This is a professional, courteous and efficient company. I would recommend them to anyone in need of electrical work on the home. I have used them on remodels here in Seattle and have been pleasantly surprised by their care and attention to detail. One of their electricians (Martin) is very impressive at his trade, he insures that the project details are not missed and asks the right questions instead of assuming things.

I manage a condo complex consisting of 21 condo's. Exact Electric was hired to replace the electrical panels in each unit. This process required extensive communication between Exact and the owners of each unit and Exact could not have handled it better. They communicated well, showed up on time and kept to their planned schedule. They even worked to coordinate a City inspector to arrive each day so the owner would not have to arrange access a second day. I would definitely use them again.

Dana and the Exact Electric team are kind, knowledgeable, and very customer-oriented.

I had a ton of questions and needed to coordinate information with another contractor. Dana took extra time to learn my specific needs and connect separately with the other company so as to make sure I was getting precisely what I needed.

Five stars if you understand what to expect. Exact has been our go to electrical folks for years now—we’ve had some rough moments with them to be honest, but they’ve always made it right.

First thing, they did a full knob and tube rewire of our house—they are not cometic specialists, so we lived in a house full of holes for a while, just know that going in. If they need access they will get access and if the drywall fits back in the hole they’ll stick it in, but don’t expect clean patch and repaint.

Second they did a hot tub install. Despite them being the ones who fully redid our knob and tube, they informed us early on that our circuit breaker was not acceptable and it had to be moved—that was expensive but they did a great job. They made some questionable choices aesthetically on where the electrical pipes ran across the side of our house to the hot tub (they ran it pretty close to the middle of our wall rather than under the eve—they were kind enough to fix this for us, though it left some holes in our shingles). Not a big deal.

Most recently they did an electric car charger hookup, they undercut the cost cited by another specialist so we rolled with them. Unfortunately the inspection failed, was missing an emergency street shutoff. To this day I don’t understand this—there is no known code requiring a street shutoff (not that I can find) and the electrician was surprised by this also. They came back and added it and I got a bill for $600, which was a bit of a surprise to be honest. I called in and they adjusted it down by half. Very polite, very kind about it.

Overall, these guys are honest, responsive, and do good reliable work. Things won’t be perfect, this isn’t a digital product—electrical is messy, be clear about what you want and need aesthetically and be prepared to have someone else come out after to do the detail work, patching, painting etc.

Great service! The person who came out to give quotes listened to my concerns and gave me three different quotes so I had options to work with. The technician did a great job, and the service was fast and friendly. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Exact electric installed a steam generator for us in our new bathroom. We had a lot of issues and exact team was wonderful, flexible and we passed inspection on first try. I recommend them and would use them again.

We had Exact Electric come out for an estimate recently for a small project. We didn't end up hiring them since we wanted the work done ASAP and found another company that could do it much sooner; however we were really impressed with their professionalism so we *definitely* recommend them and would consider them for future projects.

I hired Exact to renovate the downstairs of our house to turn it into an apartment. That meant a new additional breaker box upgraded service to the house, and basically wiring and rewiring the whole downstairs. They were excellent.

I was the "contractor" for the remodel and they were great to work with through all phases. The electricians did great work, were professional, patient, and friendly. The project manager was great too. He made sure that I got everything I needed.

I can't comment much about the cost because I only had estimates from other contractors, not complete bids, but I believe the prices was fair. I think this is a very professional firm. I would use them again.

I had a hard-to-diagnose wiring issue at my house. The communication with Exact was very good, especially as they explained strategy at each step. The electricians arrived on time and seemed to work efficiently. I would give five stars except the client intake process (a full contract to be signed and returned) seemed a bit much and I disliked the $25.00 "convenience fee" to pay my invoice online.

I was remodeling a house in burien in 2023 , the guy I hired as my project manager said he could do electrical work , it's was very bad , but de andre came in and fixed the shoddy work , I fired the guy i had working for me , and now when I need any electrical help I call on crimson city electric . He even sends me dry wall repair jobs and one led to a full deck build

Lisa and Casey are the best! Lisa took one look at my electrical panel and said it really needed clean up! In the process she found 4 circuits not being used when we had always were told our panel was full. What a nice surprise! She quickly changed the electricity to our stove since we no longer needed 240 and installed a 110 for a new stove! Casey efficiency installed a new ceiling fan with a remote control. Also put up 3 new solar yard lights! They are efficient, fast and neat! Loved having them in my home and would highly reccomd them for any electrical issues!

De Andre and his crew are EXCELLENT!!!! They came over and upgraded our breaker panel, consolidated breakers into tandem "peanuts" which gave us even more space to grow when/if needed! They also ran us a new circuit for an induction cooktop to replace an old and leaky gas version. They were very respectful of my family and our home. They left the workspace clean and ensured everything worked properly when they were done. Thank You De Andre!!!
