It was our first Service with Apex Hood Cleaning and they are 5-Star. Kyler was the tech and a single-person crew. Kyler was on time, very polite, went straight to work and did an AMAZING job! We have an Insurance Inspection scheduled and I am confident the hood system will get a thumbs up. We will be using Apex in the future.

Pablo did an excellent job of cleaning our kitchen hood. He prepped the area thoroughly with plastic, covering the cooktop with plywood to prevent any damage. The finished product looked like a new, shiny hood. Will definitely use Apex in the future.

Do not use this company. They had done a terrible job on my hoods. Called several times to get this resolved. No call back, nothing! They finally responded 15 minutes after I posted an honest review of how bad the work was. They asked me to take down the review. I said sure if the work gets done right next time and free. 6 months later they did a 100% better. I took down the review BUT they charged me. This company's been a pain to work with. I will never hirer them again.

They were weaving in and out of traffic recklessly, speeding, driving in the HOV lane as a single occupant, drove with their hazards on because I wouldn’t speed past 70mph for them, and then flipped me off while passing. Later was road raging as I passed them. This driver is a danger on the roads and I’ll never use your company as I would not want someone like that ever on my property or around my children.
