Worked with Scott at Tersuli Construction and I am very happy with my experience. Excellent work, great communication & fair pricing. Scott went above & beyond for me and I would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!!

Working with Trent and his team is always a great experience. In a day and age when too many people don't communicate, or take a personal approach to business. Tersuli is the exception, I would and do recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

This place is the absolute worst and should be avoided at all costs. I have spent nearly $30k in repairs for absolutely horrid work. Somehow, the insurance company recommends these guys. Tersuli bids out the work to be completed to the cheapest people they can find and it is evident in the craftsmanship. Our effing floors aren’t even level. They tried hiding fire damaged wood instead of replacing it. Tiles are literally falling off of the wall. Cheapest materials that can be sourced are used throughout project. Wrong paint used on house and is peeling off less than a year later. Fence fell over. The list goes on and on. Avoid these guys at all costs. There are plenty of other companies that do fire renovations, just google it.

More work done by Tersuli is failing. I am astounded by the poor craftsmanship of this company. I would post photos, but I fear retaliation from the owner.

The anonymity is used to provide a worthwhile review of the company while protecting myself and my interests from the hostility and contempt that was repeatedly on display between you and your previous business partner. My review is from a paying customer (myself) who feels ripped off. You discrediting my original review is a perfect testimony of what it is like to do business with Tersuli. Again, I reiterate, avoid at all costs!

It was a comfort to have Trent and Joel oversee our remodel and repairs after water damage from a broken kitchen pipe. They are professional, honest, caring and have a team of skilled people to do the work. We are so pleased with the beautiful kitchen and new hardwood floors throughout our condo.

Not only were they professional and communicated every detail, they also had my best interest at heart. My father had some major fire damage to his home and is not able to coordinate work himself due to his elderly and confused state. I needed a company that was going to work with me on behalf of my father keeping me constantly informed. Tersuli did just that. The owner Trent would check in frequently to make sure I was happy with the progress and kept me fully informed. The work was done perfectly and working with the insurance company was actually easy,, and I attribute that to Tersuli. Everything from the work performed, to the amount of time it took, to the constant communication was incredible. I highly recommend this company. In a very stressful time they definitely helped with the process. Thank you to the Tersuli crew for taking such good care of me and my father.

Trent and team did an incredible job on my kitchen remodel following a flood in my kitchen. Communication was excellent, particularly from Pat, my project manager. He was available by phone or text almost 24-7 and incredibly responsive. When small issues came up (e.g., a seam on a countertop that was not where they originally planned for it to be), he called me with a heads up and a plan for what they were going to do to address it. They coordinated all subcontractors seamlessly and spurred some of them on to finish ahead of schedule. When I brought up even minor issues, they took care of them quickly. Scott's work on the project was great. He knew so much about so many things, and even let me look over his shoulder every once in a while and talked me through what he was doing. He was always there when he said he was going to be there. I would highly recommend Tersuli Construction.

We had a very positive experience with Insulation Co. LLC. They arrived early and worked hard until the job was finished. Their work quality was excellent and We are very pleased with the overall project.

We did a full house remodel and, unfortunately, had to redo several areas due to the poor-quality subcontractors hired by our general contractor. For the insulation work, we decided to go directly with Insulation Co. and had them remove the old insulation from our attic. Since we were also doing extensive HVAC work, this made the entire process much smoother. The owner was fantastic to work with, accommodating our schedule when we were ready to install the new insulation. The work was impeccable, and we will definitely hire them again in the future. Great Service, had crawlspace insulation done last year.
I did not want to rush with a review and wanted to give some time before I rate the service.
The work they done was great and on time. Also Jo was great and flexible to adjust the schedule to fit my re-ducting work in the crawlspace.

Jo and his team at Insulation Co. did a great job! From the start, I could tell I was in good hands:

- I called and left a message with my address and issue (mold in the attic due to a detached stove vent).

- Less than an hour later Jo called back. He'd looked up my property on the publicly available city records, so was able to put together an accurate estimate based on my home's sqr ft.

- Then Jo walked me through the steps, the equipment, and the timeline. He followed up soon after via email with all the info we'd discussed, plus links to YouTube videos with additional information about the process. He included a line-itemed estimate/contract with clear terms.

- On the agreed date, his team showed up on time. They were courteous and efficient, and finished the project later that afternoon. The project lead had taken photos throughout the process and walked me through the work they had completed. They did a great job cleaning up too.

Cannot recommend enough!

Jo and his team did a fantastic job had a lot of bird nesting debri in the attic. They did a wonderful job cleaning it up sealing the attic space so the birds won't be a future problem and get new insulation taken care for my house. Right on time, quick, great clean up when done!

We has Insulation Co remove and replace our attic insulation as a part of a larger electrical project. Both phases of the insulation work went quickly and smoothly. Better yet, Jo from the company was incredibly responsive and kind in his communications with us which is a big bonus for first-time homeowners still learning how a lot of this stuff works. Very quick response & bid was accurate. The workers were prompt, actually arrived a little early and were able to complete the work in a very timely manner. I had my crawl space done wich included removal of all the old insulation and vapor barrier, sanitized, rodent prevention, and new insulation and vapor barrier installed. Highly recommend! I recently hired Insulation Co for a home insulation task (removal, remediation and new install in our attic) and I am very pleased with their professionalism and work quality. Jo, my main point of contact, was professional and courteous from my first interaction with him. He gave me all the details I needed including how the contract would be executed from the very first conversation until the after the completion of the insulation.

The team arrived at the assigned time, did amazing work. Pedro (the team lead) and his team were professional throughout the process, took care of my hallways and house, and left my house clean and tidy when they were done. That evening we were commenting how we felt we could feel the difference between before and after the work.

My husband and I are very pleased with the work of Insulation Co. We appreciated their professionalism and were able to communicate our needs to them.
The crew showed up on time and worked very hard cleaning out the crawlspace after we had a problem with rats and then possum living under the house. They had it looking like new again.

I already had a decent bid from another company, so I almost didn't even talk to Insulation Co. But Insulation Co offered deeper insulation for a lower price. They were clean and super quick. We later noticed a ceiling crack that was probably from their crew. When I told them, they sent someone out to repair it, no questions asked. Their responsiveness was why I decided to write this review.

Insulation Co was quick and thorough. We needed a job done quicker than most. They remiediated our entire crawlspace and replaced our ducts. They made sure to get us on their schedule immediately. Jo even went out of his way to be available to me while he was out of town. They finished everything in less than a day for each job with excellent precision and kind workers. They were also reasonably priced! I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Jo was amazing! We needed a large crawlspace cleaned out quickly and he was so responsive and helpful. His quote was competitive and he got the job done beautifully. Other companies I called had long wait times and high prices. I’m so glad we worked with Jo! I highly recommend him.
