Was ran off the road by one of their drivers in Scottsdale AZ. As he was running me off the road I honked at him. When I caught up to him he had his window down and was cussing me out in the company vehicle covered in company decals. I tried to pull over to discuss with him, but he sped off like the true coward he is. Truck # was 126.

We had are roof replace on our house and apartments. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them who ever needs their roof repaired or replace.

Im a roofer, i bought 150 squares of shingles pepco underlayment and half inch CD X shingles and got delivered, the way they said would there good people and i would recomend them to everyone, inseaed of wasting your preciousi time like home Depot...

Had new long driveway created, and gravel area covered with asphalt. Workers were very polite, and hard working. Job was done thoroughly, and we are very pleased with the end result.

The staff came out and did our initial estimate and was transparent, allowing me to reach out should I have any questions. What we found is when we had narrowed it down to two companies, the other company started to add pressure with a “we can’t guarantee the price quote longer than two days”. The owner John of Compton builders never applied this pressure.

My Mother was in need of a new roof and we’re extremely happy with outcome, it simply beautiful. I highly recommend this company, they are very friendly, professional and hardworking. This was the first time but certainly not the last time we will call them for additional home improvement. Thank you Mr. Stacey, we look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

I used Compton Builders to re-side my house - remove 70 yr old cedar shakes and replace with Hardie board siding, trim, soffits and fascia. They removed the old gutters and replaced the roof with all top of the line materials. My front porch roof was sagging and they replaced/reinforced the support structure - now it's level for the first time since I've owned the house. My neighbors walk by and comment on how lovely my "new" house looks! The workers were polite, cleaned up at the end of each day and were very careful of my yard/garden and personal items. Really great job and I will definitely use them again for future projects.

Very thorough assessment of needs, then quick, complete follow-through. Compton was quick with a new much-needed roof. Then they pointed out other ways our 1927-era house was vulnerable to Seattle weather. Now upstairs is solid, leak-free, and even cooler in summer. Compton workers were uniformly skilled and courteous.

Remove old roof and install whole new roof. Their crews are the best. On Sat. March 27th 2021, the came with five guys, and they don’t mess around, so professional, and clean up all around my house after job was done. I am very happy with the new roof (I choose Certainteed, and loved it)

Our new deck is built by the excellent crew from Compton Builders. We are so impressed by their hard work, professionalism, and knowledge. The crew is always on time, friendly and does great work. We are very happy indeed. It has been a pleasure working with John Stacey and crew.

Compton Builders are great! My house is almost 100 years old, and needed a LOT of work. Sections of siding damaged and rotting. Sagging boards under eaves. Crumbling patches in basement walls. Time for a new roof. Time to paint the house. John looked over the house, came up with an estimate, worked with me on what I could afford. (Had to stop his enthusiasm to fix EVERY problem in my house.) Compton was very understanding when I had a delay getting money out of investments to pay them.
They did great work! Looks so good now, getting compliments from neighbors. Compton's employees were efficient and skillful. Took pride in their work. Friendly. Really cared that I was satisfied the job was done right and was what I wanted. In this COVID time, they were careful to maintain social distance from me, and wore masks when working inside the house.
Two small negatives: I had to do more cleanup afterward than I expected. Raking bits of old siding and shingles out of the lawn, discarding empty paint cans. And then there were problems with communication. The office never called to say if or when people were coming over to work. Did a lot of sitting and waiting when I thought people were coming; couple times answered the door in pajamas when I didn't expect people. (The workers almost always at the end of the day told me if they were coming back the next day.) I told Compton about these issues, and they promise improvement.
I may get more work done in a year or two. I would definitely call Compton Builders again.
