I can't say enough about these guys!! We had a nasty rodent infestation under the house. They came in and WOW!!! Their work was WAAAAY beyond our expectations! They cleaned that horrible mess in record time. They had to do the entire length of the house and did an outstanding job! They found a water leak from our water heater. Can't thank them enough for that. They saved us a major future expense. They left a portion open for the plumber to come in to fix and replace the water heater. The plumber was impressed with how clean it was. He said it looked like what you would expect under a new home. We notified them the plumber was done and they came back and finished the job immediately. I TOTALLY recommend these guys to ANYONE lookin to have insulation work done. They are absolutely professional, friendly and are amazing! It was also less expensive than we anticipated. You won't find a better company out there. On a scale on of 1 to 10 ... DEFINITELY a 20!

Was in need of a quick crawl space clean up prior to listing/selling a home. They were available, prompt to communicate, and completed work within designated time frame. They took plenty of pictures to show the state of the crawl space and the work that was done. Would definitely use again in the future!

The crew was friendly, got right to work and efficiently cleaned out our crawlspace, replacing bad insulation, the vapor barrier, and any rodent-related problems. When they finished, they showed me before and after photos of some problems I hadn't expected (which they repaired). They did a great job, I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to other homeowners.

Insulation Company responded quickly, and did a good job getting a vapor barrier and insulation under our cottage. I was impressed because the cottage only had about a 18" clearance. The crew dug it out - removing the dirt - and cleaned up the site after finishing.

FYI quotes will come sight unseen over the phone based on square footage and a few questions over the phone. I called to ask for some clarification on some items that weren't quoted in the bid that I felt needed to be done & make a real price comparison. Other companies that bid the job had my fairly basic requirements in their bids without even asking. The sales rep (Jo Estrada) was condescending and rude to me over the phone and said that those companies would never do that and he knows them all (so I guess I'm a liar?). Said I'm "not and inspector" so I don't know what I'm talking about. Told me to go read the code etc. I'm also a tad skeptical that a sight unseen quote won't result in additional cost when the work starts- because they haven't seen the scope of work in person.

Clear and fast communication. Fast to quote and a very fast, clean, professional team that got the work done efficiently. I had a Muti family building that had a vapor barrier replacement done. Very happy with the service.

Insulation Co cleaned my attic and put in new insulation.
They were reasonable and easy to work with. I was initially hesitant to use them since they provide an estimate without a home visit and rely on documents for my house from the City Planning Office.
After dealing with a couple of sales people from other insulation companies that do home visits , I realized Insulation Co provided better price and better insulation.
I do recommend them.

The gentlemen were quick, efficient, and pleasant to work with. Of the four quotes I requested from different vendors, they were the only ones to give me an actual quote on the phone without a big sales pitch. It was very refreshing.

Jo and his team were great! First of all, I appreciate the quick and easy process to get an estimate without needing a inspection. And the easy of scheduling the service date was also a great point!

For the service, they went above and beyond by even fixing my bathroom fan connection with the ceiling, not to mention the great results! The attic looks brand new after they finished.

The crew was fast and dedicated and cleaned everything at the end of the service.

Jo and his crew at Insulation Co. were great to work with for replacing the insulation as part of our studs-out renovation of our 1926 home. Our project ran into several delays initially (not related to insulation) and Jo stuck with me through multiple re-schedules until we were ready to have the insulation installed. His crew was efficient and did a fantastic job with the install, and his price was most reasonable. We passed the insulation inspection on the first pass. I would definitely work with Jo/Insulation Co. again and would recommend them to anyone.

I received a quote very quickly for attic insulation clean and replace for circa 1964 home (replace original insulation, clean, fill gaps, install new to code). Was eligible for significant rebate from PSE. Entire staff (estimator, inspector, crew) were timely, courteous and respectful of my time and home. Showed detailed photos of work completed. Top notch!

We received several bids from insulation companies to reinsulate and mitigate any potential mold issues after we had our roof replaced. Insulation Co came in at an extremely competitive price and also ensured that any potential utility co rebates were applied to the total.

From start to finish - these guys were great. The owner Jo is extremely involved and communicative throughout the entire process and never failed to respond to any questions. The crew on site took great care to ensure our spaces were protected from equipment and workers going back and forth. They were quick and efficient, fixing our ductwork, sealing it, insulating everything, applying mold/mildew preventative treatments (while protecting the newly installed ridge vent from our roofer), installing new blow in insulation, and making sure that we would have an installation we wouldn't have to worry about for a long time to come.

Highly recommended, and will definitely have them out when we're ready to have our crawl space reworked!

I requested quotes from three different companies to add insulation to my attic, which required a pre-inspection due to the roof design. All three companies inspected the space, but I ultimately chose Insulation Co after several helpful conversations with Joe. He clearly explained the issues and provided thoughtful recommendations that gave me confidence in their approach. Julio and his team did an excellent job removing the old insulation and installing the new material. The entire process was professional, efficient, and well done—I’m very pleased with the results.

Great communication, competitive bid, amazing work ethic. These guys came in and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Very professional. Great experience. Would highly recommend. Work done was install new sump pump and French drain in crawl space, plus new vapor barrier and insulation.

I talked with the company about my vehicle not being able to move due too the engine being blown and with everything going on my mechanic isn't working as of right now. They called the city and reported my truck and now I have a parking tickets due to them. I would give them a zero star if I was able to! It's a f350 so I cant move it myself and it parked in front of my house.

The office responded quickly to a voice mail I left. I was witness to an unsafe act on one of their construction sites. I spoke with the office and was assured the matter would be looked into and addresses. I feel very confident that this will happen. John
