During the tedious process of rebuilding, their communication was amazing, always available, thorough, and knowledgeable. The project manager Brian and Superintendent Lucas made sure to keep us informed throughout and were very respectful and understanding when emotions were involved. Their knowledge of the insurance industry and relationship with our insurance adjuster made it that more comforting and less stressful. We now have a beautiful home thanks to the team at Charter!

The Special Projects Team came in with the expertise and flexibility to take over and lead our remodel to excellent results! We immediately knew we could trust the team of people and the company in general, and they did not dissapoint. Things do not always go to plan, and when presented with a few surprises (difficulties or delays) Tyri Bethea in the office, and especially Eddie Mullin as the on-site lead, went above and beyond, with excellent communication, transparency, and good advice, all while minimizing the impact to our schedule and wallet. I wholeheartedly would recommend and endorse Charter Construction!

Project Riverview Ridge: Poor managment. Very disorganized, destruction everywhere, unsafe, bolts, nails and metal pieces, dirt everywhere around the property. Unfinished projects everywhere, total destruction. Very unprofessional, foul language and unpleasant music, not considered of the people living here. Do not recommend.

Charter is completing a very extensive renovation of our 130-unit condo property, and we are extremely happy with the results. They have been in all respects competent, professional, organized, cooperative, and informative. Residents have received weekly schedules of all planned work, and there have been very few “hiccups” in the process. Truong, Tiare, and the entire team (corporate and onsite) have been great at communicating and answering questions, and I also want to give an additional shoutout to another member of the team. As the only girl on the carpentry team, Cassie Bongs has obviously been visible at the project. She is not only extremely skilled at her job, but she has made many friends among the residents, who notice her every day (visibility, as I said!) and have sought her out with questions or concerns. In every instance, Cassie has either known the answer immediately or has investigated and escalated the question to her supervisor. In both cases, very satisfied customers!

The Charter Construction crew that worked on our re-siding and window replacement project in the condominium community of 130 units, cabana, garbage bays and mailbox bays was extremely professional, friendly and clean (daily sweeping of dust and nail sweep with magnet rollers) and when working in the interior. The staff sent weekly updates via email and posted on the front doors which was detailed of what to expect during the process. When working on the interior, they re-textured and repainted the affected areas in the matching paint colors already painted.

I had an air exchanger replaced in my entryway ceiling. While changing it the installer removed the beams which the drywall needed to be attached to.
Scott & his crew Mauro (drywall), & Donnie (painter) were introduced to me by Scott. The entire crew were courteous & always arriving on time & cleaning up after themselves.
I am very pleased with the way the project turned out.

I have had the privilege of working with Charter Construction on many different multi-family building envelope investigations over the years. The staff and crews at Charter Construction are well trained and go above and beyond on each and every project. They put the client's needs first and their workmanship is top notch. This general contractor is top-notch! They were professional, reliable, and very skilled. Communication was clear throughout the project, and they paid attention to every detail. The crew respected our home, kept the site clean, and completed the work on time. The quality of craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.

We bought a lovely 1980s home in December 2024 knowing we would need to make “some” repairs and, of course, updates. We chose Charter’s quote for the project.

Day 1 included a snowstorm that precipitated a flood in the front hall entryway. The speed at which Justin Totten had all the right people there and the problem mitigated spoke volumes about having selected the right company for the job. This standard of quality work was upheld throughout the project.

It was also my first introduction to site manager, Eddie Mullin. Eddie’s extensive experience brought great solutions to the many and tricky issues from carpentry to electrical to plumbing and drainage that arose during the remodel. A stickler for job requirements and scheduling, you could not have asked for a better project manager. We asked a lot and the Charter team delivered.

Charter also provided great material choices and great partners for specialized work. I would especially call out the tile work and windows.

We feel like we won the contracting lottery with Charter!

Charter Construction repaired my home after a house fire. The damages required that the house be taken down to the interior studs and rebuilt, including rebuilding the roof.

Great experience with Celestial Construction LLC. They installed our new flooring, added radiant floor heating, finished our sunroom, and installed a sliding door. Communication was excellent, the crew was on time, and they kept everything clean. Materials arrived on time and the project stayed on schedule with no delays. Honestly had a really great experience working with these guys. They got the job done way faster than I expected, and everything turned out really solid. You can tell they actually care about doing things right, not just finishing quickly.
