complete a renovation for us in a short amount of time and did everything just as promised. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! Highly recommend Elite Remodeling for your project!

Sergio and his team are great! They’ve helped me with 3 different projects now and I’d leave a good review just for their work alone; but, they also showed up, had great communication throughout projects, were super flexible with all my requests and add ons, and worked within my budget to get exactly what I wanted.
I’ve personally recommended Elite Remodeling LLC and will continue to use them for my future projects. Thanks Sergio and crew!

Our first impression of Elite Remodeling is overwhelmingly positive. We reached out to Elite Remodeling after the contractor we hired to complete a remodel abandoned the job and left our house all torn up. We contacted Sergiu on Tuesday and he scheduled a walk thru on Friday. He came up with a plan immediately and is working us into his schedule with a projected start date in less than a month. Our experience with the previous contractor was terrible. But after meeting Sergiu, we feel like we got lucky that the previous contractor abandoned the project. Now the Elite Remodeling is taking over, it seems like our project will be completed faster, more professionally, and at lower cost.

Sergio and his team are amazing!! I have done upwards of 10 large projects with his team and they have always been extremely efficient, on time and on budget. His whole crew are all talented craftsman and very reliable when it comes to getting the best results. Any job big or small I know I can always trust Sergio and his team to knock it out of the park with no worries at all. I cant wait to work with Elite Remodeling again soon!!

I was struggling to find a contractor in my area for awhile and had many bids that fell through, bids that continued to increase from one conversation to the next, or were outrageously overpriced because of the lack of contractors in my area, and then I contacted elite remodeling. I had to have my kitchen remodeled because of a leak in my upstairs bathroom.
Elite construction did an amazing job working with me and I am extremely happy with the results! I got a brand new kitchen in less than two weeks and not only that, the bid they quoted me never changed and they were timely, professional and did a beautiful quality job!
I highly recommend this company, it was very different than any other contractors I had came into contact with. Great job! Thank you for my beautiful kitchen!

5 stars. No hesitation. Repeat client since 2019. Referred to several friends and colleagues, all happy. Exceptional standards. Sergiu gets things done right and is an expert.

Sergiu and his team are amazing! He goes out of his way to deliver exceptional customer service and he and his team are professional, experienced and deliver great end results! Highly recommend!

We worked with Elite Remodeling to finish out the basement in our almost 100 year old home. There was old wiring, plumbing, lath and plaster walls, etc. that needed to be removed and reworked. Sergiu provided a reasonable quote and timeline, and his made team quick work from the start. The communication was always clear and responsive with options being provided if we ran into any unexpected issues (based on the age of our house). Sergiu and team were also very accommodating to any change requests we had throughout, and I was pleased with the electrical, plumbing, tile, etc. subcontractors used for our project. Our timeline ran a little long based on our own change requests, but overall we were very pleased with the communication, schedule, and quality of the work by Elite Remodel. We would work with them again in a heartbeat. A huge thank you for helping us grow into our home!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sergiu and his team at Elite Remodeling for a kitchen renovation, and I am beyond thrilled with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to quality were evident every step of the way.

During a particularly harsh winter freeze, our outdoor faucet burst. Sergiu's crew, demonstrating their dedication, came out on a weekend to fix it swiftly and did so pro bono. This level of service is both rare and deeply appreciated, highlighting their genuine commitment to their clients.

Sergiu and his team also redid my outdoor patio and deck, including the installation and custom fabrication of the posts connecting the pergola cover to the roof. They went above and beyond by leveling the area below and installing a retaining wall. The city inspector even remarked that we have “one tough deck,” which speaks volumes about their craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Additionally, Sergiu innovatively handled issues with our cabinet supplier, who sent missing and incorrect parts. Remarkably, he managed these challenges efficiently while I was away in New York for business, ensuring the project stayed on track without my having to worry.

What impressed me most was Sergiu’s collaborative approach. I had numerous creative ideas, and rather than steering me towards simpler, more familiar solutions, Sergiu treated me as a true partner. He listened to my vision and executed it with remarkable precision, making me feel involved and valued throughout the process.

The final outcome of the project exceeded my expectations. Every detail was handled with care, resulting in a kitchen that is not only stunning but also incredibly functional. Sergiu and his team were punctual, respectful, and maintained an immaculate work environment, which made the renovation process smooth and stress-free.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sergiu and Elite Remodeling to anyone seeking top-tier remodeling services. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and client-focused approach set them apart from the rest. I am immensely grateful for their hard work and dedication, and I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen and outdoor space!

Bonus: added a few pics from before the remodel!

I had an exceptional experience working with Sergio and his team. They are efficient, have a keen eye for detail, and were collaborative throughout our projects.

While completing our bathroom remodel they exceed all expectations of what I had envisioned. It was a full gut job and is completely unrecognizable to what it was before (see picture). Being a 100+ year old home, a few things came up and Sergio always came to me with solutions instead of problems – I really appreciated working with someone who has this mindset.

They were on time, on budget and highly skilled.
My family and I could not recommend working with Elite Remodeling more. They will be our go-to moving forward!

We worked with Elite Remodeling on an extensive remodel of the upper floor of our house including 3 bathrooms, a laundry room, and a closet. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and can’t recommend Sergiu and his team more. We had a very specific vision for what we wanted in each space and a tight schedule. They delivered exactly what we wanted in just 2 months, and would have been even faster if our supplier hadn’t damaged a vanity. Their prices are very reasonable, but expect change orders as the project progresses.

Sergiu’s standards are very high and the quality of work from his team showed that. Our house is over 100 years old and had gone through multiple questionable prior remodels. As issues were uncovered, Sergiu was clear on what needed to be done to bring things up to code. He was also really easy to work with as we made changes to our design along the way. Anything we weren’t happy with, they were quick to fix. We will definitely work with Sergiu again.

The Elite Remodeling team offers top quality with extreme attention to detail, is fairly priced, on-time, very communicative, and listens to your desires to capture your vision completely.

We originally hired Elite Remodeling to completely gut and renovate our downstairs bathroom. They did such a phenomenal job we decided to hire them to complete the remaining renovation "wish list" we had in mind.

By the end of our renovation they:
- Completely renovated 3 bathrooms
- Switched toilet plumbing and shower drain in one of the bathrooms by removing old piping and replacing it with modern piping (good-bye musty smell!). They even ran new water lines so we could customize our shower valves.
- Helped convert the 'power room' into a walk-in coset
- Removed a small unusable closet and repaired the floors
- Painted nearly the entire interior of the house- floor to ceiling
- Fixed electrical issues
- Replaced old lighting for an updated look, complete with customizable lighting options
- Helped install 3 TVs by adding hidden electrical outlets directly behind the TVs. They even installed a nifty tube in the wall so that we can easily put additional cables through in the future.
- Installed 2 large decorative floating shelves & console units

Each team member who entered our house treated our space as if it were their own. They were very neat, clean and organized, arrived on-time, were warm and welcoming and even walked us through the best way to correct old plumbing and electrical issues that were found from previous work done on the house. We will definitely hire Elite Remodeling, LLC in the future when we decided to update the exterior of our house.

We cannot recommend them enough! They take the headache out of remodeling and make it as pleasant of a process as possible.

First off, yes. If you're looking around for a contractor, reach out to Elite Remodeling. Sergiu is a professional general contractor who cares about the quality and timeliness of a job. His team did a great job with my bathroom remodel, which involved gutting it, electrical, plumbing, tile, and everything else.
Sergiu and his team have become my go-to for any work that's beyond my modest DIY skills. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely incredible!
We recently hired Elite Remodeling for a major remodel on our house, and met with Sergiu. We couldn't be happier with the results. From the beginning, he was a true professional. He listened carefully to our vision, offered valuable insights, and provided a detailed, transparent quote.
Throughout the project, Sergiu was a fantastic communicator. He kept us updated on progress, was always on time, and made sure every detail was perfect. His craftsmanship is top-notch; he is meticulous and clearly takes great pride in his work. He transformed our space, and we're so impressed with the quality of everything he has done.
Beyond his skill, Sergiu is simply a great person to work with. He is trustworthy, respectful, and left the work area clean at the end of each day. Our remodel was a smooth, stress-free experience. We highly recommend Sergiu for any home project, and will definitely be calling him again in the future!
