Ryan started by educating me on the safety concerns of my mid 1940s existing electrical equipment. Showed me the differences between the different levels of equipment. He was the third electrician I had come look at my home and everyone else gave me roughly the same price on mediocre equipment. He showed me the newest and safest service and breaker panels and I gotta say they look wonderful. I couldn’t be happier with the way that his crew treated my family And the level of respect they gave my neighbors. I wouldn’t recommend anyone more than Ryan and his team.

Fantastic work! I had West Seattle Electric swap out 20 light fixtures on a home I am selling. They were able to get there quickly, completed the job in 1 day and left the home spotless. Their employees were polite and professional.

Ryan and his team are awesome! They have done several projects for us from small to large. Most recently, Mark reconfigured two light switch boxes so there was enough space to install some smart dimmers. He is always courteous & friendly and really knows his stuff!

Francisco is also top notch! He was the lead person on a big remodeling project that turned out amazing.

I'm so happy I managed to get Lakeview Designs to replace all the old plumbing for a classic 1902 house . I can recommend them if you got leaks or clogs. 😊✌️

Waited around for 10 minutes for help, I know Home Depot is for DIY but come on, you have to do some work.

If you buy any thing that include installation
They are the worse
They let me waited all day
And didn't show up
They don't respect the customer time at all
I would never buy at this store any product that include installation
Customer service told me I should wait till 08:00-09:00 pm

Screwed me on a roof install bearly lasted a year before it started to leak , they wouldnt fix it said past year warrenty ,I said year warranty !! ,its a 30 year plus roof !!,Totally shined me on and few months later another leak occured
had to pay someone else again to fix it,couldnt believe after all thoses things I got from them over the years like new furnace , carports etc.they wouldnt come out and fix the leaks ! Never ever again will I get a service job done by Home Depot ,you been warned people by there crappy installers

Astonishingly incompetent service. We ordered doors from here ~7 months ago, and they have now failed to install them three times. They measured wrong, they ordered the wrong doors, they forgot to route out room for the hinges, and then they sent us the wrong sized doors AGAIN. It's now May, we ordered doors from them in November to be installed in January, and we still don't have doors. This is unacceptable and I cannot understand how they could possibly have gotten it wrong so many times.

Awful experience that still hasn't ended!! We ordered window blinds about 10 months back Still waiting for them to complete the job. Very unresponsive and irresponsible customer support. We have called and gone to the store more than 40 times now. Order for services here at your own risk!

Absolutely horrible service by special services and asst mgr. They tried telling me that i was lying and when i offered to bring in the paperwork showing delivery date to show i was right they completely changed the story saying one day here and there doesn't matter and all these dates are an estimate anyway.. when I said how do you feel about your customers paying you an estimate the asst mgr goes "well that's not even for discussion". just a bunch of incompetent people. The one on Utah St next to Starbucks HQ on the other hand is much much better.. Avoid this location at all costs...
