I had a great all around experience with Exact Electric. They wired a new hot tub for us and added an outdoor outlet plus an outdoor light fixture. The electrician was great, extremely nice and thorough. Everything passed inspection on the first go as well. I’d definitely use them again.

I had Exact Electric install track lighting in my store. The project was supposed to be pretty straightforward, but we ran into some road blocks along the way that required more work. James and the crew stuck by and finished the project until the end and were 150% reliable. Long story short, they charge by the hour so make sure you know what your needs really are before investing. In my case, a bunch of time got spent on an outlet update that I might have used a different method had I been more aware of my ask.

We had a new outlet installed for an induction stove by Exact Electric, about 2 weeks before the stove came. When the stove was delivered, the new outlet didn't work; the breaker kept tripping. The delivery guys didn't know what to do but switch out the plug, and that didn't do anything.

Exact Electric to the rescue. After we left a voicemail, they called us back and sent an electrician out within 2 hours. It was the way the new 4 plug ground wasn't setup properly from the oven manufacturer. They fixed it within a half hour, no charge, covered under warranty.

I've worked with Exact Electric on a number of projects in my condo over the past two years. They have installed new thermostats, an outlet for an electric fireplace insert, and most recently ceiling fans. It's so great to have a reliable and high quality electrician who works on condos.

Eric from Exact Electric came with an outstanding attitude. We wanted quite a lot of work done, of which one part was making it so the kitchen light switch could control the kitchen hood lights as well as the ceiling lights. A different electric firm had come to bid on the work and said "sorry, can't do this". Eric from Exact Electric came next and said "Everything is possible and it just depends on cost. I have some good ideas on how to make it work. This is exciting. I'll be planning out ideas tonight".

John and his associate added electrical capacity to our kitchen so we can use our microwave, toaster oven, and hot water kettle at the same time. No longer do we need to run to the basement to deal with a circuit breaker. They were prompt and tidy and were clear communicators. I highly recommend Exact Electric.

Due to the complex nature of our electrical project, it took a long time to get started. But I do appreciate that their team was thoughtful on how they wanted to approach the project so that they could be as efficient as possible with their billable time. Once the project began, I was beyond happy with the results. Communication was nice and clear, their finish work was professionally done, Carlos was thorough with repairing electrical problems we were having around the house and thinking long term about his repairs so that they would last. I would highly recommend Exact Electric and they'll be my regular electrician in the future.

We had a great experience with Exact - their estimate for re-wiring and added lighting in a residential home was very competitive when compared with other businesses, they were very responsive, timely, and we appreciated their excellent communication and professionalism. They were consistently on time and on track with the project timeline, were flexible when we requested changes to the project, and we will absolutely work with them again.

We needed electrical heating vents repaired and had gotten either the runaround or ghosted entirely by many other businesses all winter, leaving us with a very cold main floor. Exact Electric was the only company that continued to respond to our initial request. They were booked pretty far out but at this point we would take what we could get so we got on the schedule. Luckily they kept their word about looking out for earlier availability they could get for us and let us know about a cancellation so we were able to have them come out much sooner than expected, within about a week of initially signing our contract.
We were a little nervous about the required minimum hours as we weren't sure how long the repair would take but they did end up using enough of it that it wasn't an issue. And we'd rather have the repairs done than continue waiting who knows how long.
The repairman was a bit late but he did call us to let us know so I don't hold it against him since we were kept in the loop. Repairs were completed and cleaned up same-day, including vacuuming up any dust and patching the wall where an older, larger thermostat used to be. The only thing left to us, understandably so, is to paint the new patched area.
Invoice was sent some days later via email and very easy to pay online.
Ultimately happy with the work they did, and appreciative of them looking out for windows in their schedule for us and letting us know when they were running late. Very professional in all aspects.

Tom was outstanding. Fixed a complicated issue quickly and helped me understand the issues and options.

Electricians were great to work with. This was a kitchen remodel down to the bare studs, boxes were pre-mounted and area cleared out. They caught a code violation, which we were able to come up with a simple solution. They also suggested a couple of items that would help future-proof the kitchen. They also kept the area clean, and I was able to get on their schedule in short notice.

We are so pleased with the work done by the Exact Electric team. In addition to the overall scope of work we wanted an outlet added in the floor of our living room. The problem solving and input to help us determine the best options we're great. If they had just installed the products I thought I wanted and didn't take the time to explain how they saw that it could be done better my end result would have not been what I actually wanted. The professionalism, experience and attention to detail exceeded our expectations.

I represent an 8 unit HOA and have been working with Greg K. at Exact Electric. He has been super professional and attentive in helping us navigate our electric panel replacement project. He has helped to work with the city and has been pivotal with our insurance carrier. His knowledge and willing to help has helped to reduce stress to the HOA. While our project is still ongoing- we are hopeful for a final resolution soon. Would highly recommend the company for multi- unit buildings/commercial work. Through our process the company has also sent out an electrician under emergency basis as well- Greg is always available to help chat through issues and has been great to work with.
