I've used Mirsky Electric twice in the last couple of years because I've been so pleased with them. They are easy to communicate with, are up front about their pricing and service. Competent, polite and engaging workers who are happy to explain the work, issues and fixes. In this day and age where I'm not always sure of caring about customers, I can wholeheartedly recommend Mirsky for your electrical needs.

We are delighted to recommend Mirsky Electric. They replaced our old household wiring from top to bottom and did amazing work on time, in budget, and with consideration and respect for our home and my work-at-home needs. Terrific team!

Mirsky did such a great job with replacing our electrical panel in our 1950s home and installing a new outdoor outlet to allow us to safely charge an electric vehicle. Throughout the process, they were communicative, patient, and never condescending or patronizing with our many electrical-related questions. Can't recommend them enough!

Second time with Mirsky and very satisfied (again). Tru was punctual, friendly, patient with questions, and efficient. Project was installation of dimmers and a new outlet for mounted TV; the latter was done with minimal mess, despite need to cut holes in wall. We'll continue to use Mirsky for all electrical work.

We had a BIG job--rewiring the entirety of our Queen Anne home. It was built in 1906, heaven only knows when electricity was first added and when it was it was knob-and-tube; later an addition to the house in the 1970's or so; and still later a kitchen remodel with new wiring installed.

We had a hodgepodge, some rooms with only one outlet, others with plugs in odd or inaccessible places, and lights that dimmed around the house whenever we ran the microwave, dishwasher, or washer and dryer.

We'd made due for 21 years in the house and after an outlet fried from overload we bit the bullet and moved forward.

Mirsky was FANTASTIC. Working with the office team to get a quote, schedule, and get questions answered was easy, and the team that worked on our home for eight days (!) was efficient, diligent, friendly, good at explaining what they were finding and what choices we had to make. Our project manager, on site each day and wonderfully knowledgeable, was True, and we were ready to adopt him by the time the project wrapped up.

We felt well-informed through the entire process and are thrilled with our new multitude of outlets and pretty new light fixtures they installed, not to mention bringing our whole home up to code for safety. We're sleeping better with peace of mind.

And because no job of this size ever goes perfectly, it's telling that when a few things did go sideways (a hole accidentally drilled in our hardwood floors, a broken light fixture), the team was quick to inform us and offer remediation. The hole in the floor was fixed at Mirsky's expense (their insistence), the sconce reimbursed and when the replacement arrived it was cheerfully installed without cost.

We needed garage wiring to be moved to accommodate new garage door installation. Mirsky was on-time, efficient and below estimate. This is the second time we have used their services, the first for an entire house rewire. Great company to work with. Courteous and accommodating. We would use them again.

Thank you, Mirsky Electric! Adam braved what must have been terrible Friday traffic to help us tackle a significant amount of work at our Queen Anne listing. Despite arriving at the beginning our open house, he was immediately pleasant, professional, and incredibly accommodating—working seamlessly around us and our guests. He even went above and beyond by addressing additional issues on the spot, all while keeping things light with friendly conversation. Not to mention it was well after 5pm on Friday! Haha. We’ll definitely be calling on Mirsky again!

Mirsky was terrific! They quickly responded to my query and were able to schedule a visit within 48 hours. The tech, True, called that morning to say he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come a bit earlier than planned--great! He quickly diagnosed and solved our problems. True was friendly, explaining what he was doing and exactly what the problem was. We will definitely call Mirsky the next time we need an electrician!

Working with Mirsky to get my electrical panel upgraded was a great experience. True was my main electrician and he was very knowledgeable and helpful at explaining as he completed the work. Eduard and Chris also assisted him over the two days and were very respectful. I will definitely be using them whenever I have electrical issues and will be recommending to friends!

I used Mirsky Electric for the first time, and I’m officially a fan! Their website made it easy to describe my issue, being able to upload a picture is nice. The booking process was smooth and simple, and Gavin responded promptly with a friendly and professional attitude. He answered all my questions clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the service. Seth, the electrician, showed up right on time this morning and got right to work. His work was fast, accurate, and clean.

I hired Mirsky Electric for a sizable electrical rewire, panel and service upgrade for my 1950s home. The crew (Grant, Martin, Travis) was very professional, wore masks during customer visits, and kept me apprised of any updates on a regular basis.

Craftsmanship is high with Mirsky. For example, electrical rewiring requires drywall cutting -- Mirsky did the absolute minimum to cut drywall so that I wouldn't have to patch too many pieces.

The rewiring was complex but the crew got it done. Martin and Travis were able to rewire the kitchen to my specification including a 240V 50A stove top and additional romex connections for my vent hood.

The service panel was upgraded and moved to code. Grant even had the foresight to fish a 50A low gauge wire for an electrical vehicle service equipment (EVSE) for charging my electric car. Really superb.

I called up four electricians to give bids on this project. Mirsky's bid was straightforward and transparent. At the end of the project, they came under budget which is phenomenal.

I 100% recommend Mirsky Electric. Smooth sailing with this company.

Mirsky Electric is hands down the best electrical service in Seattle. We have a 1906 house with many eras of wiring, and they helped us sort through a difficult problem. Seth came to our place and was professional, skilled, and quickly assessed our issue, confirming some suspicions we had about a partially dead circuit. When we had a follow-up inquiry a few weeks later via email, Mirsky was quick to write back with a professional and detailed response. We love Mirsky so much we wish they ran the city- we haven't experienced this kind of service in ages in Seattle. Mirsky for city council !!

We used Mirsky to update our entire house from knob and tube, and it has been nothing but a success. This was a large project which including weeks of initial work + follow up visits due to the state of our renovation. One particular thing I loved, is that if they had to move an outlet even a quarter of an inch off the plan design, they would tell me and ask if it was okay. This just made us feel like we were involved and knew what was going on- bravo!

Everyone who has come through our door has been so wonderful- Chris, Adam, True, etc., thank you so much for taking such great care of our house. Also, Gavin who is the project coordinator is so fast to respond to our emails! We will absolutely recommend Mirsky to anyone who asks.

I have used Mirsky Electric for many smaller jobs at my house. This time I needed an upgrade from 1948 wiring to 2025. Grant, Ross, Chris & Adam were friendly, knowledgeable and explained things as they went along. It was a week-long job with a big price tag, so I was glad to have it done by experienced people who worked well together.

Thanks Adam for being punctual, polite, efficient, and educational! I swapped out lighting fixtures in my basement and inadvertently left a wire in 1 fixture loosely connected, so the connecting fixture did not have enough power and would not light. Adam quickly figured out the connection issue, and installed the other light. I asked about installing a tankless water heater down the road, and we were able to talk it through at the panel. Easy scheduling on the website, and friendly email confirmation before the visit. You guys have it down!

The dryer in our new house would not power on. My realtor recommended Mirsky Electric and I can see why. When I made an appointment for a technician come out and investigate Gaven identified the technician that was coming and had me send a photo of the electric panel so the technician would have any supplies needed for that. The technician, Seth, was great. He identified the problem immediately and, working in the tight confines of a very small laundry room, had it running in no time. He even vacuumed the electric panel, which he did not have to do. I would use Mirsky again.

We will call them next time for sure, highly recommended. Arrived on time. Friendly and courteous, respectful of our house, and completed the work efficiently. In our case, that was replace three interior lights, replace three exterior outlets, and diagnose a broken bathroom fan. All done in less than two hours.

The fan problem turned out to be the motor which needed to be ordered, but they sent a link so I could order directly no markup, and showed me how to plug it in myself if I wanted to (no wiring involved) so I wouldn't have to pay for a return visit.

If every biz operated like this the world would be a better place.

This is the second time that I've hired Mirsky and they've done great work each time. I had a list of issues to be investigated and Seth did a great job of diagnosing and then resolving them promptly. He explained some of the issues with my knob and tube wiring and was quite helpful.
I'll be sure to have them back.

I’m compelled to write this review for Mirsky Electric because we were impressed with their customer communication and technical skills.
Our older home needed an electrical panel upgrade, and knob and tube wiring replacement. I searched for a local company because I wanted electricians with experience working with older Seattle homes. Mirsky fits those criteria. I also felt they put their customers, employees, and craftsmanship of the trade at highest priority.
At the beginning, Mike, the estimator, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He supported me throughout the initial phase of the project, meeting with Seattle City Light representatives, and providing realistic cost estimates.
Once the rewiring phase began, it was a pleasure to watch the team work together. Grant, John, and Ross were efficient, communicative, and skilled in every aspect of the project. They were professional and took pride in their workmanship.
After completion, I discovered that my doorbell no longer functioned. John returned the next day and made repairs to the wiring, including the installation of a new doorbell transformer.
Gavin, the service manager, was quick to answer emails, was flexible with our project’s start date, and kept me updated on the schedule. Both Grant and Gavin helped with cost estimates as things were added beyond the original estimate.
Now we feel better about the safety of the electrical system in our home and have the capacity to add new systems such as an electric vehicle charger, heat pump, and other circuits for a possible future addition to the house.
In summary: no surprises, just good service. All anyone could ask for!
P.S. I forgot to mention the efficient installation of our electric panel and relocation of the electric meter by Derek and Travis. We left the house for a few hours while the electricity was turned off. We returned and the box was in the wall the meter and wiring outside relocated, looking better than before!

TOTALLY SOLD on Mirsky Electric! From beginning to end it was an exceptional experience. Adam was very professional, incredibly respectful of our property, and efficient/focused in getting the job done. Showed up precisely on time, and finished right on the bid-quoted estimate time.
Big shout-out, too, for Gavin, the Service Manager! He is laser-focused on customer service and super easy to converse with answering questions, etc. These guys really go above/beyond in doing their utmost to make sure the customer has a flawless experience. I will not hesitate to utilize their services in the future; I won't bother looking for anyone else.
