Wayne and his crew came recommended by a local sewer inspector and I'm SOOOO glad! I needed to replace 30 feet of sewer line because of massive root intrusion. Wayne priced my job competitively and got back to me right away with a bid. Once I decided to go with him and his team he was very good at communicating progress and timelines. His team on the job site was very professional. When I come to the time when I need to have the rest of the line worked on, I will look no further than Emerald City Sewer!

We had a 6 month saga of trying to find the right Plumber to do a side sewer replacement as well as some other plumbing work in our house. Wayne and his team were not only responsive but we're true professionals. We had 8 other plumbers come by telling us a thousand different things. Wayne was honest, easy to work with and very helpful. If you are doing anything plumbing related look no farther.

Sewer was in bad shape due to root intrusion and age. I got a few quotes and boy am I glad I did. In addition to coming in cheaper, Wayne told me about an option other companies hadn't mentioned: pipe bursting. In the end this is the option I went with since it seemed superior to a liner in my case given the shape my existing line was in. His crew were professional and got the job done with minimal downtime. They respected my place and left things looking great. They even coiled the hose they used before they left! Great service!

We had Wayne and Emerald City sewer line our shared sewer line which was starting to deteriorate. Initially, Wayne worked with me and the neighbor, helping us understand the problems with a sewer scope for free and then gave us a good bid for the work. End result: installation went well and everyone is happy. Highly recommended!

Wayne and his team, especially Shawn are great. I had to replace my whole sewer pipe that was really old. First, they came out same day to clear the clog and backup. Then did a great job replacing the pipe including pouring new concrete on my driveway. Everything looks great. They did a great job explaining everything to me and my options in a clear and non condescending way. Wayne kept in great communication regarding the timetable for the work. He also gave me a discount when they had to delay a few days due to employee illness. The cost was fair considering all the work that has to be done. I would hire them again for sure.

Wayne and crew are excellent. We had a particularly difficult situation and they came up with a plan, made sure we were aligned, and ran with it. Couldn’t be happier with there service and will recommend them to anyone who asks!

Wayne and the team are absolutely incredible! I would recommend Emerald City Sewer to anybody. They are so professional, kind, and have great pricing that is competitive. I had them replace a large chunk of my sewer line when I bought my home a couple years ago, and today, I had to have Wayne come out again for a clog in the pipe. He cleared it, for free, and offered to come back in a few weeks to respray my sewer. Seriously the best plumbing company out there!!!

I wouldn’t want Wayne doing anything in my home. He’s not trustworthy. I’m not sure what he was doing with his afternoon when he completely totaled my van that was parked.
Seems nice at first and then refused to report it to his insurance so then I had to pay for him totaling my van. Kept claiming he would just buy me a new car instead of reporting it to his insurance, very weird behavior.
Great way to start off the holiday season in December. Thanks Wayne!
